Rushed job, I’m from out of town working and this is sloppy work. The first time I went they did a stellar job, this time I had a nail tech who was fidgety, inpatient and rushed my nails. I did express I would not return, the owner asked me what I said, I repeated it and then proceeded to speak in here language to my Nail tech. I paid a total of 80 for my feet and these sloppy nails. The owner did not even offer an apology. I can say that my feet were done pretty good. I don’t recommend, I definitely will be searching for a new place. See pics. Sloppy, uneven, lines and dents in gel.

I was in there for 2 hours and the lady got up in the middle of doing my nails and left to go do some people eyebrows and a man had to finish her job and he rushed and did not do a good job at all I had to go back the nexts day, For the price you could find a better place. Would not be going again.

Waited almost an hour to get a simple pedicure and realized after another customer had left that they didn’t not change the linings, who knows how many other nasty peoples feet were on there. So disgusting if I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT GO THERE

This place is awesome. The pedicure is done in a massage chair. By the time she was finished I was do relaxed. Kim did an awesome job. I failed to get the manivurist name but he was great too. I highly recommend this place.

I waited over an hour for them to put people ahead of me that came in after me. Workers were not even trying to work quickly and efficiently. The staff sat people at chairs expecting to get serviced quickly and could not remember the order. I left and went elsewhere.

My nail stylist was very nice and really did a great job. I like the dedication to her work. Will definitely go again .!

My first two visits here were great, I had gotten my nails done with Lam and they would always come out amazing!But now every time I come for a pedicure I’ve waited over an hour to get attended.I walked out last time because it took them an hour and a half to get worked on.... and I’m a patient person but I was just annoyed at this point.I came back to give them another try and again I waited long, my water turned cold and they attended people that came in after me first. They never once checked on me etc.I’m never coming here again.

Prices have gone way up and service was slow and poor, had to wait 2 hours for service

I went in10/04/2021 to do a fill in on my nails the first one they did really really horrible and the owners husband told me to sit back down and he would change the color mind u they where black and he said that was a hard color to do so he took it off change the color to a dark gray and today is 10/05/2021 and the color has came off on my thumbs and and chipped one my middle finger and my index finger Ima go in tomorrow morning and show them what happened never going back there again

This place cant keep nail techs! You get one you like then a couple of months they stop coming back and the owner doesnt tell you. Blows you off!! Very rude. Dont go to this place!!!!!

This place is the worse I went in for a fill and not only.did they keep.cutting my cuticles untill.they bled that sa.e day one of my nails fell off. I have been having my nails.done for years and never in my life have I had such a bad experience. Just horrible

$40 this is a good salon. Kevin is a great tech who reassured me that he would trim, shape and get rid of my cuticles before my nails were done. I love them. Not to thick, not to thin. Plus I love this black glitter!! I will be going back for my next set.

I have always had a good experience at Natural Nails. Yesterday I left some jewelry on the nail station and didnt realize it until later in the day. I called them and they had put it in a safe place, waiting for me to come back. Thanks for being so honest!!

This is the only place to go in all of seguin to get your brows done and now I will go here for my nails all the time as long as bea works there she did a great job on my daughter and I so I dont have to drive to New Braunfels

Great place so far. They have mostly brilliant techs and the two times that it wasnt done correctly, we went back a few days later and the full set was resolved to accommodate.

The place is the most chemical smelling place I have ever been in and I had a headache when i left. We were breathing in those fumes for an hour prior to being waited on. They are good once the service begins if you can stand the poison going into your lungs.

I have been going there for about 15 years. There service has declined greatly. Last time: came out with 2 different colors on my nails. This time: was left sitting after my pedicure and virtually ignored while waiting to have my nails done. Left without getting them done after they were going to do person who arrived after me. Never Again

They say they knew how to do designed nails wich was not true they could even do a decent star!! They gave me something i didnt even ask for charged me for it messed up our design 5 different times was there over 3 hrs and still wasnt happy!!! Ill never go there again

Helen is awesome at nails, especially fixing ingrown problems. Pam is THE eyebrow waxer/tattoo diva of Guadalupe County. She has as many male customers as female customers because she is so good at what she does.

My daughter and I went in for pedicures. We both ended up with cut, bleeding toes. All of their pedicure chairs (10-12) were full while we were there and I didnt see them sanitize equipment between clients even once. The basins are lined with plastic but there is a piece that goes over the plastic that isnt sanitized between clients. They provided a pedicure I didnt request, therefore charging me more than I planned. They also tried to wax my daughters eyebrows; when she repeatedly said no the technician became angry and rude.

