VERY UNPROFESSIONALDana did a TERRIBLE tinting job on my new car, damaged my door and left the car and my garage a mess. He was sloppy, unprofessional and very difficult to communicate with; he wouldn’t return my messages until very late at night if at all, even after I told him I wasn’t happy with the job. He tinted one of my windows a different shade than all the others, and left jagged edges, creases, bubbles and scratches in the tint. When I pointed these out to him he told me they were “normal” and would take 10-30 days to “heal”. It looked so bad I had to take it to a REAL tinting shop for a second opinion, and they had to remove Dana’s shoddy work and redo the whole car. Dana had asked me to pay cash in exchange for a “discount” and now I know why- when I asked for a refund he just stopped replying to my messages. This tint job ended up costing me over $800 including replacing the door panel he cut with a razor. I will tell everyone I know not to let Window Tinting Solution anywhere near their vehicle!

These Guys really know what they are doing, My Tint looks Great! I went with the new ceramic tint for total blockage. They did Limo tint all throughout the back. Thank you!!

I got my Jeeps windows tinted and they look great. They even came and did the job in my work parking lot while i was working.

Had these guys come out and do my buildings windows after the great job they did last time with the ceramic tint on my BMW. I would recommend them to anyone especially if your are looking for a respectable company and not just someone trying to put stickers on your windows lol

No show. Gave me plenty excuses on why the tech didn’t show up then promised he would in half hour. Was basically lied to. Very unfortunate. Tried reaching out next day but no reply back to me. My only option was to chargeback my deposit with Amex. My only retribution is their merchant services adding a fee onto the chargeback so they pay a little for screwing me over.Edit: the irony in the response below is palpable. I didn’t chargeback to get back at you. That’s just a casualty of the situation. I couldn’t reach you or get any response from you to even ask for my money back.You say you were late: But you were a no show.Your implied over scheduling and tired techs is news to me and should never be used against the consumer. Otherwise why schedule if you never intended to satisfy your obligation.Your solution was they would arrive in 30 minutes so I accepted. But again...no show. You didn’t offer me a refund period. It was offered once I got my money back from my bank. To little too late.Your reputation with me is a no show(cannot meet obligations) zero response to my messages after the no show for me attempting to get my money back. This lack of business respect/communication would muddy any future warranty issues i would potentially need resolution to if I were to even get the tint done.

⛔️🚫❌ Buyer Beware!!! ❌🚫⛔️I recently gave my trust to this company to tint my windows on my car. To try out there company, and to potentially give them much more work by hiring them for a corporate account. Also to potentially do my other personal vehicles, friends, and neighbors vehicles too. But as a result of this experience, I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Listed below are all the things I encountered:* Customer service rep misrepresented one of their high priced products that I purchased stating it did things that it does not.* One no call no show, and one random unscheduled show up at my home.* The tint installer took an item out of my car and home with him without my permission or knowledge that I of course wanted back, but denied doing it.* Two of the windows were done incorrectly and I had to reschedule for them to do the work over.* The day I made my purchase they answered the phone and was readily available to receive my money. After they knew I had a problem with my install. They avoided me and would not return my calls or voicemails for nearly a month and a half.* I mistakenly overpaid and they still have not returned my money and have kept it.* They have their hours listed from 5am -1am on their site. What company do you know, that does this type of work, actually works 20 hours around the clock? None.....because they dont either. Just another one of their lies posted on their site.* Also what they dont inform you is that they are a middleman company. In other words, they hire other companies to do the work. So youre caught between two different companies, two different sets of standards or contracts. But besides that, youre paying more money than you have to for the middlemans fees. So Its just more cost effective to go to the actual tinting company yourself, cause youll save a lot of money.These are just some of the things that I experienced. So take it from someone that has unfortunately gone through this. Save yourself a lot of time, trouble, and headache. Unbeknownst to them, as a law official myself. I also reported them to the BBB and other agencies through my job, in hopes that at least more people are advised of their total unprofessionalism. So hopefully this will help you make a decision to run the other way. Before youre going to court like I am because of the owner Dana and Scottsdale Window Tinting Solution!!.......👎 I would give ⭕️ stars if I could.
