Quick and easy to work with, however I was not notified that the repair job would compromise the waterproofness of my mobile device. I use it in the mountains regularly for navigation and it is exposed to precipitation. I got this specific phone because it is waterproof and its awesome camera.For near the same price of the repair I could have gotten a used version of this phone but I wanted to try and keep this phone longer, you know, for the environment.I feel I should have been informed that the repair would compromise its waterproofness. If I had, I would have made a different decision.

The gentleman I talked to was a real pro. I came in with the wrong parts and he patiently explains the right way to fix my phone. It is notable that if I had brought the right parts he would have repaired it for the labor charge only! I have ordered the right thing and will be back to these professional guys. AND I have to take a ferry to the mainland to get there! I got lucky and found a parking place across the street so I didnt see any nearby parking lots.

I went in to see if they could repair a faulty USB-C port for my keyboard PCB. Though they dont really specialize in repairing keyboards, they were willing to at least take a look (a lot of the other repair shops wouldnt). They ended up resoldering the port and it was fixed! They were friendly and helpful - Id recommend them to everyone to get your device repaired!

Nathan fixed my iphone 11 pros screen and camera. He let me borrow the shops screen while we waited for the parts to come in so I can be up and running. Really great customer service overall, would recommend anyone who needs their things fixed.

I dropped our iPad, which shattered the screen (the glass was falling off in shards). Aside from the shattered screen, the iPad seemed to work, so we figured we would try fixing it rather than buying another. We previously used Mobi Repairs to replace a broken iPhone screen, and had a good experience then. We called Mobi Repairs again and spoke with Nathan, the owner proprietor. He said he had a replacement screen in stock and could replace ours within a day or two. I dropped off the iPad that same day, and one business day later, Nathan called to let me know that our iPad was ready. When I picked up the iPad, it looked and worked like new, and has worked great since. Nathan does excellent work in a short time, provides excellent customer service (he is super nice), and charges at a great price while taking necessary covid precautions. We had two great experiences with Mobi Repairs a few years apart, and highly recommend this small business!

Wow just wow. Earlier in quarantine my phone screen started to come apart and one side or the whole screen of my phone would go dark if I pressed too hard on one side. I decided to take it in to mobi today with my dad and the entire price of repairs was covered by warranty. I really felt like I could ask the professionals at mobi any question about my phone and they could answer it with ease. I am so so impressed by this business and will definitely go back. I work in Seattle (Soutpark area) so any one in the West Seattle area I would most def go here. Beside the speedy service, he & I had a great conversation.

I had a really great experience when I took my shattered iPhone 6 in to get the LCD screen replaced. I was ecstatic because I thought I was going to have to get an entirely new phone. The repair was done quickly, which was also a plus. Upon paying, I was told it was warrantied for life (AWESOME) apart from damage inflicted from a drop. I would rate that first experience 5 stars easily.HOWEVER, the last couple of weeks or so small cracks have been appearing. Theyve been spreading across the entire screen, and now chunks of glass are coming off. I called this morning to see if I could bring it in without a receipt (making sure theyve kept their records) and was told that ANY damage voids the warranty. I explained that this was not the policy that I was informed of initially, and regardless, any damage caused by (possibly) an improper installation should be covered, right? I told the guy I would not be paying for an entirely new screen just for this to happen again, and that I would not recommend their services to anyone. The aftercare of their product and labor is definitely subpar compared to their initial professionalism. Im extremely disappointed because I was so impressed to begin with.Ive rated 2 stars because my first experience with them was quick and easy. If that werent the case, it would be a solid 1 for their lack of communication and transparency.

Even though I live very close by, I wont be going back here because of the terrible customer service. It took them a week and a half just to replace my phones battery, during which time they didnt contact me at all. I had to stop in the shop three times just to get updates. The third time, which was two days after they said it would be ready the previous time, the phone was sitting on the shelf with the new battery while he worked on other things. It seemed like he wouldnt have even looked at it if I hadnt stopped by and I had to tell him all over again what was wrong. When he finally let me know it was done, I went in to pick it up ten minutes before they were due to close only to find the shop shuttered early, leaving me to wait two more days to get my phone because theyre closed Sundays. My phone works now, but the process was very painful and took much longer than it should.

