I highly recommend this place. Chris has been cutting my hair for a few months now and always does a clean job. It’s very easy to get an appointment. He cuts it how you want it. This place is the best I’ve been to in Seattle. Chris and the other barbers are cool and down to earth guys. The shop has a nice set up with old barber/fishing signs. The shop dog is a good boy and always greets you when coming/going. They’re active on Instagram so you can check out their recent cuts.

Bryan and the gang at Assembly Barbershop are top notch professionals. Bryan is always ready to cut my hair at the scheduled appointment time and my cut is always on point. Bryan has been cutting my hair for almost 15 years now. He is not just my barber, I consider him a friend. Bryan and his wife also attended my wedding. One of the best haircuts I have ever gotten! After moving to Seattle in January, I was worried about finding a new barber and Chris was there to save the day. I also have not witnessed a single individual leave this shop unhappy, so no matter who you go to, you will be getting a top notch cut. Will not be going to get a haircut anywhere else!

Andrew at Assembly is an absolute wizard. Like the Michael Jordan of fades, the Tiger Woods of buzz cuts, the Wayne Gretzky of shaves. In all seriousness Andrew is a consummate professional, that takes great pride in his work. I’ve been following him around the Seattle area for the better part of a decade, and won’t let anyone else cut my hair. The shop is always clean, and the other barbers always make it a good time. Reasonably priced, well located, solid staff. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Chris for my haircuts for the past 2 years. I have fairly straight hair with a few cowlicks, so not the easiest to cut. He is able to give me a clean cut, with a taper so I still have the ability to style it on top and it is not messy on the sides. My hair length fluctuates between 3-6 inches and always seems to grow out while still looking good.I highly recommend Chris!

Last Saturday, my barber cancelled on me the day of my wedding. My wife and I frantically called everywhere with no success. Until we called the guys at Assembly.. even though the website said no walk-ins due to covid protocols, the guy on the phone heard my wife’s frustration and replied “ send him down, we will figure it out.”And that’s exactly what happened, Andrew found a way to squeeze me in between two appointments and somehow made the whole experience feel as if I was an appointment as well.Wasn’t rushed, extremely professional, and banged out an awesome cut I was proud to rock on my special day.Over the past year, it has been awesome to see the resiliency of local businesses and these guys are the epitome of that. They set up shop right before Covid and have found a way to keep the doors open.The place is extremely clean and it is obvious the entire staff is going above and beyond to follow protocols during these uncharted times.Although it was my first time in the building, it won’t be my last. Got my first haircut in 6 months due to the covid19. Nate is hands down, the best barber Ive ever been to. He gave me an amazing bald fade. I really appreciate his attention to every detail. I would seriously consider ABS to be the best place to get a haircut in Seattle. The quality of their work is pretty on point. considering how difficult it is to find a place where you can actually get a proper skin fade, assembly offers an amazing level of expertise.I can not recommend this place enough!!!
