The gentleman I spoke with was patient and listened well. He took the time to educate me on the supports and how use affects/corrects the problematic foot pain. Making sure to follow usage instructions correctly, I was walking without pain the next day! Crazy amazing!

I knew it was time to do something about my painful feet each evening. My sister was very pleased with her experience with her Good Feet inserts she or a couple years ago. I decided to try them when I realized my shoes were misshapen from my heels rolling to the outside as I walked. I am very pleased with how the inserts feel as Im walking on them, and my evening painful feet were feeling much better. I am pleased with my purchase.

I went to Scottsdale store with a very sore heel.Trying the arch supports helped almost immediately I went from a pain level of 10 to a 4 by the time I walked out. I have had the system for 5 days now and my pain in at 2.The lady at the store was very friendly and knowledgeable. In 2012 a podiatrist told me he would have to break both my ankles and reset them in a neutral position with the hopes of relieving the pain I had experienced for 25 years.I went to Good Feet and was fitted with my orthotics and have been pain free now for 8 years.Good feet stores have well trained folks who have helped as my feet changed over the years.The Good Feet really did change my life and the extent to which I can enjoy it.

They became my lifeline in fixing my feet issues.Here is my review1. First I was educated on the use of orthotics and their benefits.2. I was taught how and when to use my orthotics and how to healing of my planters fasciitis.3. I have had bone spurs most of my adult life. Through the years I have had several custom made pairs of orthotics . As years go by your feet change and when they change it is possible your orthotics will no longer fit properly and the pain returns. My health insurance doesnt cover Podiatrists so I had seen testimonies on their TV commercials so I checked them out online. Was happy with what I read and went to the store. I was there for about an hour & a 1/2. Time well spent. The salesman, Dave, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the products they sale and very honest about the cost which is falsely advertised on their website. It tells you the cost will be $200.00 to $400.00. Complete lie. For what I needed he told me it would be $800.00 out the door which did not include the lifetime guarantee. Another $100.00. I went there expecting to spend about$ 400.00 Well I was so disappointed that I was not going to be able to buy the new arch supports. Dave spent so much time with me making sure my feet were going to no longer be in pain. The website also did not explain that once you got fitted that there would be 3 different types of arch supports that you would be going home with. So Dave worked with me and I was able to only buy one pair. Not being able to break them in and having to wear them from the start and yes they hurt in the beginning but when you buy the full package you get a set of 3 which you are able to change out through the day as you are breaking in the main pair and to ease the pain. So it cost me almost $500.00 for just 1 set. It is very painful breaking them in so it is going to take longer then usual for my feet to stop hurting. If they had just been truthful on their website I would not be so disappointed with my purchase and or the store

Went into the Gilbert good feet store in serious pain with a abnormally large foot tumor was able to achieve virtually immediate relief from their complete system. Have since made an adjustment to the system over the initial six month period that they suggested you would see changes in your stance posture and relief and now have had foot surgery to remove that tumor and my feet are not only stronger and recovered quicker I experience less fatigue in my workouts which I do orange theory

I can’t say enough good things about The Good Feet Store. It’s been 6 months of mostly painless feet, hips and back. I’ve gone back now 3 times as these supports have made such great corrections. They have never charged me any additional cost, other than those of my choosing. I am completely pleased with the outcome. But I must warn you, the upfront cost can give you sticker shock, but they are prepared with options that hopefully work for you. Go visit and give them a try! They won’t push you and if you need time to consider do so, but I can tell you my INSTANT relief made it easy to make decision on the spot!!!!!

I was not having any luck trying to leave a review a few weeks agoSo I decided to give my review via text.I have been wearing my new shoes and new arches for almost 5 months now, very religiously and yesterday I was in the area of the store where I purchased them. This was my third visit. No appointment and it was Bonnie who I met this time. She is simply amazing as were the two other girls I had met on the first and second visit. I am totally pleased with the service each of them provided me.

