For being an outlet store their prices werent that great. Ive seen the same items or equal items for much less, on sale at Kohls or other department stores.

Manager goes to other stores and attempts to recruit employees away—bad practice.Also they will leave fliers on your car.

Always very nice people to help me and they always make sure to get me the best deal highly recommend

The discounts here are actually awesome i bought an engagement ring and got a great price :) kay outlet is the way to go

So went to the outlet with my family and the lady at Kays jewelry was so rude they where at capacity and as we are walking in said we at capacity and locked the door, really wanted to find a new ring but when the person was rude we moved on, a little bit of kindness would of went a long way

Judy was just perfect! She warmly welcomed my boyfriend and I as we entered the store and made sure we were happy. I wasn’t sure if I was set on one certain ring until she went out of her way to find us the “ever us” ring, and it was perfect! Big thank you to her for all of her help! Worst experience ever u fight in the war and are country and they look at u funny said they inspected your ring for the files for October and April and they did not! Worst customer service ever! Rude and complain about a mask when it’s the amendment 4 they are breaking due to medical conditions!

John is the bomb dot com. Will definitely frequent this location in the future. John took his time showing me the Rolex watches and helped me narrow it down to the one I wanted. Not your typical sales person. Very personable. =^_^=

The lady who was assisting me...Ms Charlotte...was an absolute delight and pleasure! Very clean and organized...no pressure sales...worked with me until I found the perfect piece and the discount I was given was unheard of. I normally go to the Kays Jewelers in Morristown...never again....this will be my go to place from here on out!!

My boyfriend and me walked into there looking for a ring.Within just a few minutes I found the perfect ring.She showed us lots of different options but she made it happen with the tolkowsky ring. We ran into issues since it was smaller.But couldnt be happier with the ring even the sizing it fits perfectly.

Extremely rude staff! My girlfriend and I (of 6 years) have made the decision to start looking for an engagement ring. We wanted to educate ourselves and she wanted to see the specific styles she liked. We walked into the store and were quickly greeted by a gentleman. We said we wanted to see their selection and see the styles that she liked. As soon as I said that I was only there to learn (and not to purchase at that time) he completely checked out. He stopped answering our questions and treated us like we were wasting his time. VERY RUDE! I like to learn about what I am about to buy (especially when that item is several thousands of dollars!) Its sad because her favorite ring online was at Kay, but because of this experience, we WILL NOT USE KAY AGAIN!!! Next time, treat every potential buyer with respect (even if they arent there to purchase the item at that exact moment.)

I’ve looked at this Neil Lane ring for a long time and we knew walking in that’s exactly what we were going to get. We were already pre-approved and everything online so the sales rep basically had to do nothing but check us out. She was very rude, acted like she didn’t want to sell it to us. She wouldn’t answer questions we had or either didn’t know the answer and didn’t attempt to get it. I’ve never ever had this problem in a jewelry store, usually it’s the opposite and they’re trying to oversell. I will not be purchasing anything else from this store besides having to bring my ring in for maintenance. I don’t know the woman’s name but we checked out on 11/3/18 at 8:21 pm
