This used to be a quality nail salon, but the quality and customer service has went down over the past couple of years. The last time I was there, my nail polish was poorly applied and I had to go back a few days later to get it fixed. I wasn’t looking for the redo to be free, but an apology would’ve have been nice. I have since taken my business to a salon right down the road where they care about quality and customer service.

The last time I went, I had an appointment made, I had to wait 30 minutes after it was scheduled. Not to mention the guy who was sitting at the front desk(who doesn’t even do anything except just sit there) complained the whole time about how he wanted to go home in front of all the customers, very un professional. I’ve only had my nails on for about 5 days and 3 of them just popped off. This happened the last time I went, needless to say I won’t be going back.

Good experience... Great nails, excellent pedi... Only complaint was gel nail polish is a 15.00 up grade and a white tip for french mani was extra 5.00 and was not told about extra charges until i checked out...Bit pricey for me!!! I felt like i was being milked for money....

I have been to this salon several times over the years and they always do a great job. But the last few times I have been there they were so busy I couldnt get in, so then I made an appointment and I still had to wait for 15 mins after my appointment time to get my manicure. And when it was my turn I told the tech what kind of polish I wanted but forgot to specify that I wanted the manicure service, so I got some awesome polish, but no massage or extra care (this is not their fault, but I was disappointed). The 3 stars is mostly because they are doing such a great job and have so much business that its hard to get in to get a service.

I would NEVER go here again! My nail lady was extremely rude and didn’t care if she was hurting me! She didn’t file off my gel polish and instead ripped it off my toes! My toes are now paper thing and I now have 3 ingrown toenails! She also man handled my hands for a simple fill and all my white polish turned gray within 2 days. This place is trash!

I love every single time I get my nails done here, because they are so clean and so professional especially with everything going on. Theyre very nice their service is very good. Ive gotten my nails done there so many times and Ive never left unhappy! Definitely if youre thinking about going make an appointment with Lee(mani or pedi) or Tai(pedi).

Only place is Shawnee I will get my nails done. Very nice salon, staff is very friendly and professional. I usually show them a picture of what I want done and I get exactly that 💓

I love coming here, Im never disappointed, been going here for years, really nice on the inside, really great customer service, quick to get you a refreshment when you sit down. And my nails always come out 100%

My nail tech, Sophia, is very good. However, they have cheapened the look inside, by removing the granite station tops, wood and chairs. Not as luxurious. Looks just like ever other nail salon. Especially since they are not the most cost efficient salon. It seems like they really dont care about being a relaxing experience, environment anymore. Been going there many years now, may look around....

I have never had a worst experience anywhere!! The towels were too hot then the hot wax scolded my foot and she turned water on to cool the wax and turned the hot water on instead and my foot kept burning as Im telling her the water was hot. She laughed, then she and a male employee said something in their native language as my foot kept burning. She finally turned on the cold water I rinsed my feet off and I got the f**** out!

I wasn’t incredibly impressed by my experience here. The pedicure I had felt super rushed and my toes weren’t even painted fully. There was also quite a bit of nail polish left over from having my full set removed. I was a bit disappointed but the person doing my nails was at least nice. The place was also quite large though and it looked very pretty on the inside, so maybe I just caught them on a busy day or something.

Ive been here multiple times and it seems to be hit or miss depending on who does my pedicure. The older gentleman (I should have caught his name) always does an amazing job and is very thorough. I took my mom in today, she prefers him and he did a great job! He always does. The young woman who did my toes was rushed and rough. The polish looks nice but it wasn’t a relaxing experience which is half the reason I even go. If you decide to come here, request technicians specifically.

Felt very rushed from the moment I entered. The man at the front was very impatient when I didn’t realize I needed to sign in (it was my first time there). The pedicure was fine, but the manicure did not cover my nails and the man at the front started asking my nail technician if he was almost done before he had even finished the first coat of gel polish on one hand. It looked like my nails had grown out and needed to be redone when I left. I highly recommend going anywhere or doing your nails yourself before going to lifestyle.

I made an appointment, and paid for an extensive pedicure. She was 20 minutes late getting to me and rushed through my pedicure. From her starting to finishing it was 25 min. I was super disappointed. She was very nice but rushed through the service as fast as she could to get to the next person.

Twas mother, daughter,grandaughter spa day and our first go at a manicure and pedicure. It was very relaxing and they were very personable. Enjoyed our visit.

