We stayed at Troon Cabin Casita in North Scottsdale. It was an amazing property, exactly as shown on photos. We adored the private pool and the outstanding location. The casita had everything that we could have asked for. We even had horses next door! We saw quail, jackrabbits and lots of other wildlife. The owners were very thorough and had everything marked and explained. We cant wait to go back!!!

Everyone in the group enjoyed this property! The scenery outside was lovely, and even more so at night! The rooms are decorated nicely, and beds are comfortable. The staff responded quickly to any of our concerns or questions. I would recommend this beautiful estate to anyone looking to celebrate a joyous occasion!

I stayed at their Coolidge Villa, it was fantastic. Had everything you could need. 10 minute walk into Old Town. Pool and backyard were great to hang out in during the day. Cannot recommend enough.

Literally the best house i have ever stayed at. My family had a blast. This house is perfect. You don’t even need to leave because everything is there for you.

I had a great time at this Villa. We hosted a family get together and it was enough room for everyone. We were not able to enjoy all the outside activities, besides the pool, due to the extreme heatwave that was there. I would definitely come back, I highly recommend this Villa.

Property was nice and had a lot of amenities to it, the team at Parsons Villas was excellent at getting us a few things that were needed for our stay. The only downside was the hot tub was not clean and even though they sent a guy out to clean it, he just added chemicals to it and left while the tub had a ring of dirt/scum around the inside of it and was full of sand and leaves on the bottom of it. We did not use it as it was pretty warm out so not a big deal to us. The place was spacious and we had a great time and really thank the concierge team for their quick actions to get us extra glasses and such as we were a group of 12 and need a few extra of what they had there already.

The Onyx property in Scottsdale, AZ was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect family escape. What you see us what you get and so much more. I would definately return for future vacations.

Wow! If you are looking for an epic place for a bachelor party/stag/bachelorette/stagette or general group crash pad for an event in Scottsdale, seriously look no further.I was so impressed by the location (we were a 1-10 minute walk to all the nice restaurants, pool parties, and night life - not having to call multiple cabs every time we wanted to leave the house was a huge plus), size (it comfortably fit 11 ladies without anyone having to sleep in the “hostel” room), and amenities (the Sonos sound system, key pad entry, dinosaur hat and strobe lights, surprisingly SUPER comfy beds...I could go on and on!)Everyone agreed that we couldn’t have found a more perfect place! Highly recommend!

Stayed at the N 75th and everything was top notch from the house to the management staff. Would recommend to any and everyone.

Parsons had the best Villas -- everyone had the most amazing time and they jumped thru some hoops to make it happen!

Troon Loft Casita was a nightmare and Parsons Villas has not responded to phone calls or emails.When we arrived at Troon Loft Casita the pool was filthy and there was a dead bird floating in the hot tub. The filter wasnt running and the pool chemicals were sitting out on the side of the pool deck. The roll down awning that would block the sun for outdoor dining had a thick layer of bird droppings on the side facing the outdoor dining table. We couldnt reach anyone at Parsons Villas at the time we checked in and the owner was unapologetic and unhelpful - she thought the pool might clear up by the next day. The owner also told us that we would have to contact her to turn on the hot tub if we wanted to use it and I should let her know what schedule we wanted. The photos of the property are very nice but its definitely not what you get when you arrive.

Our experience with Parson’s Villas was one of the best and most pleasant we’ve ever had with any rental agency. Dawn was more than accommodating and helpful with everything we needed during the 7+ day stay. Our home in Arcadia was being renovated and it was a challenging time to deal with chaos of a demo, so it was great to be in such a beautiful rental and have Dawn there to help us when we needed to extend (our completion date was delayed multiple times).The condo itself above Grimaldi’s was adorable! It was modern, clean, fully stocked and had lots of natural light and windows that face Scottsdale Road. The beds were comfortable with soft linens. The location was prime – to be in the heart of old town and walk to a new restaurant each night made it a lot of fun.I would 100% recommend Parsons to anyone and definitely rent from them again in the future.

The only things keeping this property from getting 5 stars was the threat of being fined for noise complaints. The police came early on Saturday and informed us that the music cannot get above 55 decibels. SO basically no music outside by the pool.BESIDES THAT, this house and neighborhood was fantastic. My team of wellness coaches loved the weekend. Privacy is allowed in each room and it was easy to have everyone socialize inside the house as well. The secret door was cool, the master bath was epic!

