I brought in a pair of pants for my son to be altered and they came out great. Ill be bringing more clothes by for some work in the future.

This is by far the BEST alterations place in West Seattle, the owner is so kind and she tailored my dress so nicely! It was a really cheap, affordable price and I highly recommend this place! Just a heads up they only take cash

I discovered this alterations shop about six months ago when I needed to find an alternative to the person I had been using (whose work was less than ideal). I asked Kim to alter several cotton knit tops, and after seeing her precise, careful work, I brought in fabric for bathroom curtains and asked if she would be able to complete them. I had found a valance at Goodwill that needed to be longer. I selected fabric at Pacific Fabrics, and showed Kim generally what I wanted. She and I worked together to achieve the look I wanted.When I returned a week later, they were done and turned out even better than I imagined. Kim does truly beautiful work.

Came in on short notice with a patch for my overalls and she had it done within a few hours for a very decent price

Ive had a half dozen or so different garments repaired here over the past few years and had nothing but positive experiences. Dont let the negative reviews fool you, people only run to the internet to say negative things.

I parked right in front on a Saturday afternoon when no other customers were in the shop. I asked the older lady running the cash register to come out to my car and look at removable nylon load space protector in my SUVs trunk that needed a small air vent hole cut and stitched with a finished edge. It was a simple job that a tailor could do in 1-2 hours. The lady glanced at it disinterestedly and said too busy, turned her back, and walked off in 25 seconds flat. Avoid this business—apparently theyre too busy for common courtesy, too.

They should really get a cash only sign, or tell customers that they are cash only when they are giving a quote. Also, they charged me 104.75 to alter a dress and it still doesnt fit. I love to support local business and this has me bummed.
