I walked in after not having my nails done for years. I wanted a natural looking longer nail because I work with color and didnt want it to affect the way the colors look.The guy who helped me put on some beautiful natural looking acrylics in the length I can never achieve with my natural nails as they refuse to grow .Very happy with the results cant even tell they arent really mine unlike other manicure places where they look bubbled over to thick and you can tell they are fake. They are responsibly priced too.. Just wish they had used cuticle cream or oil on my cuticles.I missed the hand message aspect too other places provide for 5$ more.

Got my nails done for the first time at Victoria’s and I love it! I didn’t know that the place was there until a friend recommended it. The staff is very friendly & the space is very clean & diligent with their work.

Small intimate and personable staff. Got me in short notice. $80 for gel pedicure and regular manicure with clear coat. I am not from the area. I went to a bigger place in Olatha and had the same with eye brow arch for $2 less. I did have this awesome tigers eye look polish that was tedious. I would go again.

Wow! I have been trying to find a good place to get a pedicure in the KC area. My mom and I both got the deluxe pedicure and it was the best pedicures we have ever gotten. They took their time and made sure we had a great experience. They were very thorough and my feet feel so much better. I am happy that I have found my go to place for a pedicure!

Was very nice polite great service! First time ever my daughter and I get pedicure and paint coming off in 3 days. Here has literally been 8 days and had to take all polish off. For amount I spent would hope at least the two weeks like normal where Im scrubbing it off.

I went Thursday evening for a fill as a new client to get a fill, talking to owner she understood what I was wanting to do with my nails. The guy who did the my fill actually did a great job with the fill. As far as the painting of nails its not what I am wanting or like picture. But I am loving the matte black polish. I will go back.

I havent had my nails done really in years but I went here today as a walking got lucky and was seen right away . Loved this nail salon! After a bad experience at another nail salon, I was given a recommendation for Victorias Nails. I am so glad I booked an appointment. I had booked an appointment for myself and two friends. We immediately got right in, but didnt feel rushed. Everyone at the salon was very nice and did a great job on our nails. Ive definitely found where Ill be going from now on.

I have been coming to Victorias Nail Salon for just over 2 years now. I usually dont have any complaints with their service except this time when I went I specifically said I wanted her to focus on my skin making sure all the dead was off and it was smooth. I got the Deluxe Pedicure which is the best they offer at this location. When it was all done and over with my nails were beautiful they did a wonderful job massaging and painting, however the sides of my big toe were still rough and the area around my heal still had white cracks from the dead skin. Spending $40 and still having to come home to work on my feet was a little frustrating. Maybe avoid going on Sundays as their work ethic may not be as high as other days of the week.

I had a great time with my visit. Full set and pedicure. Both look great! The staff was friendly and it was really affordable. Definitely going back there.

Wow...this place is wonderful! Not being from this area, I used Google maps to find this place to get my nails done. I feel so blessed because never in my life have I had someone put forth the effort & time to ensure my complete satisfaction. Technician Vu is truly an artist!! I will no doubt utilize their services in the future when Im in/around KC area.

First time here and unfortunately I will not be back. We had an appointment for 1pm - on a Saturday - so I completely understand they’re busy, which is why we made the appointment. At 1:40pm they finally moved me to a table, only to wait until 2:15pm for anyone to start my “gel manicure”. The gentleman was nice and apologetic, but never the less it was a very long wait. He filed my nails, slapped some gel polish and said “ok. Put your lotion on and you’re done” No cuticle oil, cuticle trim, massage or even have me wash my hands. Price was $25. Extremely disappointing for a first time customer.

This place is one of the best I have ever been to for service and quality. Every person is very nice and they treat you like family. I have never had a bad experience and would recommend this salon to everyone.

I went to get my nails done and turned out pretty but 10 mins later 2 nail broke and by the next day 3 or 4 had broke and I went to fix them and then the next day 2 broke again!!! they are nice but never going back

They had a really negative attitude toward my friend and i. They barely said a word to us and refused to listen to what wanted to be done. Was talking rudely and make us feel really uncomfortable. They also have an attitude towards black people and they are judgmental. They basically kick one of my friends out, they didn’t have any customers by the time she arrived but refused to take her because she was supposed to show up in 15 min but arrived after 20 min. if your customer service is poor and you are being disrespectful your business value is grade to 0.I am glad to say i will never put my feet overther again and everyone that i know will do the same!!

The staff is very, very rude. i got a full set and had to go to another salon a week later because they didn’t glue the acrylics all the way down and i was getting water and other stuff stuck under them. i had to have my new set take off, my nails cleaned, and pay for a full new set somewhere else. don’t waste your money.

Sept 2017: Going in again today. Cant beat the location. Technicians could be more friendly. I tend to feel as if Im inconveniencing them by being there. :(July 2017: Im giving Victorias a 2nd chance tonight at 6... My 1st experience with them wasnt so good. Theyd done a very poor job and Id spent over $180 in services... I called today because theyre still the most convenient. They said an acrylic fill-in is $18 so well see how they do this time around and Ill adjust my review accordingly.

I have been going to Victorias for pedicures for about 2 years now and they always do a great job! They are friendly and very helpful.

First off I walked in the told me it would be an hour wait, so I said I would wait & they were like youre going to wait for an hour? As if they wanted me to leave. In maybe 10 minutes or less they started working on me...not nearly an hour at all. Then the lady doing my nail was having a hard time understanding the shape I wanted & got all mad. One lady came over to understand what I wanted & explained to the lady doing my nails. Then she said next time you tell me before I take a long time. As she was fixing my nails she was throwing down the nail file clearly mad & shaking her head back & forth. Ive never been treated so badly at a nail salon.

Tried this place with my daughter for pedicures. The soaker part did not work properly to start with. The lady who did my nails did an awful job, nails werent evenly done, polish was all over the sides of my nail and some parts of the nail wasnt even polished. Terrible will never go back.

Nice salon, did a good paint job on my toes. I got a spa pedicure but they scrubbed my feet for maybe a minute each and didnt massage my legs or feet AT ALL. Have had better, have had worse.

I have been to a lot of nail salons but this one seems to beat them all . It not just the good techniques and how well they do my nails . Its the customer service . They dont make you feel like just a client but a friend . They know what I like. In my book Customer service is everything. When I pay for my nails . I dont feel regrets giving my money away because it worth it . Should I say more? I love this place.

I was hopping from salon to salon for months after my nail tech of seven years moved. Let me tell you jus bc sumone has a license doesnt mean they know what theyre doing or evn care about what theyre doing. I found dirty shops, rude technicians and a lot of incompetent work. Finally I found this place! The first time I walked in, the vibe was great, everyone was friendly, shop was quiet, clean and my nails looked great. Lily, Ava, Tina and Edison are so skilled, talented, courteous and absolutely the best! I feel like I was so blessed to find them and its close to home. Ive been going about 6 months now and Lily knows just what I like! Love her to death!! I always get compliments on my nails! Gotta luv that! They offer you a free water or soda too. You get punch cards to be stamped each visit. After 5 visits you get $5.00 off. You cant say no to that. If youre looking for a nail salon thats family owned and operated, where the client comes first and everyone is knowledgeable this is where you need to be!!

I used two groupons for me and friend to get manicures and pedicures. Both of our manicures only lasted for two days I did not bother going in to have them redo my nails. Seemed like a waste of time. Also the did not have enough room to at the nail tables, so our manicures were done in the pedicure chairs. Was not impressed with this salon, even though the prices are cheap it was not worth the time or money.
