While I didnt hire this agent to sell my home (and certainly never will), we had the unfortunate experience on being on the other side of the transaction. The games she played were completely unprofessional. Between giving excuses for late counter-offers, agreeing to terms verbally and then reversing course when it came time to put pen to paper, she shouldnt be allowed to be an agent any longer. This is all after asking her very basic questions during an open house about the home she was showing ( and was also late too appearing for) and not having any answers. Great representation if you would like to have a shady agent (which some people do!!) If you see her name on a listing....run!!!

The first house we bought for renting and eventually our retirement home. Since we lived in Maryland she was willing to keep an eye on the house, find excellent maintenance and repair people, find and vet new renters and generally support us as absentee landlords. When time came to sell that house Shauna provided us with excellent advice as well as her trade contacts who we hired for doing a major renovation to ready the house for sale. The house sold for more than we expected on the very first day of listing! After the sale we again asked her to help us find our current house. Shauna listened to our requirements and didn’t waste our time showing unsuitable properties. We found our new home, which we love, in just a few weeks.