Good iPhone repair and great service, but you should know that you won’t get genuine Apple parts. The new screen was significantly dimmer, had more glare, and was harder to read in sunlight than the original. I compared it to an original Apple product and confirmed. I decided to spend the money to have Apple repair it and switch out these parts - glad I did.

When I priced out the screen and tools without even taking the learning curve into account, it was more expensive than they charged me to not only replace the screen, but the backing as well. I took my IPhone 8 in for a cracked screen repair back in November. At first, I thought that Mobi’s service was fast, friendly and priced reasonably. My screen stopped working a week later, and when I brought it back in for repair, Nathan indicated that my phone might be rejecting the brand of screen that he used in the repair. It was news to me that they were using non-Apple parts, and it was news to me that there was ever a question that the repair would work. Three different screens later, and my screen stopped working again. When I asked the Mobi owner for a refund, since they didn’t actually repair my phone, I was denied. I don’t recommend going here if you want your device repaired correctly the first time.

After a horrible experience with a large companys phone protection services, I decided to take my iPhone X here to get the screen glass repaired. The guys here fixed the screen fast for a fair price, and squeezed me in right at the end of the day. I dropped my mobile getting out of a Lyft ride last Saturday night, and the driver took off before I could try and look for it. The driver ran over my mobile and shattered the screen completely! There was no way I was going to take it to an apple shop and pay way too much for a screen replacement and who knows what other issues they would have pulled out of their a*****.I found Mobi Repair, whilst looking online and decided to give them a call. I got a voicemail and just hung up, as I have had bad experiences with businesses not returning my calls after leaving messages in the past. I received a call 10 minutes later from a very professional young man. He said that he got a missed call from my number, and right away I knew that this guy really did care about business. I asked how much a screen replacement costs and he was very straightforward about the pricing with or without the replacement of the touch sensor in case it was damaged as well. I saw a previous review about this business not using apple certified parts, but to be honest, I dont care. I dont plan on going to an apple shop to get anything fixed ever again after seeing the undercover camera footage of the fake diagnoses they seem to discover whilst handling the problem you were there to fix in the first place, only to charge you an arm and a leg. I own an iPhone 6 which is old at this point. I am not going to pay apple hundreds of dollars for a screen replacement on an old mobile.I decided to take the short trip up the street and get it replaced asap, as I plan to visit my family in Europe on the 7th of November and I want to be able to have a mobile that doesnt cut my fingers when I use it. The young man behind the counter was very professional and upfront about the possible issues and pricing. He said It would take 30 minutes to fix, which to me was very good. It gave me time to grab a quick bite to eat with a couple of glasses of wine. Ive had multiple phones repaired here to great results. Most recently my Samsung Galaxy S7 fell out of my car on to I-5 and was run over by multiple cars. It looked completely ruined, but they replaced the screen and rear and it runs great! After a couple months there started to be an LED malfunction with the screen, so I took it back in, and they ordered a new screen and replaced it for free. Unfortunately the new screen had another LED malfunction, but they ordered another part from another supplier and replaced the screen again. I was about to drop $600 on a new phone, but they fixed it twice for free. These guys stand by their work. Theyre friendly, professional, and FAST! Consider me a customer for life!

I was getting used to being told that old phones are irreparable and that the only solution is to buy the latest $700 model (most Verizon stores told me that), but Mobi actually took my phone apart, tested it, and told me what my options were - sans sales pitch!As it happened, my old phone WAS reparable, but it would cost about the same as a new Galaxy S3 ($60). So we talked about what I used my phone for and determined that an S4 had all the functionality I needed. They fixed my screen on my Galaxy S5, but it left my screen loose and it can be pressed down. It is also almost coming up on a corner, this is probably because of not so good adhesive or something similar.
