My friend has been in there with serious issues and they act like they dont care!! Not professional or caring about anothers life :(
I happy having them in my neighborhoodThe employee are cooperating and positive read to help .
Dont know how they are. I called as a new client. Was put on immediate hold and sat there for 15 minutes without anyone answering, and then hung up to look for a provider that would answer their phone.
My daughter and I met with Jennifer this weekto get help getting our insurance questions answered. She was so kind, professional, and thorough. She walks us through every step and we left feeling confident we are the right path. Thank you Jennifer.
Ive been coming to this clinic since it opened. Every receptionist has been welcoming, courteous and organized. They work to accommodate patients, going the extra mile, even on the phone! My Doctor is thorough. I have never felt rushed - he takes the time to explain every test, results, and health care plan. Follow-ups are important and he makes sure that is part of the plan as well. I feel safe and confident with all aspects of this clinic related to my care. Im also very thankful that they are here in my neighborhood! Thanks Neighborcare Health - to each and everyone of you! Youre the best!
Been here couple times and both my experiences were great. This clinic is friendly, helpful, and prompt. The staff are all professional. I just went in for an appt with Dr. Frances Chester and she made me feel very comfortable. I really appreciated her friendly demeanor and helpfulness. I wish I thanked her more in person! Would definitely recommend this clinic to all in the area.
All the staff is super friendly and the doctors and nurses practitioners actually care about their patients. Ive been treated by two PCPs, one mental health professional, and their midwife and all have been extremely caring, respectful, and attentive.
Helpful? Wow. I was told to come in at 3:15. After waiting in the reception area from 3:10 until 4:30, with not a single person even addressing us or informing me the doctor was running late, or apologizing for the wait, I went back up to reception. They confirmed my appointment time of 3:30, but asked me to come in 15-20 minutes early to fill out paperwork (which took all of 5 minutes). At that point they said, yeah, hes running a bit late. And actually, they said, they just didnt have a clean room. I saw about 15 people leave and only three go back and another three employees stop and chat at the front desk before casually going home. The doctor didnt come in the room to see us until 5:00, and when I mentioned that I have never waited so long for an appointment, ever, he argued that my appointment wasnt actually until 4 and when I was told to come in at 3:15, he said it was probably to fill out paperwork. I said, Forty-five minutes? For two pages? Apparently he didnt like me confronting this, because he instantly became indignant and patronizing, as if HIS time was extremely valuable. Not ours? This appointment was for a simple routine referral to an eye surgeon my daughter has seen for 10 years, but this doctor seemed to have go through a series of exercise to see if there was anything wrong with her sight. Yes, you might notice she is wearing bifocals. I came away thinking that there must be a reason this guy is working in a community clinic and not his own practice or a major hospital. It seemed like everyone there was incompetent. Not where I want to go for trust in my healthcare.
Happy to have this place in my neighborhood. Thank God.
Poor billing service. They dont look out for their patients and bill inappropriately and make you pay inspite of medical insurance coverage. Would definitely NOT recommend this place for medical care.
Willow w., I too had Karen Stodola, she is very wishy washy and incompetent too. Also I experienced her denying a prescription, plus forgetting to send one out too. She shouldnt be working in the medical field, period! Her mishaps will eventually lead to malpractice, as well as lawsuits. She can never be trusted again, especially with my health! Sadly this clinic did a passive aggressive switcheroo without my permission! I first had Mark Atych as my primary care physician, and unfortunately without my consent, they changed it over to the P.A., Karen Stodola! Willow, I also concur, that her communications skills are inept! Karen needs to take a public speaking 101 class! I refuse to ever step into this clinic ever again because I find them to be a malignancy on my health!
This clinic is pretty great for conventional medical center. Love my two doctors and the diversity of staff and clients.
Karen Krahn Stodola at Neighborcare Lake City is hands down the most incompetent PA Ive ever had the misfortune to receive medical care from in my entire life. When shes not defrauding my insurance company or giving me patently false medical information, she forgets to send in my prescriptions for days and denies refill requests from my pharmacy for no apparent reason. She needs to revisit the tenet Do no harm, because her incompetence does serious harm to her patients. If I could give less than one star, I would. Actually, everyone Ive encountered at this clinic has been wildly incompetent, from the blatantly apathetic reception staff to the guy who took my blood pressure, etc. Strange, because I never had a problem at the Rainier Beach clinic location.
I love it here. They are extremely friendly and helpful, both doctors and receptionists!
Its really horrible when you cannot get in when you are sick. I called on Tuesday and the nurse does not call me back until Friday. They really do not care about there patients!
Not recommended at all. They are not on time for appointments. Dont care about their patients.
AWFUL! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. First they messed up on billing my insurance and I had to pay $500 out of pocket to avoid collections and now I am waiting 30 days for it to be refunded. Correction, they said check back in thirty days.I needed a refill on birth control and they told me I would need to wait TWO WEEKS to be seen by a doctor... WHO WAITS TWO WEEKS FOR BIRTH CONTROL! Emily (office manager) kept repeating I hear that youre frustrated, WHO WOULDNT BE? Birth control isnt something you wait on and especially not for two weeks. The entire place is a mess. Save yourself the headache.
Dr. Aytch and Tammy, his assistant are the absolute best!
The care is good, but getting a prescription refilled sometimes takes a week due to confusing or doctors not being available to sign off.
No fabulous thanks for everything I bless you
Excellent service and attention.
