This was a wonderful experience. I shattered the back of my phone and there was also an intermittent problem with the backlight not working and the screen going out. I was had just paid rent and had no money in my bank account for more than a sandwich. That same day I was walking down the stairs from my apartment and my phone somehow fell out of my pocket, the phone didn’t crack but the screen completely stopped working. I needed my phone for class next day but didn’t have the money because I was getting paid the next day. The owner was so nice he fixed my phone for me for free and let me pay the next day. If I was an dirtbag I could have just taken the phone and never come back, but did because I would feel horrible about it. I was able to get the hinge of my Laptop fixed by Cloud Electronic. My laptop was an Acer Aspire, a little older, but was still functional. I was having real trouble with opening it and closing and I could see the inside the left hinge corner. I wanted to still use it so I went Cloud Electronic. I did Not want to go Best Buy and pay a big annual fee. The place is a house but very centrally located. After we established what was really broken, the CE repairman gave me an estimate and told me hold long it would take to get the replacement parts. I got his card and left. You know a person is experienced when they can confidently and accurately take your phone apart right in front of you in 5 minutes, then pull a meter out and begin testing different components to find the problem. This is a true electronic engineer. And his expertise does not stop at cellphones. This is going to be the place i take all of my electronics in the future.

I shattered the screen of a Pixel 3A XL and thought it was a goner. My experience at Cloud Electronic Repair was very positive. I took in a laptop with a broken screen and was greeted by a woman who motioned me to sit down, and after I waited just a moment, I was greeted by the owner. He clearly is a fairly new English speaker, so communication was a bit of an issue, but after a few moments and making sure I understood everything, it was clear that the plan was to replace the screen once he got it, and he would call me when it was ready. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text the day after I took the unit it, verifying that the screen needed to be replace, and what the cost would be. A few days later, I got a text indicating it was fixed. I came in a few days later, and it was in much much better shape than when I dropped it off!My only issue was that it was about 25% more than I was originally quoted, but that could be due to the fact that I just must some subtlety in the conversation, and it was worth the cost anyway.I only point out the communication issues because it was clear, based on the ESL books on the shelf, that these wonderful people were making a go of it as a small business in the US, which overall made this interaction such a positive one. The gentleman was very respectful of my poor understanding of his accent, making it not only pleasant, but easy.I will absolutely be back with my next needed repair!

Amazing experience, exceeded expectations. Its a little messy inside, but dont let that fool you. The owner is professional and quick and saved my Android Moto G6 from the landfill after the folks over at Cell Phone Repair (also nice folks, just not as effective) told me Id have to buy a new phone. I sat with him while he diagnosed why my phone would not charge and once he discovered it was going to take some serious repair work and not something he could quickly fix, he sent me home and told me hed call later. A few hours later, having performed some motherboard surgery, its working as good as new and cost less than I expected. Other reviews mention the Turkish and English as a Second Language books lying around, and yes, those are still there, but I had no problem communicating with them. Wonderful family too! I am so glad we decided to give Cloud Electronic and Phone Fix a try. My sons PC had some major issues, and we thought we were out of luck. It was a real mess. We brought it in and Remzi immediately got to work. He did a quick diagnosis, and then said he would call us the next day. I am so glad that a friend referred me to Cloud Electronics. The tip of an audio jack had broken off in my tablet. I was almost ready to replace this fairly new one because of it, but Remzi saved the day. Took my laptop in on Friday afternoon. Got it back Saturday! He diagnosed and fixed the problem and is finding me another power cord for my older Acer. He also installed a glass screen on my IPhone.I recommend trying him and he is convenient to Ballard.

I was very pleased with the fast service and attention to detail. I panicked when I dropped my phone and the screen was broken and the device failed to turn on. I was able to drop in Cloud Electronics and have my iPhone in working condition within a couple hours of the incident. Im glad a friend referred me. I would highly recommend Cloud. It was a little more money than quoted probably because it was more than a screen repair as the device would not turn on and had been repaired previously with a home kit. Had I not walked in a half hour before he was closing, I probably would have had all my problems solved and repaired that very same day. I finally smashed my phone screen (Ive dropped it many times, so it was inevitable), so looked for a close place to get it fixed and this shop came up. I called ahead and asked if I could come in later that evening, showed up, and my phone was fixed in less than 40 minutes (before I got back) for a great price! This is a great shop and I will be recommending it to anyone who needs something repaired!

Its not many times that I need to ask the services of someone that fixes a cell phone. I went to one place and they didnt seem to have time for me so then I went to Cloud electronic and met Ramzi and even though it was differences in communication and English and so on and so forth however I was very happy with the work that he did and I would recommend him to anybody and everyone!

I brought Remzi my laptop after I spilled coffee all over it and it would not turn on. 4 hours later, Remzi gave the laptop back, and it was as good as new. He also showed me pictures of the inside of the laptop so I could see his work. He charged $150 to take the laptop apart, clean it out, and reassemble it, which I felt was a very reasonable rate. I would definitely go back to Cloud Electronic for future computer issues.

I had taken my laptop to the Apple store for a new battery and they messed up the hard drive. Rather than return, I brought it here and they immediately realized the issue and provided a solution. Two days later I had my laptop back good as new and the service was extremely cheap by comparison. Very friendly mom & pop shop. I will definitely bring anything here in the future if its broken.

This guy is a life saver! I went to my carrier (Verizon) to have my screen replaced and it would have been almost as cheap to buy a new phone. He charged me $70 for the screen (his cost) and $50 for labor. Then I spilled coffee on my tablet, which disabled it, so I went back to him and he fixed it for $80. This is the guy to go to for all things computer related! 😊

I brought Cloud Electronic my Nexus tablet that hadnt been turning on or charging. The mechanic was very professional. He carefully opened up the tablet right in front of me, did some tests with a multimeter, and showed me exactly what was working and what wasnt. In then end he expressed that ordering parts and doing the labor to fix the tablet would not be worth it, based on the original cost of the tablet itself. I trust and recommend Cloud Electronic, and will return for any future device repairs I may need.

I had a computer meltdown, and most computer repair shops were closed. Then my son, told me about Cloud Electronics Seattle repairing his iphone in a few hours. I took in my computer and It was fixed by the next day. I then took in an old computer I wanted to use to read the newspaper, and he cleaned up and it was back me in two days. Mr. Bulut makes his shop my go-to for computer repairs.
