Absolutely amazing, I’ve gone there for about a year now and they are so amazing at what they do. Just got my nails done and even though there was a different color for each nail, Kitty did not complain and amazed me at how well she did it. I highly recommend!!

This was my first time to the salon due to reading the reviews and I absolutely loved it. I just moved to the area and the owner, Kitty, took fantastic care of me. She was extremely detail oriented and made sure I left thrilled with my nails. The area was clean and this is the happiest Ive been with my nails! I have a small nail bed and she comforted me and made me not feel alone and was just great overall. I cant wait to be back for more!

This place is great. As a cosmetologist, I am a stickler about cleanliness and they exceeded my expectations. Kitty is wonderful, she takes her time to make sure you get exactly what you want and is very gentle. Definitely making this place my regular stop!

This nail salon is really nice! The prices are a little high, but they do a nice job. They have excellent customer service as well.

Love that they use liners in the tubs for pedicures. The staff were very friendly and made the experience awesome for my mother and I. Will definitely be going back.

I got a french pedicure and french manicure with regular polish 2wks ago. My Pedicure still looks great and my manicure lasted about 10days which is pretty good because Im hard on my nails. The nail tech I had was quick and pretty good and I called and got an appt same day! No complaints here!!

I have lived in KS for 4 yrs. I have visited a lot of nail salons and never found a go to until now. I have been here several times and found Nails Salon #1 to be comfortable, clean, and my nails and toes have been on spot each time. I have not ever left there feeling like I was not given upscale service. They are busy because they are that good. I make my appointments every two weeks. I never have to wait because they respect your time and make sure they schedule appropriately. Kitty and the girls are the best with reasonable pricing.

I was looking for a manicure and pedicure because I had some hangnails and dry skin going on.. I dont get these services very often and Im not real familiar with what I am doing.. I called and asked if they had any openings and they were able to get me in right away.. Kitty and Mama did a fantastic job.. they were both very kind and professional. I highly recommend this facility.

By far the best nail salon I have been to. I am not great at getting in every two weeks, but their gel manicures last almost four weeks. The ladies are welcoming, wonderful and the facility is extremely clean and always has my guilty pleasure on the TV- HGTV!! This is my favorite “treat yourself” activity!!

My 5 year old daughter and I have been coming here regularly every two weeks to get manicures. The ladies who work here are amazing. Theyre always smiling and happy to see us, theyre great with my daughter, and they go the extra mile. The tools they use for Manis and pedis come out of sterilized packages and they have a very clean facility. I am so happy to have such an incredible nail salon here in Shawnee!

Excellent place to go and relax. Employees are friendly and talented. One day while I was getting work done a lady walked in and they told her that they would be unable to fit her in as the appointments scheduled would fill up the remainder of the day. She really appreciated them being honest and made an appointment for another day. I thought wow how great, instead of trying to rush the work and fit everyone in the owner was just honest. Anyways great place recommend mama and kitty. Clean, spacious, and they have refreshments.

This is my new favorite nail salon! I’ve been going for a few months now and every visit has been as good, or better, than the first. The ladies are friendly, the service is wonderful, the salon is clean and warm, and my nails always turn out great! They are very reasonably priced and I recommend them to all my friends!

So I reviewed this company the first time, cause I had a bad experience. I love this nailsalon, I love the way they do my pedicures and nails. The owner has gotten to be really sweet. I recommend all of my work staff etc, to go. They’re bomb!! Ask for Coco or Kitty!! :)

I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and Kitty is by far the best nail tech I have ever been to. Her work is meticulous and amazing! I get overlays, which last 4-5 weeks, and stay perfect the entire time. She is friendly and so fun to visit with while having nails done!

Really enjoyed the salon but my nails broke within a week.

Asia has done my pedis the last 3 or 4 times and remembers just how I like my nails cut. I feel very well taken care of there by her and Kitty. Clean place with great massage chairs.

