Vincente at Ourobarber is a master at his craft. He is friendly, caring, and offers the right amount of conversation, without being chatty. He has worked with me to find styles and cuts that look good, while still looking like me.. Ive been coming to him for about 8 months, and each cut seems better than the last. His beard trims are also good, but I dont have much to compare, as my beard is pretty new.He occupies a single chair in a little shared shop, and everyone seems friendly. Cards accepted, but cash or Venmo are preferred.

Been with Vincente for almost 2 years and hes offered the same quality every time. He actually suggested a new style that Ive stuck with and given a bit of a unique touch each time (fade vs. taper; different back cut styles, etc).He really comes in a pinch and offers a lot of support and expertise. 10/10 would recommend

If I could give him 6 stars I would. Ive been seeing Vince for the past few months and every time he gives me a stellar haircut. You can tell he cares about the small details and he takes the extra time to get it done right. Vince is truly a pro and is great at working with the customer to give them what they want. I wont be returning to SuperCuts or Bishops any time soon.

Edit: the owner reached out to me offering to help resolve the situation, which I really appreciated.I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago, three days in advance using their booking site. On the day of the scheduled haircut, my husband got a call from the barber less than an hour before his appointment saying that he needed to cancel.We scheduled again for this weekend and by a mistake on my end we mixed up our appointment times and missed the appointment. When I tried calling to see if there was any availability for any other times I immediately received a text redirecting me to the website, which listed an availability for every hour that they are open today, but when I would try to schedule I would get a computer error message. I tried calling again to schedule by phone but their voicemail was full. Shortly after I received texts from the barber and I told him what was happening with the booking site. While he wasnt outwardly rude, I got the impression that he didnt really care that we were trying to book an appointment on a faulty scheduling site.Im not sure that this is the best place to go for a haircut when weve tried scheduling twice on separate occasions with no success.

Vicente takes more care on my haircut than anyone else Ive ever been to. Great service, always great to talk to. Also lets you come back to get any changes you want for the week afterwards, if something isnt as you like!

I used to go to Winners when it was located in Belltown many years ago. Best place to get your hair cut at that time. I stumbled across Ourobarber and got my hair by Vicente. His father was a champion master hair stylist and used to compete with my hair stylist at Winners, John(?). They won huge competitions. I am very fortunate to have found Ourobarber and have Vicente as my new generation hair stylist. His work is professionalism to the highest degree. Thank you!
