I command the person who was at the front desk today, they have the patience of a saint. Dealing with people who take 10min to agree to unlock their phone to get it repaired sounds excruciating, but they did it with good humor. Im a little disappointed that having a 10am appointment, I still had to wait 30min to drop my phone though.

Ben helped me with my old iphone SE that had a broken screen so that I wasnt able to enter my complete password. After I bought a new iphone, I expected that that the Apple store could nevertheless transfer my data, including my extensive music collection(there is so much that doesnt back up to the icloud!) but I was told that it was impossible and all was lost. Ben was able to give me a new screen, make my phone work again, and then transfer all of my apps, music, notes, etc to the new phone. My appointment for this work was prompt, the price was great, and Ben accomplished it quickly. I was very impressed!

What a wonderful place! I didnt need an appointment, just walked in and told them the problem I was experiencing. They said it might take up to 72 hours, but it was done by the end of the day! Kenna was my technician and did a fantastic job. I am so thankful to have my phone back, good as new! Dont hesitate to come here, these folks are the best!!

10/2/21: I dropped my Pixel 2 and the screen stopped working. I looked up ways to have it repaired and this place showed up as an Authorized Google service center so I made an appt. They had the part and was able to fix my screen within 4 hrs. Cost $150.

Well, I walked in expecting hidden fees and a lot of B.S talk about tech fees and such, but they gave me a price and stuck to it. I paid exactly what I was quoted and my phone works perfectly. They gave me options for the fix some cheaper and some more expensive and I felt very informed and taken care of. I have an iPhone 11 and it was a great experience. THANKS GUYS!

Came here since they were an authorized Google repair partner for my Pixel phone. Made an appointment online but I dont think it was necessary as there only 2-3 people ever in line. Just street parking in the area and wasnt too hard to find.A bit slow of a turnaround (quoting me at 48hrs) but they seemed to be quite busy with repairs. They were communicative over email and phone, and did express empathy to me and other customers I witnessed.In the end, they were unable to fix my issue, citing a motherboard replacement would cost more than the phones worth, refunded the charges, and gave me some good next steps. I would consider them again for any future issues I might have.

Pretty miserable right now. Came in on June 4th, got my tablet looked at, and they said they would be able to order a new screen and get back to me in two weeks.I didnt want to rush them because they were very friendly.TODAY, 57 days later, I call and they say that THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ORDER THE PART.I wonder how long ago they found that out? I dont know, because they did absolutely nothing to inform me of this. Apparently, their system sometimes has trouble with that, even though their system did send me two automated advertisement emails in the meantime. So, dont expect reliable communication from their end.Because I have waited nearly TWO MONTHS the damage to my screen is even WORSE than when it was first broken. Patience is not a virtue, it is a sin.Im sure they do great work, I just wish I would have been able to experience it. Moral of the story, dont give people a break. They dont deserve it.

Went here to fix a cracked screen on my Pixel 5. They were able to fix the screen but messed up the front camera in the process. Very poor repair quality.Update: I went back to get the camera fixed. They were able to fix it fairly quickly. Turns out they forgot to get rid of the plastic covering under the new screen!! Bumping this up to 3 stars since they fixed my issue.

I brought my precious iPhone in, prepared to leav it with them however long it would take to get my lightning port “tight” again so my cables would stay put. But the fellow behind the desk came back in three minutes and said it was fixed, that it just needed a good cleaning. Now, I tell you I’ve been cleaning that port but there must be some skill involved and this guy got a bunch of fabric detritus out. Now the cable attaches as snug as when the phone was new!!Great work!!

I took my iPhone in after its charging port stopped working. David, at the desk, took it in back to look at it, and after five minutes came back out with it working perfectly, and didnt charge me a penny. Turns out it just needed to be cleaned out by someone who knew what they were doing (I tried myself, but to no avail).I definitely appreciate their honesty and integrity, and their attitude. To be frank, they totally could have charged me for a charging port replacement and I would have been none the wiser since thats what I thought I needed. But they really seem keen to be good neighbors and serve their community (I know every company says this, but these guys actually act like it). I also appreciate how quickly I was helped - I walked in without an appointment and was helped immediately. This is where Ill be coming for all future phone repair needs.

