I rarely get my nails done so I usually feel uncomfortable at nail salons, but the whole experience here was great. Mimi did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure. It was so relaxing. I was also impressed with what she can do with natural nails and shellac. I recommend booking an appointment before showing up so you don’t have a long wait. I will definitely be coming back!

I showed the nail tech a picture and they did exactly what I wanted! The use foil art to help achieve which I thought was pretty neat! My daughter got her toes with a little design and her shellac nails. We both had a good time. The price was great! I even thought they undercharged lol will definitely come back again, also they have a punch card type of system which is awesome.

I would be extremely happy if I hadn’t lost all of the length of my real nails that I had working to grow out. I asked for some tips to match the growth of most of my nails but ended up with short, stubby nails that I now have to grow back out. They’re pretty if you like short nails but I do not. Definitely disappointing.

Went there this morning to get a pedicure/manicure. I arrived at 9. I had never been here before and I will not go back. There were 2 customers at the nail bar, and two in the pedicure chairs with feet soaking. There were 2 nail techs attending the nail bar customers. There were 2 pedicure techs attending the 2 customers in the pedicure station. I was told to choose any chair, so I did. Then I was asked to move to a different chair, AFTER they had greeted, seated and provided a menu of services to another person that had just walked in. I was still waiting for a menu ..had to ask for one in the end. The 2 pedi. techs then began pedicures on the first two customers, more people arrive and now there are 7 people in pedicure chairs. I think they expected everyone to wait until they finished the 2 they just started (You know thats going to be at least an hour wait before they move onto others). I saw other staff arrive, with food in hand, and they went in the back and never reappeared. Now After 35 mins of my feet in water, no communication, no other techs in site I asked for a towel so I could dry my feet and leave. I was not about to wait 1-2 hrs to get a pedi. If you dont have the staff to handle the customers, then SAY SOMETHING! Dont put customers in chairs to be ignored and expect them to wait for your 2 working techs to get to them. We all have busy lives and have other things to do. A simple sorry for the wait, were a little short staffed etc would be appreciated. You could have pulled the techs out of the back and put them to work so you dont lose customers.

The nails I got, I love them. Doesnt take much time for them to do them.

Ive never been but my wife absolutely loves this place and loves her nails every time she goes. She has a specific person she likes more then anyone else and wants me to visit one time to eventually get rid of the dead skin on my feet. Seems to be worth a try if you like to pamper yourself

I called and asked if it was busy or if it was could I please make an appointment and they told me no come walk in. So I get there and wait for and HOUR and a HALF. No service no explanation no one will talk to me. I just left. I won’t be back. I’ve never experienced that from any nail salon I’ve ever gone to before. Moral of the story: always make an appointment even if they tell you it’s not needed.

This is my second time going for a mani/pedi and Im more than satisfied. Rosie did an amazing pedi. I will continue going back for her. My nails are great and the last time I tried this place they lasted for weeks. Worth the little wait since they always have walk ins and appointments. Very clean and relaxing.

B made sure I was happy with the progress every step of the way and was friendly and professional. I’ll be returning next time I need my nails done.

I have always loved getting my brows waxed there. There’s two women there that do an awesome job for me. This morning I went for a wax. The women who waxed me, did it so fast and didn’t do them right. She didn’t trim or touch them up like the other women have always done. She was more worried about getting me in and out fast. She walked out & even turned the light off before I was able to walk out the wax room. I understand a nail salon gets super busy on the weekends and Friday. I wouldn’t have minded the wait for someone to do my wax who was going to do them correctly.

Ive been to this place about 5 times now. I like this one above all others because they take their time and make sure your nails are perfect. Plan on spending some time, but its worth it. Lynn and Nin are my favorites. They do everything! Everyone always complements my nails and I always refer them here.

The man who did my pedicure very nice. I was very happy with it I suggest The Ice Dancer Pedicure. Also had Upper Lip and Eyebrows waxed as Im a brunette and needed to do that. Not as painful as i thought the last was fast. Overall great service.

Ive been twice now, and both times were not great. On the first visit the guy who did my pedicure insisted I go with an expensive pedicure that I didnt want. Then when he did my manicure, it was AWFUL! My nail were cut uneven and slanted and one hand wasnt even filed after being cut. The last time I went, the guy was so rushed, he only cut and filed my toenails before painting my them. No pumice stone, lotion or massage. The manicure was okay, but my cuticles werent cut. I dont intend to go there again. It is too expensive to leave unhappy.

So today was my First time going to the Nail Shop to get my nails done. Its safe to say Ive never been so happy with the way my nails turned out! There just amazing, Tammy did an amazing job! Tammy was So sweet and understanding, best part is that she really listened to me and cared about giving me what I want. When it comes to me going and getting my nails done I am super OCD about how they look. and when I pointed out to Tammy that my left hand was shorter than my right hand she was more than happy to fix the problem. Ladies if you ever go there ask for Tammy shes amazing she listens to you, and she gives you what you want! she makes sure that you are happy with her work before you walk out that door. Just an overall great experience, I will be back!

Im not sure how good place has such good reviews.My sister in law and I waited forever for them to get started with our feet soaking, then after they got started, they repeatedly left us to go do waxes, etc . My pedicure was mediocre at best and Im out $50 hard earned dollars. My polish does look good if I could find a plus side here lol...Next time we agreed to just go to New Braunfels for our pedicures

I give one star since the facility is new hence clean and modern. My experience was very unpleasant. I did not have Tammy or Nen. I had a male which I do not care for as they use far too much pressure for filing, exfoliating, and massage. What makes this experience so much more frustrating is trying to communicate with management with whom English is barely a second language. I will not even return to give them another chance.

I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails, and my nail tech cut my cuticles several times, even drawing blood. Getting your nails done is a luxury, and I couldn’t enjoy it because I kept pulling my hand away in pain. Also, he was involved in a video chat room, the entire time I was sitting in the chair. He wasn’t talking to them, but I was on screen with the people he was talking to and it was very uncomfortable. I asked for a nice design on my ring finger, and when he saw it and realized he couldn’t do it, he started laughing, basically mocking me for choosing a complicated design and expecting him to do it. they were very unprofessional, and I won’t be giving them business anymore and I advise you to do the same.

One star for effort! They sit you down immediately but then start working on 4 people . so i never went back. well yesterday a friend of mine and I went and there you go once again did same thing to my friend and worse part my water was extremely cold. Im done with this place!!!
