Sub-par quality, poor value, and inconsistent responsiveness. Bottom line... I would not recommend this company, find another pool cleaning service.

Admiral Pools has been extremely reliable and fair. Rod does a great job each week and Kevin helps us resolve any issues in a quick and timely fashion. Professional and reliable work at great prices!

I called Admiral about my backwash not working and they said someone would be coming out. But I had no notification to meet the person. A few days later I noticed new backwash parts were put in. Later in the week I got a bill for $678. I didnt even know they were going to do the work. I just wish that they would have let me know ahead of time what was wrong with it and what needed to be done.

I had been using another service for 13 years. Given them lots of work over the years. This past week, I returned home from an extended trip and found my pool system not working. Called my pool guy, explained my situation and that we have a big party scheduled for Monday. Their response was see you next Thursday! I called Admiral, spoke with Kevin, explained the situation and they were here the next day, today. Problem solved, and quess who has a new pool service company?

Canceled on this one recently. I havent had the greatest interactions with the staff that work with this company.Theyre pretty snarky and the pool doesnt look to be getting the best of treatment in my opinion. So I had to cancel. End of story.

These guys go great work. Ive had to use several pool companies, but not now. They replumbed and replaced my filter. Great work and great prices.

Great reliable service! Very professional! They call me to let me know if there is a problem, and answer my phone calls when I have a question. My pool has never looked better! Thank you for all you do!

After calling Admiral, I was impressed. They sent out a young man who appeared to have knowledge of swimming pools. He serviced the pool with checmicals. There was another man who was to overhaul the pump.He took it apart, layed out the filters on the sidewalk and departed. I went ahead and hosed out the dirt and contaminents from all eight of them. The man returned and put things back together. I was charged $280.00 for this service call. A couple of days later a third Admiral rep came out, introduced himself and serviced the pool. He showed me where the pump was leaking from the top and from the adjacent piping. He said that he fixed the leak around the pipe coupling but could not fix the other one around the pump housing. I purchased an O Ring and fixed the leak around the unit. I called back Admiral requesting the equipment maintenance rep come back out and address the pipe leak. Ten days and three phone calls later, weve heard nothing from Admiral. Irresponsible, non-existent customer service, and no effort to recognize a performance improvement opportunity. As a small business person, I was very disappointed...The bottom line......DONT USE ADMIRAL POOL SERVICE