Coralee was PHENOMENAL!! She was so detailed in her explanations every step of the way. She took her time with my daughter and I as this orthotic process was all new to us. Coralee answered our questions. She was NOT rude. She was sincere with wanting to help us. This lady deserves an award for being exemplary with working with customers!!! As you can tell, I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful lady (((-:

Make sure to read the fine print. I tried these for my daughter who has flat feet. I really just wanted to get her some arch supports while she played basketball. I figured $100 to $150 for a good pair. But we bought the comprehensive system, which cost us over $1000. The arched in fact hurt my daughters feet worse than not having them. We went back into the store several times and tried 3 different arches. We went back in a 4th time and said they dont help and they hurt, we just want to return them and cancel the financing. Lesson learned, should have read the fine print. We returned them and they charged us almost $300 for using them for a month and then gave us $700 in store credit. I guess I plan to buy a lot of socks over the next couple of years. Its hard to tell from walking outside the store on the sidewalk if these are actually going to work for you. But be warned, you will not get your money back if you sign up for these and later decide they arent for you.

I was in a lot of pain with Plantar Faciatis, went to the Good Feet Store 4 days ago got arch supports and they are feeling better. Hoping for lots more improvement in the future.

This is such a great product! My girlfriend and I went in and had a great consultation. Weve been using them consistently and it has already made a difference in our knee, back, and foot pain! It is well worth the investment and the people there are very helpful and courteous!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The arch supports have relieved me of my foot and calf pain. Playing pickleball is much more enjoyable without pain! I would recommend these supports to anyone who has pain in the feet or calf’s.

This is my second assessment at the good feet store. The representative took impressions of my feet and decided I needed higher arch supports but the original ones (she said) did what they were supposed to do and it looks like my arches are improving. The pain in my back and lower lumbar region is so severe that I am seeking surgical options but in the meant I will continue using my arch supports.

This place is a scam! My doctor charges $400 for custom orthotics out of pocket. They want over $1000 for their pre-molded non-custom inserts. By the way save yourself the time and money, you can buy the exact same ones on Amazon for $200!!!

Mike at the Scottsdale location was AWESOME! From the initial phone conversation to the in-store consolation and demonstration, he listened to my situation and understood the discomfort I was experiencing! As for the Good Feet insoles, the pain relief was nearly immediate! The ball of my left foot, where most of the discomfort was, felt a dramatic improvement. Just TWO days into this experience, Im really looking forward to how much better my feet will be feeling in a couple of weeks!!! THANK YOU MIKE!!

Im sorry. My review wouldnt be very positive, because I had to buy a new pair of shoes within 6 months and three new cushions insoles because Im wearing them out so fast. It has been very costly for me. One positive note would be that the people in the store are very nice and helpful.

I purchased the whole set. I did mention to Ann the shoe felt like it was slipping at my heels...When I got home I could see why..the shoes are an 8 and I take a 7. I do feel good and the metatarsals do not hurt when I amwearing the shoe insoles.I find I am seeing the insoles are a bit awkward to put on and have them hold their place.Poor Ann was alone and had customers coming and going all the while were in the store.Thank you forgiving me a chance to post my feelings.Dale Wilson

After purchasing the inserts I walked that day with no pain. After I built up to all day and walking 4 miles both my big toes became numb an the numbness continued over the past two weeks. I’m not walking in the highest arches today due to the numbness in my toes. My pain also returned and I have begun different stretches and I’m just starting to feel better. I don’t know if these are doing any good or not.

Anna was very personable and helpful as usual. Some folks say The Good Feet Store is expensive. I say they are the best in the field for for taking professional care of your feet!

Salesperson was great supports work great. Very disappointed in Brooks gym shoes. My first pair I walk alot have had for a year tread is good shoe is pushing way out on side. I have 3 pairs of walking shoes these are only ones that didnt hold up

These inserts have not worked for me. I think if it’s just a matter of aligning your spine they’d work great, but if you have physical problems such as bulging disks or degenerative disease it doesn’t seem to help. I gave it a try, a very expensive try, to avoid other medical treatments (injections/surgery) but unfortunately it didn’t work for me and I’m out that $. Bad choice for me but that’s not to say it wouldn’t help others.

The general manager took time to help me with my foot issues. I plan to return to get more advice. I recommend the good feet store to anyone

A different sales person every time we go so a different sales spiel every time we go. The product recommendations with respect to use should be the same regardless of the individual The man at store gave us completely different information than the 2 previous staff members we dealt with and made a point of letting us know that he probably wouldnt be dealing with us next year at our recheck. Additionally he told us that multiple staff had been terminated which is unprofessional. I question the training or lack of training

I had a good experience with Good Feet store in Scottsdale and already I can the positive difference in my back. Money well spent!

