Shes the best! Shes the best! Shes the best! My wife and I are relocating from the NW suburbs of Chicago. We contacted Audrey a couple of months ago, hoping that she would be willing to spend some time with us, experiencing the various areas around the metro Phoenix area. Audrey was a great buyer’s agent for us. As out-of-towners moving to the area, we had limited time to learn about the area and tour properties of interest. We did not know the area very well or have an idea which Scottsdale and Paradise Valley neighborhoods we would like. She arranged an efficient home tour for our first day, taking us through the different areas from Paradise Valley all the way up to Desert Mountain, leaving plenty of time the second day to revisit those homes we found most interesting. Just after we completed our house-hunting trips, the COVID-19 shelter-in-place orders commenced, which created a lot of uncertainty for everyone. But she kept the negotiation process moving even though we were all adjusting to working from home. She lined up the property inspections, ensured the sellers made the agreed repairs and drove the deal to completion. After the sale closed and we moved down to Paradise Valley, she connected us with a handyman to make a few minor repairs as well as sorted though a building permit issue with the city of Paradise Valley that popped up well after the closing. We have worked with Audrey I believe about 6 times. Besides being pretty she is there for you when you need her. The first time we worked with her was looking to by a condo. She drove us all over Scottsdale which would take hours away from her other customers, she always made us feel like we were her most important clients. The condo was her biggest challange with us because we were looking for us for a retirement home at some point. She also rented out the condo for us checking backgrounds and filling out the lease. She sold my daughters home and helped her find another one. There is so many good points that I could tell you about Audrey You get professionalism, promptness and on top of that she is an attorney so we go back to her with many qestions and she is more than happy to provide them. I have a neice in the business which makes me feel disloyal but I know I would not get the same professionalism with my neice. I would recommend Audrey to any one.