I have been coming to Kitty since she opened. She took my claws I had previously had and healed my nails as well as putting on acrylics that people thought were my real nails. I work in retail and constantly get compliments on my nails. When asked where I get them done, I always tell them Kitty because not only does she do a great job, but her prices arent that expensive compared to other places I have gotten my nails done. I got a full set with a 3-D design and it was only 38$! I dont trust anybody else but Kitty to do my nails anymore since she does such a good job!

My girlfriend totally loved this place, even I got a pedicure. It was great. Everything was clean, the technicians were absolute professionals. Just overall a great experience and great people. Definitely my number 1 recommended salon to go if your in the Shawnee area.

I went to this nail salon for the first time, and I will definitely be returning. I was pregnant with twins and it was very hard for me to get moving around but the staff did not mind helping me. I came in for a pedicure before my Materinity shoot and the woman did such an awesome job on my feet, they still look great and it’s almost been two weeks since I went. I look forward to going again and asking for the same person that I had last time. I wish I would’ve caught her name, but I didn’t!!

Walked in without an appointment and was welcomed with a friendly smile and informed it would be about 15 minutes. I was very skeptical, in my experience most salons will tell you it will be a short wait even though they know it will be much longer just to keep you from leaving. Not this place!!! 15 minutes after arriving I was sitting in a pedicure chair soaking my tired dogs. The pedicure was excellent with a relaxing foot and leg massage.They also had free cold beverages, a mellow music selection playing and a big screen TV. The salon is very clean, uncluttered, nicely decorated with a relaxing laid-back atmosphere.Best nail salon Ive ever been to.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this salon!!! Myself, mother and sister were looking for a place to get mani/pedis and I stumbled upon this GEM! I called to see if they were able to do all 3 of us and Kitty, the owner, answered delightfully and accepted our call ahead appointment. We were running late and I didnt think we could make it in time and after a few phone calls 😁 she was very flexible and accommodating. When we got there they got us in right away. All of the technicians were so precise! They made us feel very welcome with nice conversations as well. Very willing to accommodate our needs with drinks and any changes we wanted to make during our service. They were FABULOUS! The environment is very nicely decorated and very clean. Overall it was a 5-Star experience. We are not from this area but I WOULD drive to have this one of a kind experience! Thank you ladies!

I had a blast here and the young lady that has done my nails the past couple of times does an absolutely stunning job. Im offered a beverage and the customer service is great. I have had great experiences here. Will definitely recommend.

AMAZING. that is all I have to say. Just amazing. Its not awkard, they actually talk to you and have a conversation.

Its good, not the best, but good and you can usually get in at the last minute.

It is clean and nice... but I left with more polish on my skin than on my nails. If I wanted my nails done this messy I would have done them myself. I am sad my money went to a nail salon that is unprofessional enough to leave my skin with polish still on it.

I had high hopes after seeing the high rating and rave reviews. I arrived to a banner posted inside saying help wanted for nail techs. I walked in the door to a vast salon with three whole humans in it. One of them immediately looked up at me and said “not today, only two of us here, can you come tomorrow”-“No. I can’t... ... ...Next!”

I had a great expierence today! She listened to what I wanted, tested different nail colors for me and was VERY detailed. Can’t wait to go back!

I went in there to get a nail fixed that I had just broken. Although, I was very happy they could “fix” my nail, it looks horrible. They had an older lady fix it with dip powder. When I saw what she was doing I was reassured it looked close to my other nails by a younger girl who made rude remarks as she walked away because I questioned them. The nail is bumpy and a totally different shape. I am very unhappy and will never go there again. The first pic is the job she did.

First of all my daughter and I had appointments which ran 30 minutes late! Then my technician cut the side of my foot really bad. My pedicure wasn’t good at all it’s as if I didn’t get one! My daughters polish is messed up too! $70 for two with the tip,no discount for cutting my foot we won’t be back!

Kitty did a great job and was very sweet and helpful, this place made me actually want to get more regular pedicures!

This was my first visit to the salon and I was very happy with the experience and my nails look beautiful. The salon is clean and attractive, and the staff was professional and courteous. I received an excellent mani-pedi from Jin. He took his time and was consiterate about my comfort and choices. His foot massage was awesome. I will definitely be back if I am in the area again.