Great property with plenty of space and amenities. The main house, Casita, and three garages were more than enough room. All spaces were extremely cleanly when we arrived and the housekeepers did a fantastic job during our stay.Pool area was great for lounging and outdoor cooking.Parson’s Villas, the property manager was very responsive and accommodating.Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend!

From start to finish, Parsons Villas went above and beyond. Fully accommodates the renter. Every room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The fireplace, jacuzzi and all of the other amenities worked perfectly, without issues. The staff was overly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. If I could give 10 stars I would. Amazing experience.

What a fantastic home! My extended family of 15 stayed here for the week and had a great time. We had plenty of space to spread out and the pool was amazing, for the kids and adults. Location is excellent as you can walk to hiking and Starbucks is across the street. Beautiful home! Dawn, the concierge, was also extremely helpful in arranging several activities for our large group. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the Cabin Casita. It was amazing. So quiet and serene and we had the bonus of seeing beautiful horses every day from the owner next door. The cabin is just what you would expect and want from a high end Arizona rental. Please dont ever change the rustic ambiance with the beautiful wood paneling and ceiling beams. The bed is so comfortable and large with a great bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need in staples. Honestly we felt so at home. We met the owner and she was gracious enough to show us the other two rentals. What a great space to rent all of them for a family vacation. The pool is beautiful though it was too cool to use it. Dawn was wonderful and made some great dinner suggestions. We will definitely be back!!

We could not have been more pleased with Parsons Villas! They were attentive, responsive, courteous, outgoing - just amazing! Dawn worked with us to find the perfect property - even helping after hours! Will definitely reach out to work with these folks again. And - the property we stayed at, Quartz Mountain, was epic!! Great location and facility. Very modern and comfortable. New (or almost new) furnishings and appliances fully prepared with everything we needed. note: the refrigerator is empty. the only cooking consumable was salt and pepper. Bring or stock your own. My only complaint is that the location is a bit awkward and it would be nice if you put a sign that marked 7530 or something similar. But once we got to the house and felt comfortable, it was very convenient and easy to find.

This house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, looks like we will have to come back to see the sights of Scottsdale. There was something for everyone from ages 6 to 77, It honestly was hard to leave the house. For the adults it was nostalgic to be playing old school video games and playing pickle ball everyday was a BLAST! We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

The house was exactly as described on Airbnb and in great condition. Everyone in our party was surprised by the cleanliness. The beds were very also comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with just about anything you could ever use. We really liked the multiple TVs and the pool table.Checking in was also exceptionally easy. I had a few questions about the process and was immediately able to get them answered over the phone.I highly recommend Parsons Villas and plan on coming back soon.

This home was one of the best home rental experiences weve ever had, and we usually rent homes when we travel. Parsons Villas sets the bar very high with regards to cleanliness, amenities and comforts. From toiletries to paper goods to kitchen gadgets, we werent missing anything. And the pool table, swimming pool and putting green kept everyone entertained for days. I would rent through this agency over staying at a resort 10 times out of 10. Thank you Parsons Villas!!!

Went to Scottadale to visit my parents while they were out there being snow birds. Property was better than the pictures and the pictures were amazing! Our family of 5 had the best time. Property met all our expectations and was the perfect place to vacation with 3 adult children! House was stocked with everything we could have needed! Will definitely recommend! A+

Amazing property! We stayed in the Loft Casita. Wonderful views out of our numerous windows. Spacious, clean room with everything you could need. Comfortable, quiet, and private. The bed was so comfortable. Our host, was very helpful and super kind. The pool and jacuzzi was beautiful!!. We would definitely come back and recommend!

Wonderful! The casita was better than expected. The cleanliness is unsurpassed, furnishings are high quality and comfortable, as well as it feeling quite homey. The property I stayed has a putting green, pool table, a great pool, and horses next door. It was very quiet, yet close to all of the things you would want. I will definitely be back, and appreciate such a great offering from this family-owned business.

This is an awesome property, so much space, facilities, quality and cleanliness. This is our second stay at Cholla Villa and loved it. We really enjoyed this property. Clean and very nicely decorated. Big pool that was heated. Plenty of things to do on the property, we stayed busy not even leaving the house most days. I was a bit disappointed when I asked in advance if there was a fan on site and was told all rooms had ceiling fans so I thought that would keep me cool enough at night. When we arrived I saw that there were no ceiling fans in any room. We had a bit of trouble trying to keep the air conditioner going, as the Nest thermostat kept going back to 78 degrees. Overall this was a great place for our family to stay for a week.

