My nails are very short. I did the shellac nails. She did one coat of the clear then put my nails under the lamp then painted the white tip and did one final coat over the whole nail. Not enough coats. Washed my hair the next day and the edges around the cuticle started peeling up. The one nail peeled off completely by Wednesday. I had them done 2 days before on Monday. The place is very clean and nice but paid too much for it to only last a couple of days..

My wife goes here and absolutely loves this place. Her nails always look awesome and she recommends them to everyone

Got a full set and a pedicure!! My pedi almost out me to sleep!! And my full set was wayyy better than the BS I got from my last set of nails (not here)!!! Very pleased!!!

My daughters and I decided to try something new and came here off of a recommendation from a girl in Schertz. Reviews seemed ok. All-in-all, the place is disorganized and it doesn’t seem like anyone knows what is going on. We had an appointment, but waited well over the time our appointment was scheduled. Prices on pedicures are weird. You either get basic or full spa treatment for triple the price. I just wanted the sugar rub, but was told I could not without the full expensive package. My daughter’s nail tech was working on her and another lady at the same time, which seems a bit unsanitary. She’s been actively getting her nails done for over 2 hours now. I think maybe more staff, a set organizational flow and/or better scheduling/pricing would make this place a bit more appealing. Won’t be paying for services here again.

I took my daughters and myself to get our nails and toes painted and the nail polish literally just peeled off in a whole piece the very next day... I was truly disappointed. What a waste of money.

Pedicure was great but Nails were not really what I expected, I don’t like short Nails and I’m paying for the service and I would assume I would get what I ask for… to top it off Pay $50 for short nails oh no never again!!

They over charged me for a basic pedicure, and manicure. I paid $85 and just got regular nail polish

The man was rude the two times we went there for pedicures. He refused to let us get more than a basic pedicure and the girls were told to hurry up. We will never go there again.

I wont be going back there for a pedicure. We went to have one done, and we left with our feet hurting. They use what looks like a cheese grater on our feet and the files and sanding blocks were previously used. My feet are rougher now than when I went in. The lady that did mine wasnt very friendly at all. And too rough.

Hit or miss with this place: After 1st visit several months ago, I gave rave reviews... the last two visits however were either ho-hum or unpleasant.

I have been going to Fancy Nails for quite a while now and everyone I have had has been great. One lady I started out with was good, but I was just having problems with my nails breaking. I then started going to Danny, and my nails stayed on great. He also did a great pedicure too. Today (Monday being my day off) and needing my nails done Danny doesnt work on Mondays so I heard Liz was really good so I requested her. She was a delight!!!She made me smile, and she did an excellent job on my nails. Im glad that she works on Mondays when I cant get in during the week.

TThe lady that did my nails is so sweet/kind she took her time. She did great on my nails. Everyone there was very welcoming.

I have been getting pedicures here for over a year and prefer to any of the salons by my work in Austin. They do a great job and the massage chairs are the best! I bring my sisters here when they come to town!

Im not from the area. My husband and I are traveling and just passing through. My nails were way past due. I get the dip powder nails. I am 110% pleased with my nails. I got the French manicure and they look absolutely awesome! 5+* !!!

Um well, my nails look great but my sister...... not so much. my nails are much longer than her but it’s kinda ridiculous. the polish is all over her cuticle and it’s super patchy. her nails are pretty short but i mean come on.

They do an awesome job but their wait time is ridiculous!! If you have over 3 hours to do nothing then go right ahead. I waited 3 hours and still did not get my nails done. They schedule appointments and so you are continuously pushed back. I will never return.

Waxed eye bows and lip- did good job. Had powdered dip nails, with a mani was $40. Ive paid more for less. Was happy and will probably go back.

I will never come to this place again I have had my nails done a week and they have all fallen off. My daughters mani and pedi came off within days of being there. The staff is very nice but I feel like they rush so they can get to other customers I get it money but I spent so much money that day just to have nothing to show for it

My pedicure experience was okay but when I went to get my full dip set the man in the first chair was very rough and even messed up my nail. The quality of the nails are good but thats only because I requested for the tech to dip 3 layers instead of 2. Which if I had gotten 2 layers the nail would break a lot easier and he stated he was the professional I didnt know what I was talking about when I than had to file my own nails (unprofessional). He was upset asking me where I usually go. I will not go back to Fancy Nails ever because of the disrespect I was receiving when I stated how I wanted my nails since I was paying for them was so ridiculous.

Not worth the money. My nails are crooked and when I told them they argued with me and had other customers look at them. Very rude people. Would not fix my nails and did not give me my money back. Told me if I want them fixed I would have to pay again.

Was the worse place I have been to to get my nails. They rushed with my nails. And they had bad customer service. They were very rude. I definitely will not be there again. It is not worth the money I spent.