Me and my sisters visited this place because it was the only one open and thats a mistake we will never make again. One of my sisters got a pedicure that was super rushed and they didnt even paint her toes fully. Me and my other sister got our nails done and they completely messed everything up. From the shape, to not having us wash our hands after sanding them, to completely cutting up our fingers. Never ever go here. I dont care if they serve one, based on the service its probably boxed anyway.

I gave this place quite a few tries. After they messed up my pedicure, they offered fo fix it. But I just wanted a partial refund for the job because I did not plan on going back.. They refused to refund me, and gave me a bottle of lotion and said that was all they could do. $95 for a sub-par mani/pedi. And they couldnt give me $20 for the partial refund of a $37 pedicure. I will not be returning.

I had an appointment at 3:30 for 3 people. I waited for 30min while watching people who were walk-ins be seated instead of us. I have been here several times and was happy, but I will not be back.

Got really cute nails that day

Called and made an appointment for mothers day for my wife, daughter, and my mother. They arrived and were told they didnt have 3 chairs together, but could wait 8 minutes for another woman to be done and they could have those 3 chairs. They waited 25 minutes before another employee set 2 women in the 2 chairs that were reserved for my wife and daughter, beside the woman in the 3rd chair. Then were offered 3 broken chairs that were together. What a mothers day.

I was in there yesterday, to get my nails done and this is the worst set of nails Ive ever gotten in my entire life. She did them super fast. She didnt have me wash my hands after she sanded them. She painted them with the sand still on them so theyre grimy. And didnt put me under a dryer for them to dry asked me to sit there for five minutes and I could leave. Now my nails are scratched up and look awful. I had to go home and fix him myself. You can see through my nails. and she didnt even get the acrylic from underneath my nails before it dried. Will never go back.she kept asking me if I wanted to do gel. And I told her no because I didnt want to pay the other $20. I guess next time Ill get the gei🤷

They rush to get you done because there are waiting customers. Kinda pricey for their services compared to others in the area.

What a rip off!! I have tried that place twice and both times the same situation happened.I picked out the services I wanted and when I went to pay, both times it was $35 more than what the price was listed in the price list.When I asks the guy that collects the money why it was more he said he really didnt know but they alter the amount based how many coats of the gel.polish they have to use!?! Really??It is required that all customers wear a mask and the Employees but the owner walks around without a mask, talking to customers all the while having a big gun hanging from his belt 🙄

Want to buy simple ring shanks nails and these people had no idea what talking about.

I got my nails and feet done and they were very disrespectful. They did not give me time to respond to questions they asked about and were very short tempered. They got annoyed when I told them to go over my nails because it was SEE THROUGH and and still is!! I was treated very poorly than the rest of the customers there! They should have been more professional, not pleased with how they did at all. Do not recommend coming here!

I cant often get a pedicure due to my line of work. So when I do I get the most expensive one with all the extras to pamper myself. I recently moved to shawnee and Im looking for a place for my nails. I tried this one and was scammed. I was charged for the most expensive pedicure but given a basic one. I guess since my feet looked bad they thought I wouldnt know. Im so disappointed and will never return here again. How dare you take my money and refuse to give me the service?! I will be on the hunt for a much more professional establishment. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Went to get my nails done with my mom, got a set of fake nails done. Asked for gel, the used normally nail polish, after we paid and went outside we noticed she didn’t go all the way down to my cuticles and that you can clearly see through the polish. Went in to get it fixed, she explained that she painted the bottom round and would fix it no problem. After she took all polish off, she only put one coat of polish back on and my nails look worse then the first time. Got charged 51$ a piece; spent 102$ on mine and my moms just for both of us to walk out with flaws and not happy. Would not recommend.

I rate this place a 3 because the Nail Tech was not a very good nail tech she did not do a good job when it came to my pedicure she did not speak English eventually they gave me another person and he did a good job but the place is nice and clean

Went to get my nails with my daughter they did not do a good job for paint or look of nails plus it cost us $112, said something about daughter nails looking bad the lady fixed it but looks worse plus she was hateful also charged way more advertising states on the web site. Also did not offer drink like everyone said they would offer. We didn’t get anything to be charged that price This plus sucked will never go back!

Walked in and got my nail fixed but rushed me out and gave me a different color and link. The person who did my nail was really rude and I tried to pay for my nail and the man kept talking to others while I’m standing there trying to get out of there and I just cried because I got a bad experience from here.