We stayed at Aster. Its going to be so hard to leave, already talking about returning next year. Gorgeous, gorgeous house!!! Everything is new and clean and wonderful!! Just a couple suggestions - the hot water heater needs looked at - hot water was hard to come by in the house, but wasnt terrible and the vent in the guest bedroom with the queen bed was very noisy anytime the heat/air kicked on! Otherwise, backyard, everything is 10/10!

This place is awesome, it is truly huge!! There are a ton of bedrooms and sleeping spaces - we could have easily fit at least 16 guests (If not way more). Plenty of room to hang out and lots of activities, both indoors and outdoors. There are two of nearly every kitchen appliance: fridge, oven, dishwasher - which makes it great for a big group! Parsons Villas was awesome to work with throughout the whole trip and really responsive. Great place to stay in Scottsdale!!

We rented a house for a week and the house made our vacation!!!Our house had 5 fully furnished bedrooms and bathrooms the master suite was HUGE and it’s bathroom was the size of my living room at home.Big kitchen and living room.We went swimming all day sat in the hot tub and made bbqs in our gorgeous backyard.The house also came with a pool table bar and many many more amenities.You guys were so easy to work with thank you!!!Definitely deserves 10 stars.

The house was very clean and the back yard was beautiful. Plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids with room to spare. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Plenty of games for the kids to play. Unfortunately the outdoor fireplace was not working when we were there and the grill was not working. Josh was very responsive when contacted regarding the fireplace and the grill was fixed while we were there as well so all in all it was a good house.

Wow, what an amazing property. Everything is like brand new and even better than the pictures! The amenities and finishes/furnishings are fantastic. Had a wonderful stay and one of our best Airbnb experiences to date.

We arrived after dusk to all the lights on and welcoming us. Spacious house. Kids loved the bunk room with their own TV! Great shade and sun around the pool all day. Loved how close restaurants were although the kitchen is fully stocked and we could have cooked at home! Will rent again. Owners readily available when we needed a new remote control, we had it right away!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Blanca Scottsdale. The house was so clean and new. It was every bit as nice in person as it was in the pictures. You will not be disappointed in a stay there.

This home exceeded our expectations! We traveled with seven adult couples (so 14 in total) and each had couple had their own space for sleeping. This would be the max that you would want unless you were willing to share sleeping spaces.The common areas are very comfortable, spacious and accommodating. The kitchen was huge with two refrigerators (even a third in the garage) so we had plenty of space to cook, have breakfast together etc. We loved the island area with over 10 seats for everyone to hang out together while the rest cooked etc.The living room was extremely comfortable and spacious even given the nature of our large group.We spent most of the time outside near the great pool, playing with the provided outdoor games. Weve stayed at many houses in the Scottsdale area for our annual trip and this outside area was by far the best. The only negative is that the hot tub was away from the main pool area, however that being said we were there in the heat of summer so we didnt use this anyways. For those wondering, the pool goes to around 5 feet deep in the center and 3 feet deep around the entire pool sides.Josh, the manager, was amazing to deal with.Well definitely be back in the future!

We had a great Christmas at Sandra’s Terrace. We had ten adults and one baby. The common space was very spacious for gathering and the bedrooms were spacious as well. The bunk room off the garage was perfect for a baby as it was removed from the noise from the gathering area. The home was very clean.The putting green in the backyard was a big hit. Josh was very responsive. He brought us a Bocce ball set upon arrival and offered to put up a Christmas tree!Great centralized location for hiking (McDowell Mountain Reserve)dining, shopping and golf. Sadly there are no views, but being in a centralized hub was more important to us. The pool area is very nice. The pool doesn’t have complete sun, but had enough that we were able to use it.We’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandras Terrace! The property was beautiful, spacious, clean and well-maintained! The beds were extremely comfortable with nice bedding, which isnt always the case. Nice size pool and great location! Any questions that we had leading up to our visit, were answered in a timely manner. We would recommend the property and will be returning!

New, high quality rental with very spacious accommodations. All top notch amenities provided. Home is very well appointed with multiple washer/dryers, pool table, poker table, etc. if you like to cook then you will really feel at home as the kitchen is very well stocked with all sorts of pots, pans and dishes.One of the best rentals you could find in Scottsdale. Our vacation rental home was absolutely perfect for girls trip! The house was huge and everyone had enough space for privacy if needed, but also large rooms for groups. The pool and outside areas (three fireplaces and outdoor kitchen) were the favorite gathering areas. Everything was well-appointed and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

At nearly the last minute we decided that we wanted to get a nice comfortable house in which we could host our Thanksgiving family reunion. Through Parsons Villas we found Kings Villa which offered everything that we were looking for. All of the basic kitchen equipment is there, lots of pool towels and great games for all to enjoy. The entire family had a wonderful time and is already asking about the next gathering. We will see.

