I figured its the weekend, getting warmer, and Ill knock it out today. I went down here to look and found the replacement light and housing I needed... For $319.99. Decided to check online and I found the EXACT same replacement on Amazon for $180. I asked the person at the checkout if they price match. She said only brick and morter stores, but NOT AMAZON. Okay, so I left. And she didnt seem upset either. Im sure people are dropping unknowing dollars here.Fast forward 10 hours...I went to Amazon, spent $180 for the light, $99 for a YEAR of Amazon Prime (Free 2 Day shipping), and about $12 in tax for a grand total of about $290.I will get my light in 2 days, have a prime membership for a year (music, movies, free 2 day shipping), and after all of it I still saved over $30.LESLIES!!!! LISTEN TO ME!!! This is the reason why brick and mortar stores are failing. You becoming a very specialized I need it now stop. Your a large company, a specialty company, that can buy in bulk. So do it and sell like it. If you can buy in bulk like the big online guys, then sell in store like the big online guys and Ill come buy at your store every time.In the meantime, I will have my new light in 2 days (ready to install this weekend) with a 30 day guarantee by Amazon and still a full warranty with Pentair. Tried to buy a clarifier for my pool. They advised me they will only sell to commercial accounts. What? Have to be licenced to use pr10000? Need a perscription? They did offer to open my Hayward pool vac and call me in a couple days. Seemed to have no time or desire to do business with an individual.

Nice people, but the young man fixing my Hayward vacuum did not know what he was doing. Then Joe had to step in and redo his work.

Bought a new pump from them when they were still NPS. Now the pump, still under warranty, went out, it has been two weeks and it still isnt fixed. Cant wait to get it done and make sure I dont go back to them for service.

This location is just awful.
