Had technical problems connecting to a zoom meeting, communicated this, never head back for a follow up, kept trying to get help with medication, only to finally find out months later that I was barred from making appointments because of a zoom meeting I couldnt connect to. What kind of doctor treats a patient like this, ESPECIALLY a psychiatry service???

This phone number is for the Addiction Helpline. It is only for addiction services, and refers you to Rehabs Near You. Otherwise they suggest you go online to look for an alternate number unless youre looking for inpatient treatment. What a crock!

Called about an insured patient in need. I was polite and friendly. When I asked for a referral the person hung up on me. Monsters.

Convoluted mess of providers spread all over the region with spotty availability. Terrible service for a behavioral health provider.

You have to call and leave a message with your info to get a doctors appoitment. They say they will call you back within 24 ours, but they never call. It;s been weekes!