Having spent many spring vacations in Phoenix we have experienced different levels of accommodation and service. Parsons Villas - Saint John Villa rental was by far the best all round accommodation we have ever experienced. The booking procedure was easy and professional. We felt confident we would be supported during our stay.We were greeted by a lovely welcome gift basket and note outlining our local contact and property manager. The Villa was new, professionally renovated and pristine. The decor was modern, fresh and included all amenities and supplies. All kitchen appliances were brand new and high end. Each bedroom was specially decorated making it difficult to choose a favourite.The master bedroom and bathroom was a wonderful surprise as it felt like its own high end retreat and spa with a large marble shower and deep soaker tub.All linens and bedding were new and welcoming after long days exploring the desert. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the pool and putting green due to the snow!! But look forward to returning to lounge in the gorgeous backyard and pool.As for service the management was extremely attentive and responsive. We had a small problem with the new microwave and with one call we had a new one delivered and replaced. Is was very evident how much Parsons Villas cares about their guests stay…from their responsive customer service to the keen attention to detail and small welcome touches.We confidently give Parsons and Saint John Villa 5 stars and look forward to experiencing some of their other properties upon our next visit to Phoenix.

This house was even better than it looks in the pictures - which I thought would be impossible. There was no detail spared for this house - in both decor and functionality. I was with a group of 15 girls and this house was more than we could have asked for. The pool was perfect and the outdoor space was exactly what we were looking for. The Parsons team was extremely attentive to our needs throughout the weekend. They also recommended Lauren and Dani for a private yoga and in-house massages. Both yoga and massages were amazing and I would highly recommend them for when you visit.Overall - this house was great. I would love to come back and stay here again. My friends have already recommended it to their friends!

I stayed with a few friends and we didn’t want to leave the house! the design/decor of the house is gorgeous. i enjoyed all the beautiful tile and finishes- so many details like the tile and drain in the master bath and gorgeous claw foot bathtub. great layout and had everything we needed to cook wonderful meals and gather around the awesome kitchen island. even went for a midnight swim in january because the pool is heated to perfection!

No words can describe how amazing this house was and easy it was to work with the Parsons Villas Management firm. I would give both the house and Parsons Villas 10+++ stars but I am only allowed a max of 5 stars and here is why:A. The house was massive with all the amenities you need from the pool, mini golfing, cooking supplies, grills, pool table, towels, laundry and more. The house was extremely clean, very comfortable beds and located in a great area close to Old Town, Camelback Mountain hiking trails and golf courses. I could go on and on about this house- just trust me- you need to rent it.B. Parsons Villas Management Firm- I will only rent from them when I come back to Scottsdale. They are responsive, kind, accommodating and they get back to you right away with any questions or concerns. It was effortless to work with them and they run a strong company. We had a fantastic visit! The house was spacious and beautiful, the perfect spot for our college reunion. The pool, fireplace and patios are gorgeous and great areas for groups to gather and enjoy not only the weather but the beautiful surrounding scenery. With a close proximity to a grocery store, shops and restaurants, this house is a great find for groups looking for a relaxing getaway!

Hosted a work retreat complete with 18 people, a murder mystery dinner, and a painting party...! It was exactly as the name says it was...your own private resort! Terrific!

The house was so big and the layout was perfect for our large group. The property was clean and and in perfect condition. We used all of the amenities of which there were many. We cannot wait to come back and visit again. So close to everything, yet private and secluded. Loved it!

The Valley Vista property was a fabulous experience for our extended family throughout the Thanksgiving holiday week. Josh and Mary were very attentive during the reservation process. The outdoor living space with the pools and fire pits was amazing and unending entertainment for our family ranging in ages from 9 to 66. We look forward to working with Parsons Villas on our future visits to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.

I had high expectations from the photos and reviews on this unit; this place met or exceeded all of them! The location was perfect for getting to many ideal locations (airport, top golf, Tempe and much more). The house itself was open and fit 11 of us very comfortably. The staff for this unit was very responsive and resolved any questions or concerns in a timely fashion. I would happily stay at this house again or in any other properties Parson Villas has!

Very cozy and clean, was a great stay for us to have some time away from work and everything else. The hosts are great and very accommodating.