Had given my iPhone 10X Max for water damage. Turns out I had to change the screen too as in order to repair that. So spent way way more money than expected. My phone got repaired with all the data (main thing I was worried about) but my display is not 100% fine (screen shows a weird color when content is darker color). This wasnt a problem before. I was told that their no guarantee on water damaged phones performance but having replaced a new screen this should not happen! I wonder whether the screen was not displaced correctly by them or they used not good quality screen. Due to this, I would suggest anyone to look at other shops when repairing devices.

Great stuff! Brought in my Pixel 4 to fix a battery issue. They were super knowledgeable on the issue, turned it around in just a few hours, and the phone was all good and ready to start using again right away. Tech I talked with (Mason?) knew his stuff. Professional, fast, effective, cant ask for more than that! Would definitely recommend.

They were able to retrieve my data on smashed phone by replacing the screen, smart switching to my new phone, and putting the old screen back on for 88 bucks when other data retrieval was quoted at 1,500$. The u district shop is very busy and they are slow because of it, but I cant recommend this company enough. The staff is very social awkward (Ive dealt with three) but what can you expect from computer nerds.

To the entire Seattle team at uBreakiFix,I had the best experience with my Samsung black screen issue. Even after trying to work with both T-mobile and Samsung while under warranty, didnt offer the solution I was looking for. Just had a baby daughter 6 weeks ago and had hundreds of photos/videos that wasnt backed up. Samsung wanted me to hard reset before sending back to them by mail, which was not ideal to lose all my pictures. T-mobile couldnt do anything at all. Good: Friendly service, and my repair was done faster than estimated.Bad: I discovered when I got home that while replacing the LCD on my phone they seem to have blown the speakers in the process somehow, causing a loud crackle when I play audio through them. There was another guy there who had a problem with his repair too, though they were quick to fix it.

Wow, this company was so honest!!! My husband gave them his phone but it was too water damaged to repair. He never returned to pick it up but a year later he thought hed check to see if they still had it. I thought, thats silly, of course they dont have it. Turns out they did!!! I love that they were honest enough to say they still had it and they would return it to him, no problem and no charge! We got the phone in Madagascar and because of the pandemic we werent able to return for a visit and havent seen our daughter who lives there for over a year. Its more a sentimental reason for wanting it back but I really appreciate that this company was so nice about returning the phone. Few businesses these days practice with integrity and honest (its more about what can I get out of it....) Thanks for being one that does! I would recommend you guys highly!!

Did an amazing job fixing my phone, great customer service.

Took my sons switch in for a new charging port. They fixed it quickly and sent it back to us. We put it on the docking station and it wouldnt connect. I called the store they told me to bring it in and it would be covered under warranty. Then today they call me and tell me there is water damage to the charging port so my warranty is void. My kids werent even able to charge it when it was sent to us. I told them and they said as a courtesy they could fix it for parts cost $29.99 but it wont have a warranty any more. So I paid $99 to have the charging port fixed and the repair they didnt work so now they want another $30 to fix the same thing they told me they already fixed!!!

I called beforehand and was told an iphone 7 screen repair would range from $50-150 and would be a same day repair. I stopped by the store and was told the repair would be $99 and would not be able to get it done until next week. Was told the discrepancy occurred with “corporate” and that there was nothing to be done about it.

I just needed a screen replaced on a used phone I bought, they said it would take one or two days... I got it back the next day, it worked great with no more problems, thanks to Jessie!

They fixed by brothers Nintendo Switch in record time. I apple that because now he is not using my stuff. If he breaks it again my Dad will bring it back to you real fast!!!

I was told my phone would be ready Friday. I drove 1 1/4 hrs to find our it the replacement part was defective, and they would be able to work on it Tuesday. I took the phone & said I would return Monday. On Monday, they told me the part was on back order, and to return in 2-3 weeks. They had my info, the could have called me and told me that there was a change so that I wouldnt have to waste time and gas on a two 2 1/2 hour round trips.

