I love this place. They’ve been in business for 2 yrs., directly across from Tractor supply. Relaxing music to go with the fancy art work and decor.. I took my father in law and my self for a pedi., not gonna show pic of my toes, lol. I am clumsy and stub my toes a lot. I was surprised with the price compared to other nail salons. I am completely satisfied and am going bk today actually to take my daughter for a full set and pedi.. Just ignore any negative reviews. Try it for yourself, you will be glad you did.

Made an appointment for my mom and me. We were seated, presented with a binder of services offered, then a book of all nail colors we could choose from. A very relaxing pedicure for each of us, and drinks as well! Holly did a great job with my pedicure. Thank you for a bit of relaxation in the afternoon! 🙂

I went in for a pedicure. This place was in the pricier side so I expected more.....I was never offered a drink of any kind. The foot massage was good but I did not like the way my toes were painted as they were all missing nail polish on the edges.

What I wanted vs what I got where totally different from each-other and they where so ugly. Idk how someone with a professional background as a nail tech can do my nails so terribly

2nd time visiting the Nail Bar. Got a pedicure. The blonde lady did my nails. I think she might be the owner/manager. She was AMAZING! Very sweet and took her time. I love that they set a timer for your massage to make sure you get every minute you are paying for. Also, they serve free drinks so that’s a plus. Will definitely be back!

I know I am a bigger person but being told I am ‘to wide’ for the chair REPEATEDLY in front of other people is embarrassing. I literally started crying in my car. The lady could have been quieter when telling me. but even at that I have gone to many salons and fit in the chair with no problem. I am just disgusted and disappointed with how the situation was handled. my step mom had given me a gift card to use there but that will never happen now.

OMG Im soooo impressed! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxed. Drinks are available to help you relax! The quality of the workmanship is outstanding! Benn having my nails done for over 20 years and this is honestly the first time Ive had my salon nails FEEL so natural! And the people are great too!

The only thing good I can say about this place is that I did not have to wait the man was extremely rude and the nails that I got, One broke off the same day and another broke off the next day do not waste your time going here

Very clean and friendly! The receptionist was very nice and Duong did a fantastic job on my nails. I also enjoyed the glass of champagne. I will definitely be going back!!

I was told that there was an hour wait,; the woman asked me to come back. I went around town just to waist time came back; I was then told there was an hour wait only after I declined the pedicure they offered....I told the woman that i had just been there and she told me to come back in an hour. The woman looked at me said I know but now theres an hour wait again...had she told me I had to wait there I would have instead of wasting a damn hour just riding around Seguin...absolutely ridiculous

There was 2 workers completely rude, what WAS suppose to be a relaxing time turned out to be completely opposite, the guy came and yelled in my 2yr old nieces face to stop tapping on the chair which terrified her after mind u there were ppl louder than the tapping noise. Then the lady comes and mean mugs my niece throughout the time being there. I did tell them some words and they apologized but I refuse to go without leaving this review as this was the most unprofessional nail salon in seguin. I will NEVER go back to this place again. Although the receptionist made me a bomb margarita that was the only upside of my experience.

This place is HORRIBLE they try to tell you what you want if it was free I couldn’t say anything but since I’m paying I want my nails the way I want them. Their employees need to take a lesson in professionalism and how to not argue with your customers. I won’t ever go here again

Horrible place they judge you and me and my sister went in trying to get nails done and the guy says it’s “TO mUch MONEY for us” that’s we can’t pay, we never said nothing about money and he just kept telling us it’s to much money for us to get our nails done there and he was just all around rude to us. Smh never will I go back there and know lots of ppl he has said this too now...

I came here yesterday afternoon, I was not satisfied at all! The guy who did my nails, I cannot remember his name, argued with me about the length of MY nails that I was paying for. I did not get what I wanted! As I was getting them done, I glanced over to my friend who was there too and asked her (in Spanish) what she was getting, and he proceeded to mock me and say random words in Spanish! Very rude. Lynn the owner, I believe that’s her name, argued with me over the nail color that I did not like and they took too long so I just paid for what was done. I will not be retuning to them at all! The nails were not impressive one bit.When I told them I had a YouTube Channel and would like to mention the nail tech who did my friends nails (she did an amazing job on hers!), Lynn’s mood changed and asked us to come back and what not.WILL NOT BE RETURNING!.

I went last month to get my nails done and not only was he rude but while cutting my nails he asked how long and i told him i wanted them way longer than what he had the cutter at and he just cut not even listening to what i said. He only took about 30 mins, didn’t take his time at all and my nails were horrible. If you need nails done in Seguin, i recommend Natural Nails; they fixed my nails to exactly what i wanted.

Wont be back ever . The liner kept coming off and spewing water everywhere an she blamed it on me moving my toes, lol . I moved them when she asked me to put my feet in an out . So she started complaining about it in foreign language to other employee . . I told her Wow . She said oh no it wasn’t about that . Whatever!!!!

Wonderful staff and atmosphere, very relaxing. Plus they do a fantastic job! Lynn is wonderful! Great pedicures, nails, and waxing. Definitely my new go to!

