I had quite a few hurdles to get over in order to close on my home and she was there every step of the way. She even came up with a creative solution to a problem that would have ended the deal with any other realtor.I highly recommend Jodi and you would be served by no one better in the Phoenix area.

We had a great working experience with Jodi on our listing. Even though we took the house off the market for different reasons, but through out the process, Jodi has been very supportive. I wanted to write this review because Jodi really went above and beyond in the sale of our home. For example, when our long term rental tenants moved out, they left our home dirty and in ill repair, not ideal to market for selling. Incredibly, Jodi actually spent several hours of her time scrubbing the bathtub to remove unsightly stains saving us $1800 for a new tub! She also organized a complete remodel, using her contractors (who were amazing and offered us terrific prices.) She ran the entire remodel project for us at no cost! She organized cleaners and trade professionals. She lightly staged the home on her own as well. She marketed our property with beautiful photos and VIDEO to her numerous networks as well as various social media platforms! She didn’t stop at just putting our home on the MLS! In the end, she got us multiple offers within days of listing. We accepted an offer (over asking) and Jodi had a back up ready to go, just in case! Because of her efforts, we truly got top dollar for our home! Jodi is an excellent Realtor, she made sure we didn’t leave a cent on the table in the transaction. Jodi is a true professional, honest, hard working, innovative and an awesome negotiator! We highly recommend her, in fact we have and she has successfully represented various family members as well as friends! If you’re thinking of selling or buying, you want Jodi, trust me!

This is the first time weve worked with Jodi, and well definitely work with her again. She was extremely knowledgeable about how to structure our offer to ensure it was accepted and kept us well informed throughout the process.

Jodi helped us acquire a new home in Scottsdale. Throughout the entire buying process, she was thoughtful, patient, informative, and very knowledgeable about the specific areas we were interested, the prices paid and what key factors determined the price, and how the market was unfolding (we identified a property pre-Covid, and went through the due diligence, financing and closing process post-Covid). At all times, Jodi provided great insights and information based on her considerable experience that gave us comfort that we were making the right decision about the home, the price we would pay, and the market conditions during this highly unusual situation (Covid related). Her guidance was very helpful as to price negotiations, where we ended up at a price we were satisfied, especially in light of the market and the specifics of the property. After our first lender backed out (mortgage lending tightened down for jumbo mortgages), Jodi quickly connected us with another mortgage broker who was fantastic and got us across the finish line. Without Jodis knowledge, expertise and professionalism, the whole buying process would have not resulted in the home of our dreams. I highly recommend Jodi - she is a consummate real estate professional. I don’t know how this lady get numbers, but block her. Despite repeated cordial responses to remove me from her lists and that she had the wrong number, she continued to send unwelcome solicitations. Like I would really turn to someone who won’t leave me alone for a real estate transaction.

I rarely write reviews but Ive had such positive experiences working with Jodi I felt that I needed to take the time to share. Jodi has represented me on two transactions. The first was as my agent selling my long time residence in Arcadia. Since it was unclear whether the home would sell to more of a traditional buyer looking for a family home they could remodel or a builder looking to do something more extensive Jodi marketed it to both groups which is double the effort. In the end she procured a spec builder in an all cash seven figure transaction that closed in under 3 weeks! After that sale, she helped helped me find my new home in McCormick Ranch. She was VERY patient as I toured what must have been dozens and dozens of homes all across the valley. In the end, I found the perfect place. Not only was Jodi my agent on the purchase but she went above and beyond after the sale coordinating her team of architects and trades for my remodel. She even went so far as being my sounding board for fixtures, finishes and colors! Its one thing to stick a listing on the MLS as a sellers agent or email you listings as a buyers agent but its a completely different thing when you feel your agent cares and is invested as much as you!
