The owner was great as was the rest of the team. They worked with us when there were complications and were able to solve issues that came up. The service personnel was very professional and knowledgeable. Had a brand new 50 gal water heater installed in my home. The tech finished the job correctly the first time. He was respectful of my home and very polite. The pricing was fair and I was given honest answers to my questions regarding both the equipment longevity and possible options for the future. Feel really bad taking so long to write this review. These guys were AWESOME!! Back on February 27th Mick and another gentleman (I forgot his name) came to check out our heater. It was shutting off in the wee hours of the night when it was the coldest. Once the air around it started warming up, the heater would kick back on. So when they got here it was working. Kind of hard to figure out why a heater isnt working properly when, at the time, it is working. So he gave me some options on what we could try to do. I decided to have him service it, clean it and test it. It was pretty dirty, embarrassed to say. It hadnt been cleaned since we bought it back in 2013. He took pictures documenting his work and the readings on his tester. Just from the readings on his tester, it was obvious the furnace was working better after he serviced it. Not only did they take care of the furnace, they fixed the latch on my gate! The latch was hanging down because a screw was missing. They replaced both screws and the latch was more secure than it had been in a long time. Both guys were very personable and professional. They were very customer focused. I never had the feeling one can get at the service station in a car dealership. Like theyre going to try and sell you way more than you need. These guys were great! We needed a water heater replaced we found this plumbing service online and they were able to get our new hot water heater installed fast and efficiently.

Our kitchen faucet sprang a leak and we needed a plumber. I called Joes Plumbing because of their past reviews and they were totally booked. To my surprise about 10 mins later we had a call from a plumber and they were able to help get us a plumber to come out the next day.

From what I have seen, they identify something isnt up to code, fixate on that fact, and then give you a crazy expensive bid for a bunch of work to bring it up to code rather than offer any creative solutions to solve the problem. It would be great if my 60+ year old house was up to modern plumbing code, but it isnt (and never will be with the prices they estimate!).I love that the company is family owned, the apprenticeship model (they have an apprentice do the work under supervision), that their plumbers are licensed and background checked, and that the company is licensed, bonded, and insured. I also understand operating a business of that caliber costs money... but charging $450 to spend 15 minutes snaking a drain is kind of crazy, so I am undecided about whether I will use them again in the future.

We had needed to get a water heater placed and a technician was able to do a 50 gallon replacement quick within about four hours. Very happy!

We used different plumbing companies since we bought our home. Joes was the company that was easiest to work beside I needed a plumber same day to come take a look at my tub. Within about an hour Plumber came out and did an amazing job.

We had some sewer line issues and needed a plumber to come assist us quickly. After looking online we found Joes plumbing who was able to come out to doa camera inspection to see what are issues were. The plumbers were professional and very knowledgeable in their skills.

I was at home last week and my faucet started acting funny, making this weird, high pitched noise. So I called Joes Plumbing And Heating and they came out to my house immediately, arriving within 30 minutes of me calling. The gentleman they sent couldnt have been more pleasant or diligent about his work. He told me the problem would take about 45 minutes to fix, and he was done well within half an hour. My faucet has been working beautifully ever since!

We call Joes plumbing when we had some sewer line issues that were affecting our plumbing. Our toilets were backing up and we needed to get a camera to inspect our sewer line to see what the problem was. After calling Joes plumbing they were able to assist us with getting a camera inspection and getting some of our sewer line replaced. Over all Joes plumbing did a great job happy to use them again for any of our plumbing services.

Our homes toliets were having some major backups. It looks like we were having some type of a sewer line issue. After calling some local plumbing companies we came across Joes plumbing and were able to set an appointment to have a plumber assist us with what appeared to be sewer line issues. The staff on the phone was very helpful and explained exactly what our problem was and were very happy with the services that they did.

Service was great and peopl was even better. Thank you guys and again suck good people to work with.

Fixing up our relatives small, old home that we do not live in, we had a minor flood a few weeks ago after having the sink removed. This week it was hard finding another plumber who had time to take a look, and we were referred to Joes PlumbingCustomers like us are a case study for why a company would do that. We are all over the map with what we are trying to do, and think we should maybe do. I very much appreciate the time they spent with me. I had planned to replace water heater but realized the water heater in my home is something thats not standard. We would need to wait for parts. They responded to a me so fast and are glad we had them do job.

They were able to snake the clog as well as change out our old sink trap.A few weeks later i was surprised to see that the trap itself was leaking when the sink was filled. Called to have ken come back out and look.Ken was nice as usually and went right to work. After taking apart the trap he found that my toddlers had shoved toothbrushes down the sink which was causing the overflow to leak. Ken kindly cleared the drain and put everything back together for us for NO CHARGE! You couldnt ask for a better customer experience then that.Im sure we will be calling soon again for another object stuck in one of our drains :)

I really appreciate that they present various options for moving forward and letting us decide what plumbing we need to have our tankless water heater was needing work. Jake came out to help us fix it, noting that it was still under the warranty. Our brand of water heater often has problems and he could call the company, order the part, and return to install the part. He also said we could replace the whole tankless system.He gave us price for each and we went with the first one. It is great having a local Seattle Plumber who gives you options thanks Joes Plumbing!

Joes plumbing came in quickly and were able to identify the repair . It was 99 service call to get them out to do an assessment of the plumbing issue and it was 250 for the actual search and they were there for about an hour. The whole total was more afforbale than the first plumber I had called would have been, hourly. They were also very helpful in telling me who to contact to see about insurance coverage and to get a drying specialist out there. Overall happy with Joes Plumbing and Heating services.
