I would get my own place to live at.I would call it my home
An incredibly difficult environment to work in. While case managers are essential and go above and beyond to make sure their clients needs are meant, leadership is poor, HR is bias and management is set in their outdated ways and are more than ready to get rid of anyone that proposes change. Super unfortunate because the clients end up losing. I stand behind the mission of TR, however, working at an organization at such would be a terrible regret.
I have lived with the support of transitional resources for nearly 9 years. The staff care, my emotional and mental health needs are addressed and I don’t feel like I’m alone on my life’s journey anymore. I feel nudged in a healthy direction when I make decisions in my life now. I can confide in any staff member and I know they’ll make time for me. There’s a lot to do here. art group to open and end each week, my favorite... and we play bingo together and write poetry and share it in group( if you want)as well as mindfulness, women’s group, and we really have a lot of smiles to go around. It’s really difficult to come from the street after so long and feel safe and understood♥️
A great workplace and community resource.