This is a high pressure sales business. I was sold very expensive inserts along with shoes that did not fit. When I brought the shoes back with my inserts I was given push back by the store manager because the shoes had been worn. She quickly changed her mind once I was measured and it was clear I had been wrongly fitted. I was provided the proper shoe size but my inserts mysteriously dissapeared. I was told I would have to pay $300 to get them back. High pressure sales and unethical business practices. I spent $1200+ originally. I have since learned from other customers that they do not honor their warranty. Reconsider. There are other companies at a fraction of the cost that do not lie to the customer.

The staff were very friendly and engaging. I was informed of all the options, but I assumed that all items (orthotics x 3 levels $399.95/$299.95/$199.95) inserts with big toe pads, lifetime servicing program) were part of the package. Each thing is a la carte. I paid $149.85 for the 3 sets of shoe inserts, which I didn’t realize until I got home. Also, the lifetime servicing program is $99.95, which I thought was included as well. It should have been explained that each thing costs this or that, and allow the customer to pick and choose the “package” pieces.Nothing can be returned, only a store credit is offered, in addition to a 12% service fee on all returns/in-store credits. Very expensive for what I think I could get elsewhere for less. I should have done my research. That is my fault.

Love the way my feet feel now, first time in years my feet and Achilles tendon, have not been in in pain all day.

So far so good.My foot was wearing out the back heal of my shoe and cousing discomfort in my hip, knee and heal.I had these for a week and its helped reduce all the pain.

You guys are incredible I I have been a customer since 2015 my knee Dr had me scheduled for knee surgery the next week.I am so glad I found Good Feet I knew as soon as they put them in my shoes what a difference no pain no failing down because my knee would not support me before seeing Good Feet they made me a beliver that your feet are the beginning of your foundation .

Not having an easy time adjusting to the (very expensive) arch supports. Hopefully I’ll get used to them soon or it was a waste of $1000. My feet hurt worse now than before I started using the supports one week ago.

Total Gyp joint. After walking out, based on the outrageous price. I mean, I know a business has to make a profit, but it doesnt ALL have to be up to me. After visiting the Goodfeet Stire, karma put me at Safeway grocery. There are plantar inserts for ten bucks. Do this first. If that doesnt work, see a physical therapist. Goodfeet Store prices will make you want to walk away. With no promises. But, if you have a thousand bucks burning a hole in your pocket, go see them. They will be happy to see you.

I went into the store thinking it was too good to be true, and left with the 3-step system and a new pair of shoes. Being currently treatment for my lower back, neck, hips, etc I noticed a difference immediately and walked my dog for the longest time in a while

Series of events that led to this 1-star review:-Upon entering the store we thought no one was working there because we werent greeted by anyone. I had to look for a representative and when I found her, she ignored me so I had to ask for help.-I was given a form to fill out and told to sit down with no explanation on her being with a customer and an estimated wait time.-After over 30 minutes of waiting, I asked the same representative for an estimate and available appts. She told me to wait ten more minutes. She also told me that if I had arrived earlier, I would have been served and I chose the wrong time to show up. While they do take appts, they will disregard them in favor of whoever arrives first.-I decided to wait another ten minutes. She was not finished, did not apologize or even provide a solution. There was another person who arrived after me and left after ten minutes of waiting.TLDR: Dont waste your time if there are other people being serviced, and be aware that there is no upfront price for the insoles. You will be upsold for multiple pairs and shoes they have for sale.

I have a stress fracture in my knee and was walking with a limp and it was uncomfortable walking ... As soon as I put the supports in my shoes it took pressure off of my knee straightened my posture and I am now pain free in the knee !! I have had plantar fasciitis in the past and I know with these supports I will not have to worry about a flare up !!

I came specifically to this store to purchase some much needed orthotics. After noticing the Financing Available sticker on the door I thought, WOW finally a quality orthotic. With two empliyees and just one other customer I figured it wouldnt be long till I was assisted. After a few minutes of no one even recognizing me I sat down and waited. After a few minutes of no one noticing me. I stood up. After a few more minutes of being invisible they never noticed I walked out! Only problem is can you suggest where to go for a quality orthotic where they actually like customers?