Heres the organized list of why you should go elsewhere:- Estimated repairs would take under 24 hrs, took almost 2 days- Never confirmed cost of repairs as requested and had phone half disassembled which made taking it home after waiting not an option.- Changed the last digit of my phone number since Ive taken a previous phone there and didnt tell me...it was a long debate every time I spoke to them just to get an update.- After no update I showed up to retrieve my repaired phone and the camera went from dust particle in the lense to not functioning at all.- After repair #2 the phone speaker no longer worked and I was reassured by the employee that it was covered under warranty....because cameras and speakers are closely related when it comes to phones.4 trips later I have a functioning phone....seriously dont go here. Asurion sent me here for repair of my phone which had a very cracked screen.This place was crowded and looked like it needed a major upgrade/overhaul. Anyway they did not have the parts to repair my phone, at least they let me know before I went very far. For that I thank them.So after I asked where to try next, I received no advice or checking who might be able to help. Just heres your phone go look online for another repair place. I found out by calling around that the ubrakeifix at Alderwood mall could help me. They assured me that they would have my phone completed by that day. And they did In under two hours. My phone was like new.I will never go to university blvd ubreakifix again. It should be condemed. I will go out of my way to Alderwood mall to get any broken things repaired.Also I usually never leave a review but I felt that this one was warented.

Great staff, good repair job, authorized repair location for Pixel phones. Took a few days because of low staff due to Covid, but previous times Ive been have been quite speedy even for things like a screen repair and rebuild. Overall Im really happy with the service.

Be prepared for long wait times. Easy to book through Asurion but unfortunately they are currently understaffed and processing time on cracked screen repair is 24-48 hours. When I came in last week, the processing time conveyed by staff was 4-5 hours. I was unable to get my device repaired through uBreakiFix as I need my phone for work and 48 hours is not workable.

Horrible. Couldnt find our appointment, never even got to turn in the phone for repair. Nevermind nearly being assaulted while having to stand outside trying to make a phone call to figure out what happened to my appointment

I had an issue installing a new memory DIMM, Tommy diagnosed a likely scenario over the phone. I took it in. Rather than having to wait 2-3 days, the new DIMM just needed reseating in a very tight spot and was ready in a couple hours at no charge Thanks to Adrian for that. My Pixel 4s battery finally went bonkers and couldnt charge. I brought it to this shop because it was an authorized Google Pixel repair shop. Had a little problem with validating the phones IMEI and they reached out to Google. That was resolved and the battery was replaced under warranty quickly and all is great. This place has excellent service. Normally weve been going to T-Mobile stores, and most of the time they dont know what we need. You can make an appointment or have a Walk-In. The people in uBreakiFix instantly knew what we needed for our phones. They obviously have lots of experience, and I would definitely recommend for anyone having trouble with any kind of phone (Samsung, Apple, Google, Etc.). I will come here again.

Very helpful, both on the phone and in person. They let me know exactly what might be wrong, and what the cost would be for each problem, and how long it would be before they had an answer for me. They called me back right when they said they would, about an hour and a half later. They had isolated the problem and gave me a quote. I gave them the go-ahead, and I had my phone back in my hands and fixed in under 2 hours. It did seem a bit overpriced to me, but the prices are fixed by Google so I cant really blame them. In-store customer service was excellent, and I even got a follow-up email making sure that everything was okay. I took off one star because when I replied to that email it was clear that the replier (someone not in-store) hadnt actually read what I said. But I will definitely return there for any problems with a phone or laptop, and recommend them. The free diagnostic is a great tool, plus they stand by their quote, and theres a six-month warranty on their repairs.

Using my phones IMEI # the manufacturer recommended this shop as the best nearby solution to fix my cracked screen. They were spot on, I had submitted a repair request early this morning and before I even got to work they had responded and had my phone within an hour. Adrian from the University store was very helpful and I retrieved my fixed phone with a brand new screen that worked flawlessly the same day within just a few hours. I would most definitely recommend them.

Best experience of places that fix multiple devices. They primarily work on cell phones, partnering with wireless carriers through auction warranty work orders and manufacturers like Samsung and Google. Ask for Mason who has been there for a long time, or really they have a great line of repair technicians there.
