This place does not appear to be local at all. I spoke to someone in Chicago. They seem to be an outsourcing company that contracts HVAC repair people with MAYBE someone in the area. Anyways could not get anyone to come out, they cancelled on me multiple times with two no-shows (I had to call them to figure out what was going on) and finally politely suggested that I try a different company. If youre in the immediate Seattle area, Id consider finding someone actually from around her, this place is poorly run.
