Came in at 815am hoping to get a haircut before business meeting. Guys is sitting in his chair playing on his phone playing on his phone. Tells me he doesnt take walk in and i asked if he could give me a quick cut and he said no he uses his off time for R&R and goes back to playing on his phone. Horrible customer service
