My experience here has always been excellent and I drive 2 hours to get here. Everyone I have dealt with over the past several years has been extremely professional. The shoes are the most comfortable and supportive I have ever worn. On my two most recent visits Pam has helped me and she goes out of her way to make sure the fit is right and I am completely happy with the choices. I left yesterday with two stunning pairs that look and feel great! I highly recommend shopping at this store and expect youll enjoy the experience.

This is the best store to get shoes for problem feet. The product selection is great with many styles to choose from. The staff is outstanding and they really do give VIP service. My 95-year old mother has narrow feet (Size 9AAA) and wanted some summer sandals. Lisa, at the Foot Solutions on Acoma Drive and Scottsdale Road, invited me to come to the store to try on sandals in my size that I thought my mother would like. I did so, took photos and texted them to my mom who let me know which styles she preferred. Lisa found yet another pair of sandals and let me take 4 pairs home for my mother. Five stars but I wish I could give you a ten! Quite simply, I could barely walk in due to foot pain that affected my whole leg and ability to walk in the new shoes sold to me by another pedorthist. Sue helped fit me in comfortable shoes and orthotics and I was able to walk out in less pain and for the first time in months, my foot barely hurts and has gotten better each day! Thank you Sue! You are a miracle-worker.

I wont bore you with the details of my foot issue, but I can tell you that when I walked into Foot Solutions in Scottsdale, I was greeted by a very warm, full of personality lady SUE ORISHCHAK. I was told to sit down take my boot off and let me look at your foot. From that very moment I had her attention 100%. She knew exactly what type of shoe would work for me. The first pair she picked for me I put on my feet and I had a huge smile. That has not happened in months, or even a year. I have tried on so many pairs of shoes and left with tears in my eyes because I couldnt find any shoes that I could wear.Sue is the Owner of Foot Solutions in Scottsdale, and is Certified Pedorthist. More importantly, Sue is also a warm caring person and when you are in her store its all about you. She wants you to walk out of her store with happy feet, and I did just that. I walked out with 5 boxes of happy feet. I have had foot problems for YEARS! I found this place on the internet. As soon as I walked in, I got excellent treatment and service. PAM helped me and treated me so nice. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I had been wearing the wrong size all along! Never had I had somebody measure my feet or put me on a foot machine that took pictures. Or even take the time to explain how a shoe is suppose to fit properly! I work 10 hours a day, on my feet the whole time, and yesterday my feet felt so much better after work! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody who has feet issues. Pam is my savior and I will be back! Thank you!!!!!!!!!

We are snowbirds, visiting Arizona for the winter yearly. My wife has a slight handicap and Sue has spent an unlimited amount of time each year helping to work out solutions for her. I have watched the other employees in the store extending the same courtesies to all potential customers who stop in. Had a great time in the Scottsdale Foot Solutions store.My bride and i were both looking for new walking sneakers and once again bought Brooks Addiction Walking Shoes.Sue the owner, waited on us and helped us by explaining different things and we also purchased inserts for the shoes which help us immensely!Sue was great and very knowledgeable and she also had another lady help us towards the end, and forgive me i dont remember her name.Found Sues store on the Interweb and explained to her we were from NoDak and moved to AZ 2.5 years ago. We have looked quite a bit to find someone who had a great selection of Brooks shoes and we found it at her store.Great people and it gets quite busy in there, so please, have some patience. She is busy because she has what people want and has a good selection also. They are not pushy in trying to get you to buy, so dont worry about that! Had a wonderful experience with Lisa the other day. My feet were in pain after hiking due to some new Merrells that didnt provide enough arch support. Lisa fitted me with some insoles and provided guidance regarding what type of shoe would help me on a daily basis. I took my daughter in to find shoes after being in a boot for two years following a shattered ankle and repeated surgeries. She is a young adult and was afraid to try orthotic shoes, not wanting “ugly” shoes. We left with tears of joy at the cute comfortable shoes that allowed her to walk without a limp and without a brace or boot. Highly recommend, the professionalism at the Foot Solutions store in north Scottsdale was awesome! . I worked with Cheri and from start to finish she was extremely helpful, concerned and genuine. I have been struggling with some heel and Achilles issues and she was knowledgeable and focused on the reason I was there to relieve the pain. The experience was excellent and resulted in finding 2 pair of shoes that already are relieving my heel and Achilles pressure and pain. I went in looking for socks or something to help with dry cracked heels but also for something with an open toe. Cheri was so helpful. They had just what I was hoping to find and the price was very reasonable. I had seen similar gel heels on the Internet for twice the price.I wore the gel heels for the first time last night and they were comfortable and worked great. I didnt even put any extra lotion/moisturizer on.You will see other brands of gel heels in a lot of stores, but unless you have very small feet (I dont), they will be uncomfortably tight. The ones Foot Solutions has are well-made and much more comfortable.

I have never before left a shoe store so happy I wanted to cry - until today. Not only is Sue the fabulous expert everyone raves about here, she has wonderful taste; every shoe she put me in was nice looking, even though I am dealing with neuropathy and had given up on finding something comfortable that I liked the look of. I came home with something PRETTY as well as therapeutic! She took lots of time with me, patiently fitting my feet in shoe after shoe until I was sure about my choices. I have found my shoe store!! At Scottsdale for 25 minutes and they were busy but none of the three sales people said as little as hello! A person who came after me got waited on and two others were told that someone would be with them shortly.

My experience with this store has been more than five stars. I have had four surgeries on my feet without the greatest success. I would probably qualify as a difficult fit. However, Sue and her staff were able to fit me in a sandal that I have been able to wear without pain. The built in orthotic needed some adjustments and the staff was very patient with my feet in getting it just right! I was in the store multiple times. Sues expertise was better than that of my podiatrist in diagnosing just why and where the pain was and what dynamics in my foot were causing the pain. The staff was knowledgable as well, especially Elli, a clone of Sue! Furthermore, as a matter of fact I returned the orthotic which my podiatrist had made for me. They were garbage.My experience and comfort was so successful that I decided to get a Foot Solutions custom orthotic made for other shoes. I trust that I will be perfectly content with my new orthotic inserts, guaranteed.I have recommended THIS particular store to others with foot pain. In the past I had shopped at one of the other franchises and never ran into a foot specialist like Sue. She should have a sign out such as Alternative Podiatrist!