Waited 3 hours for pedicure.

Extremely disappointed, went in and they were initially very kind but by the end of my visit Im left with uneven, warped unsatisfactory nails. On top of that, embarrassed, as the older gentleman that worked on my acrylic set pointed to my nails and laughed with another tech, mocked me and they both enjoyed a laugh out of that as well.I went in and asked for a full set, acrylic with shellac. He then tried to force the color acrylic powder, said it was better. I had to repeat I wasnt interested, Id rather do the shellac (as its easier to remove and change color). I also expressed that it was my birthday coming up so Im trying to figure out exactly what i wanted. I wanted to add a different color but he then scolded me and said, Im already painting. He sighed several times and threw my hands around at everything I said, as if it was such an inconvenience. As my shellac was drying, I was so anxious and nervous to say ANYTHING, I paid AND tipped GENEROUSLY, because at the end of the day, he did perform a service, even though he was so negative and I now have to reconstruct my nails on my own and visit a different nail shop to repaint them. I will NEVER return and will include the photos of the lopsided, poorly filed and painted nails as well. For future reference, whatever his name is, work on your customer service and attitude, patience is a virtue. No customer deserves to be treated as an inconvenience.Update:I returned the following morning to get my nails fixed, as one nail was significantly shorter than the others. The man, which I use that term lightly, proceeded to brush me off and not even look me in the eye, was very annoyed by my request to correct the mistakes done. I asked for my money back in which he told me to leave, he would call the police and then said f*** you. Ive NEVER in my life been treated so poorly. I would NEVER recommend this place for service. Im disgusted and appalled people can act this way.Might I add, in the past 2 weeks there have suspiciously been 17 reviews posted on this page, all 5 star ratings, following the same criteria and recipe. I find that extremely odd. Sounds like a violation of policy to me. (Writing your own reviews to purport your business.)

Sucks at service will walk away to go do other things. Do not go here.

Horrible, had to come back the salon because my nails where unfinished and you can see my nail through the color. I called to let the lady know what had happened, she said to come back. She was very nice and well working trying to get everything perfect. I do thank a lot to her. Another lady that redid my nails was very very rude and gave attitude. When I did go back she still didnt get them right, I never had this problem of someone being so rude and disrespectful to a customer. Poor customer service today. Very upset.

I have been going to Natural Nails for a minute and Ive always gotten spectacular nails. I dont live in Seguin. It is an all day event to get there to have my nails done. Don is my nail tech. I know I drive him crazy! I recently went 6 weeks without a fill! No lifting! Nails were tite. If anyone asks me where my nails are done I send them to Natural Nails. I dont waste my time anywhere else any longer. The price is great as well.

I have been coming here for the last year. The only reason I continued to come is for Helen. Her pedicures are amazing, however the wait time is outrages. The rest of the staff is rude and tend to speak over you in their native language. There us no reason to make an appointment, because they overbook, or staff members you have a appointment are not available. Today I was,left soaking for over 55 minutes, not the first time, but it will be the last. It is a shame that due to the lack of customer service I will not come back.

Absolutely love Pam and her team at Natural Nails. Have been going here for years and would return everytime for manicures, pedicures and waxes.

Broke my nail and needed to get fixed, went a year or so ago and never went back now i know why. Only place open on Sunday but i should have waited. Didnt buff my nail before putting the gel coat. Now its all lumpy. And all this after i had him change the size. He used a size smaller then my pinky on my pointer finger. NEVER AGAIN. and they are opening another one across from TSC.

Giving them a one is being nice. Horrible service was playing musical chairs for 20 min. Guy was arguing with me on how I wanted my nails. Didnt even cut them to where I wanted. Was way to long to even try to work with. I will never go back there again!

Do NOT get eyelash extensions here. They stuck me in a tight closet that both I and the tech could barely fit. She left them uneven and way too much glue. My eyes burned more than anything. I told her I was unhappy and pointed out the obvious. I didnt have to pay but Im stuck finding a solution to take them off without removing my natural lashes since she states they were unable to remove them....

I went and was very satisfied, would definitely go back.

Never again am I coming here, they charge you for every little different thing you do whether its the shape or color which makes no sense!! I come in and they tell me a price of a picture I showed them but when I pay its a different price . A refill is the same as getting them as a full set.. Over all they do horrible on shaping them, and they charge extra. I dont recommend it to anyone, they just care if you pay.. They rush through it all, theres mistakes always!