Very friendly, but the next day my nail color started peeling and they wouldnt fic it. And less than a week, my daughters nail broke. Time to upgrade your products.

I went in for a gel nail set. Lots of spacing between the cuticals and the nail also spacing on the sides where the nail is supposed to meet the edge of you nail. Wouldnt recommend. Poor communication and poor quality.

I went in with a friend for a pedicure and a wax. Due to an upcoming event and the need to feel a little extra during this time period I asked for a design to be placed on my toe. The pedicure was amazing. All was going well until it came time to put the design on my toe. The design, a flower, did not even come close to looking like a flower. It was just a bunch of dots across the toe. My friend, knowing I was going to just let it be, said no I can tell you now she doesn’t like this. The lady asked me if I liked it and if I didn’t it could be fixed. So, I had to be honest and tell her no. At this point the service went from superb to downright terrible. She huffed, puffed, and asked well what do you want then? I showed her a picture and she said she could do this.The same person did my wax. There was no trimming, prepping of the eyebrow, verifying of shape, she just slapped some wax on and ripped the strip off without pulling skin taught. Y’all, this isn’t my first time getting waxed I know the process. The. Came my upper lip. Again, not my first time. She slathered my lip with wax, wrapped it around the corner of my mouth and a strip down my chin around my mouth. NEVER have I had a lip wax that went down below my bottom lip nor down my chin. Then when she cleaned the remaining wax she just swiped and said ok you’re good. And that was it. MY FRIEND WAS PICKING WAX OFF MY EYE WHEN I LEFT THE ROOM! When I got home, I had wax in the crease if my eye i had to remove.She was mad because I spoke up about my dislike of her flower and treated me horrifically. So, 1 star and I will never come to the establishment again if you fee this is acceptable for you to treaty your paying customers. Seriously worst experience I have ever had and I paid for her to treat me this way!

My husband has bought me a gift card for this place for the last 2 yrs for Christmas. I love getting my nails done. I have 4 KIDS and I dont get out much. So last night I went to get my nails and eyebrows done. I wanted solar because to me it is smooth and seamless. They insisted on this new high dollar paint. I hate it. There are little bumps in it that shouldnt be there. And one of the nails is shaped wrong and lopsided, Im not going to be able to stop messing with it. She also made my cuticles bleed and now my fingers hurt. I got my eyebrows done and that lady even though she couldnt understand a word I said was awesome. I spent $66 to have great eyebrows and crappy nails. And when I went to pay they insisted on a tip. Do u want me to take your tip off the gift card or do u have cash? Literally. I didnt want to argue. So I said take $5 off the gift card. There was no conversation during the whole visit. Which is one reason to find a babysitter and go out is to listen to people. There where like 6 other people getting their whatever done and it was so quit. I just feel like the little money my husband makes was wasted. I have $23 left. I guess I will use it to get my eyebrows done by the awesome eyebrow lady. But my husband needs to find a different place for my future Christmas presents. The 2 stars I gave was purely for the eyebrow lady. The stuck up kinda high school cheerleader lady with the hat on get 0 stars. Thanks for the crappy Christmas present!!! OH AND THEY NEED TO SLOW DOWN. RUSH RUSH RUSH!

Honestly I came to this salon and they were super sweet, but my nails did not look like what I asked for. The woman who applied my acrylic made my nails look like I had them for 2 weeks. They looked grown out and she had just applied it. Not only that but the colors are not what I had asked for and she had to ask another woman to apply my polish because she didnt know how to do it. And neither one of them gave me the correct out come. I also had acrylic all over my skin. The same woman also did my toes and they do not look professional. I paid them $90 and gave both women a 5$ tip!! Way over priced!! I am beyond angry. I also sat there for about 3 hours just for a full set and my toes painted. My appointment was at 3:30 and I left at 6:20. Im so disappointed and I will not be going back. Dont waste your money here!!!

Friendly staff, fast service. Dipped my nails and the dip was too thin. Cracked within a week of getting them done. Pedicure was good.

Great nail salon. I bring my girlfriend here monthly to have her nails dipped. The owners are extremely kinda and accommodating. The salon has a very nice atmosphere. They will bring you and your guest free drinks including a white or red wine. Priced very reasonably.