Unfriendly and over priced. My daughter had to get some crowns and a filling and she was so brave so she chose a pedicure for her treat. When we walked in I told them specifically that, but also stated that my mom and I would like a pedi as well and I wanted my nails dipped. The tech started on my nails which was quick but not exactly what I asked for, then she moved on to my pedi (never even asked if we would like to order a drink) which she did a great job on, however my almost 4 year old daughter had been sitting next to me waiting patiently for over an hour and this was supposed to be her treat! When we walked in we were the only ones in there minus one lady who was finishing up. As we got our service others walked in and they started on them right away mean while my daughter was still waiting! My tech finished up with my toe polish and I ran to the restroom while she got started on my daughter. I came out to my daughter asking her why are you not using the water for mine?? Repeatedly. The tech did not answer and continued only painting her nails, then told me her nails were too small for a design ! I felt so bad that she waited so patiently and didnt even get her pedicure!...she did end up with a little heart on her toes but we will not be back! The staff may be skilled but they lack customer service.

Very professional very nice and excellent nails and pedicures... My nails have never lifted and I get tons of compliments on them... Extremely affordable especially since you get a free mixed drink to relax with while you get your nails done.

Very nice place, excellent staff and great drinks. They treat you like family. I dont get pedicures very often but if I do go, it wont be anywhere but here.

Extremely overpriced. Two pedicures is $80 and that’s the cheapest. Then she asked if my sister and I wanted gel. I asked “how much more is that?” she said “Same price.” After we got them done, I saw she charged $15 for gel on each pedicure. My total was $110. We won’t be coming back.

Had shellac manicure today. Ken did a great job. Will definitely go back. Very clean & relaxing environment.

I specifically specified I only wanted midnight Blue No Glitter in my nails were was completely finished and I can see them underneath the light my nails had lots of glitter in them and they look like toenails very flat no curvature to my nails at al

This place is absolutely amazing. They’re clean, friendly, and take you time with the services. If you’re in need of a spa day to get you manos and pedis done you definitely need to come here.Not to mention the bar in the salon!

This place does Not care about their customers and won’t do your nails how they should be done! I would not recommend going here

Before today I would have given this Nail shop a 10 out of 5 stars. Today I wouldn’t even give it one. When they first opened my normal nail tech (at a different shop) wasn’t working and I needed a fill so I gave Tree a shot. He did a good job, I appreciated the quick service and a nice new very clean place. Unfortunately after 2 days at the beach 4 of my nails had the shellac fall off. I figured black is a hard color to accomplish and it was kind of thick due to it being about 4 layers and a top coat so maybe they didn’t cure properly (it happens). I had them fixed 3 days after going in the first time. Fast forward to this Thursday.. I called and set an appointment with Steven this time, great service, great drink, great nails! The very next day 4 nails lose the shellac, only this time it is a very light pink which only had 2 layers and a top coat. Again not an issue I left my son at daycare a little longer so I could go get them fixed after work. I went in and they were fixed quickly. Come today Saturday, 2 days after getting a new set and painted with shellac 3 of them come off. At this point it’s still no big deal but I do have a job, a toddler, and a life that I would much rather not spend in the nail shop every day especially on a weekend. As soon as I walk in the shop there is a lady and 2 girls just checking in. I showed Steven my nails and he said to sit at chair number one and he would fix them after working on the customer he had. COMPLETELY FINE. I’m in no rush at this point. Tree who was sitting a few chairs down looked over and said something along the lines of “oh I’ll do them for you this time so they will be right” then told me to have a seat at his table. I walked across the shop and had a seat, again no problem. As soon as he comes to work on my nails he says he will do a good job and they will be fixed. By now I don’t care about the color and simply asked if he could remove the shellac from the remaining 7 nails and just put clear on them because I can’t come back if they were to come off again in the next couple of days (Sunday’s and Monday’s are busy days for me). I’m not mad because I actually like having my nails clear. He immediately starts yelling at me telling me to stop being angry that he will fix it and paint them because I have already paid for the service. I tried to make it clear that I was fine losing out on the money because I can’t lose anymore time by coming to the shop everyday. Instead he stands up and raises his already loud voice to accuse me of walking in and just having a seat skipping over the people who were there ahead of me (Steven told me to have a seat I wouldn’t have had a problem with waiting). Because of his extreme unprofessionalism I asked to have a refund so I can go have my nails corrected elsewhere he told me he couldn’t do that. When I asked who his boss was he said he didn’t know who his boss was and he didn’t have the authority to give me a refund. I then asked if I could speak to the owner and he again said he didn’t know who it was. He asked me to leave his chair and I told him I would when I find out who I can speak to to let them know of the situation even if I don’t get my money back he gathered his things and walked away. I had to get the owners phone number from Steven as I’m walking out of the shop with bare nails (not even a top coat) embarrassed because everyone in the shop was staring and I was being made the bad guy for their mistakes. When I called to speak with the owner all he could tell me is he would fix my nails (there is nothing to fix, I just want them to have a top coat!!). I will never give them my business again or recommend this shop as I already have multiple times in the month they have been open. I have had my nails done for over 10 years very steadily with just a few breaks to give my nails a break this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had!!