The Cholla house we stayed at in Scottsdale was incredible! It was beyond the expectations we had. The layout is perfect and the pool is beautiful. We never wanted to leave! The location is a quick drive to downtown so you are able to enjoy the sights of Scottsdale. We stayed at Mirage Resort a couple weeks ago and was one of the best vacation experiences! It has an incredible back yard that was perfect for our family. It has a main house that was huge, plus a guest house for my in-laws. Huge pool, hot tub, ping pong, pool table, and everything we were looking for. I cant say enough about this property and the 5-star customer service we received from Parsons Villas. Thanks for an amazing experience!

A perfect setting and amenities for a large group! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, patio and fireplaces. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The location of the home is perfect and I highly recommend this house for a group looking for a nice getaway.

The home was amazing just as pictured and stated in the description. We were responded to upon all of our request in a reasonable amount of time. We were disappointed that the Miele Coffee Machine was not operable. We had read all about it and the wonderful coffee, espresso, cappuccino, etc that could be made with it and it would not work. Hopefully they can get that remedied for the next guest as we reported it upon check-in. This is a great place for kids as well. We had a one year old and two children that were two and the backyard was a great place for them to adventure. We would definitely recommend Parsons Villas and if we return to this area someday, we will look to book with them.

Valley Vista was absolutely perfect for our sorority reunion! From the amazing pool/hottub to the fire pits and comfy beds, everything was wonderful. Josh was extremely responsive and very helpful and the location cant be beat. We will definitely be visiting Valley Vista again.

My large family and I rented the Cochise villa for a family reunion and it was great! Everyone enjoyed the house and it’s amenities especially the ping pong table. We had a couple things that we needed some extra accommodation on but Josh helped us out and was very responsive.

We stayed at a home called St. John Villa and it was amazing. Everything in the home looks new. Our group hung out at the back yard at the pool and putting green. Definitely using them again.

Great vacation home in Palm Ridge of Scottsdale with plenty of room for my family of five. Wonderful pool with a great outdoor space. Kids loved the large family room and being able to play games of pool. We were close to the golf course and had a short drive to multiple restaurants. Cannot wait to visit again.

Hands down the best property management company in Scottsdale. Ive stayed in Parsons properties twice in the last 6 months with different groups, and both experiences were best-in-class. The houses are immaculate and fully equipment with cooking supplies, towels, paper supplies, cleaning supplies and other basic necessities. The Parsons team is also very quick to respond to questions.

Everything about this home worked perfectly for entertaining and housing our large group. We appreciated the spacious layout, the ample indoor/outdoor entertaining space, the beautiful finishes, and of course the epic pool! We would absolutely recommend this property and hope to be back soon!

Cholla Villa is absolutely beautiful! We stayed in this home for a leadership retreat and it couldnt have gone better. The management was so wonderful to work with. This house is unbelievable. Stayed here with my entire family of 10 plus a few small children. The backyard is amazing the pool worked great for my 4 year old and there was enough grass space to throw the football around. Outdoor tv area was fantastic. Inside the theater room was great and the bedrooms were huge! I cant say enough good things about this place!The Parsons staff is so attentive and helped out with move in and any additional needs we may have had. I would definitely recommend staying here or any of Parsons rentals.

I would have given 5 stars if we had the pool/hot tub heated when we arrived on Monday. After a few calls and texts it was resolved but not till Friday.

Inquired about a week rental when an event was happening in the city and they informed us the price was wrong and promptly tripled the rate. Bad guys. Do not recommend these gougers.

We used this place for a small retreat. We had a wonderful time, and the house is as great as it looks in the pictures. The pool is perfect, and they had all the details around the house: soaps, k-cups, paper towels, etc. Definitely recommend.

Our experience was mostly great. VERY nice house and they were well prepared for guests in terms of amenities, towels, etc. Had a few minor issues with toilets, fridge and pool filter at the end of the stay.

The Cholla Villa was amazing!!! The house was clean and it was perfect for entertaining! We spent a weekend here for my bachelorette party. Parsons Villas was great to work with and very accommodating. Definitely recommend it!!

We rented Kings 2.0 house for our family holiday vacation. Its a very nice house, spacious, stylish, well equiped. Hosts were very responsive and made sure we were pleased.

Troon Loft Pinnacle Peak Location-Beautiful, very accommodating! Easy to get to from Phoenix airport and so much to do all around it. Perfect for family vacation with an amazing pool and Parson family was very kind and courteous! The casita is outfitted with everything u need right in the middle of the Desert. Just had to get a few personal items and food at local Walmart. We will be back for sure!

Great location for a golf trip. Property had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy ourselves. We will be back!