I went here to get a full a couple weeks ago and they did an amazing job. Yesterday I decided to go to a nail place down the street from them because lifestyles was a little pricey! Well, I will NOT be going back to the place I went to yesterday... I WILL be going back to lifestyles.. so, thank you for doing a wonderful job in my nails I will not complain about yalls prices... I’ve been getting my nails done a couple times a month for years. This is the worst place in Shawnee. A complete waste of money. Didn’t completely paint each nail but managed to paint the side of each finger. The polish started to chip off that night. Two of my nails were filed to an oval, few were flattened to a square, and the rest weren’t filed at all. Almost a week after the fact and my finger tips still hurt.

I had a nail ripped half way from the bed and they took care of me. Very gentle and the boy at the front desk was so kind. I had Tai and he was so understanding I’ll definitely come back

The first time I got my nails done I got dip with tip they were gentle and they stayed on for about 3 and a half weeks recently I got gel with tips and they lasted 12 days I’m very disappointed. My friends parents may run the place but very unpleased this time. I guess I will stick with dip because it last longer.

People was great, my teenage daughter loved her nails, only issue i had was nobody asked me if i wanted a class of wine or a margarita. So i sat there watching everyone enjoy their beverages..☹.. still better than the mall salon...

My nail technician put down acrylic fake nails and then put a thick layer of dip on top, the whole time telling me it was healthier for my nails and would be better in the long run. I dont get my nails done ever so I just trusted her. About a week later i went to a very honest and experienced nail technician and her and her coworkers were shocked at how bad my nails were. She told me I got scammed and my nails got botched from the first technician. She explained exactly what went wrong and how bad of a job thr previous technician did. Would not recommend Lifestyle due to their dishonesty and scamming! If you go be cautious and be sure to know whats good for your nails and you.

This place is wonderful! A little more on the pricey side but service is wonderful and they do such a good job!! I’m on week 3 with my nails and still going!

Got the most expensive manicure and pedicure. It was so great. It took about 2 1/2 hours but the young lady was so kind, gentle and professional. I just hope she received my 20 dollar tip. She just went to lunch so I missed her. 😢 But you did awesome!!! Ill be back in two weeks!

Horrible service, only one person other than the owner speaks English! Free wine is nice, but they shouldnt have someone do your nails that doesnt care about what youre asking for. If she cant do it or if its going to be done crappy then please do me a favor and tell me to sit and wait for someone who can. My nails are uneven. Some are longer than others, and even after I mentioned it several times. I have humps at my tips where she dipped heavier T the top and didnt file them down evenly. The lines on my design look like my 9yo old son did them. And that was after she re-did them 3 times on so me and took a tool and tried to straighten them out. I was tired of trying to explain to her the problems I was seeing and not be THAT person who is just whining. I will never go there again. Paid 60 dollars for nails that I hate and even tipped her....

#1 reason for pedicures is the massage. I got oil rubbed into my legs for a good 6 minutes I paid extra for the long massage and the guy didnt even massage my feet! Clean place cute salon.

Nice place. They have a lot of services. Pedicure, manicure and others. Best to make an appointment, but they do have walk in slots available. The employees are very nice, courteous, and professional.

Walked in to get appointment and they was able to get me in right then. I was very please with how my nails turned out. They was very professional and patient with me, as I am new at having my nails done.

I went and got solar nails. There is more glue on my fingers than anywhere else. The last made my fingers bleed in 3 separate places. And I will not Be going back in fact I will be taking my solar nails off myself tonight because every time I move my finger the glue pulls more my skin off

The nail Tecs dont listen to a word you say, my nails are so thick I cant pick up little things I told her to make them thinner and she just kept painting them.. Also my nails are already coming up on the sides and theyre acrylic!!?? Ive had my nails done for cheaper and better..

Gel manicure and pedicure barely lasted 6 days and my big toe was smudged. The guy giving the pedicure/manicure was clearly new and not skilled. He overcharged me $10. When I went to pay, I had to talk to the owner (who was open-carrying a pistol in his waistband) about my overcharge. I was super intimidated, but he apologized and fixed it. I just found the whole experience lackluster.

Absolutely tell everybody what a wonderful place this is and Ive enjoyed my morning and the wonderful gal that did my nails and a pedicure also the glass of wine Im hooked and Ill be back every couple of weeks I think theyre wonderful theyre so kind the place is so clean its just a wonderful place to go and relax thank you guys for a lovely day

They make u feel at home and they do a wonderful job and if u don’t like how they did things they will redo them until your satisfied.... I wouldn’t go any where else....
