I got a full set + pedicure for my 18th birthday today. They both came out STUNNIN! She was very sweet and helpful when I asked her to straighten a few nails.. I’m a perfectionist lol. This place has my business! Thank you guys

I appreciate the work ethic & focus to do a great job every time. Even if there is a mistake they are gracious about fixing it. They usually are available last minute which makes it very convenient. Pedicures are spot on. Haven’t found anyone who is better.

I have been going to this nail salon for quite a while and I finally found someone I like. Problem is they can never honor an appointment. I made a 415pm appointment with a specific technician and I arrive and she is with another client basically just starting her service. The front desk (owner) tells me 10 minutes which I know is not the truth.I am done with this salon. My time is valuable and if they cant honor an appointment I will find a salon that can

As a guy who likes to enjoy the occasional pedicure I must admit I was disappointed by the service. The initial walk in impressions were very positive. Salon is very clean, no strong smell, and the chairs were very comfortable! Once I sat down for my 1 hour pedicure my experience changed. Cindy rushed through my services. 1 hour turned into about 30 mins. Rushing through each service as she was clearly more interested in the customer who arrived shortly after I did. So give the place a chance; if may be better for you.

I had a great experience here. The technicians are very friendly and did a great job. Their massages were amazing compared to some other nail places I’ve been to in the same area. Holly did my manicure and Diane did my pedicure. I’d definitely recommend both ladies

I called for an appointment and the receptionist was very polite and cordial. When I got there I was greeted with a friendly welcome and smile and was checked in immediately. My nail tech was Anthony and he genuinely took his time to do a phenomenal job and I left feeling renewed and extremely satisfied. My needs were heard and addressed very professionally. I highly recommend going here. You will not be let down. ♥️

My favorite nail salon in North Scottsdale. The staff here is very friendly, professional, and great pedicure and manicure every time. I was impressed by their sanitation standards with covid - masks, spacing between clients, very clean.

First time being at this salon... Great experience! Staff was very friendly and welcoming... I came in as a walk in. Holly was my nail tech. She was very nice and gentle. She did an AMAZING job on my nails. I got SNS powder. I will be coming back in 2 weeks to see her again. The salon has a great vibe!

Always great customer service. I take care of a little elderly lady, and bring her to her nail appointments. The staff is always patient and very accommodating to us.The services we’ve had, manicure, pedicure, gel nails, have all been perfect. They really listen to you. I’ve never had gel nails before, and Pam explained everything she was doing, and my nails are exactly what I wanted. The entire staff is always polite and friendly. I really enjoy going there.

Kathy was wonderful! She gives an incredible leg massage. She does acupressure points as she massages. Sweet disposition, and she’s meticulous! She’s present with you and yet I just sat in silence. Relaxing and peaceful. And my gel pedicure came out beautifully and will last.

I have been coming here a year now. Anthony & Julie always do meticulous & beautiful work. Services I have done are acrylic nails, pink & white & gel color & pedicures. I highly recommend this place!

Went in to get a gel manicure done by Diane. I am not sure if the base coat was just poor quality or if my nails were filed down way too much, but when I put my hand under the UV light it burned really badly. When I told her that it was painful she did not even acknowledge me. When my hand came out from under the light, the polish had bubbled as if it boiled. She asked me to put my other hand under the light and the same thing happened. I told her it really shouldn’t burn like this and Diane rolled her eyes, huffing and puffing as if I was a huge inconvenience. She took off the gel base coat and then went back to put THE SAME polish on again. Before she started I asked her, “are you putting on the same polish that just burned me?” And she said “yep.” I got up and paid for the polish removal and left. Everyone else here treated me with respect besides her. Unfortunately never coming back to this place again. I am incredibly disappointed by Diane’s garbage attitude and service.

Love this Salon! Julie does my nails, she talks when you want to be talked to but will leave you alone when you just need peace. She is so sweet and kind and always recommends thing to do with kids. I have had nothing but great experience with her! I get acrylic nails with gel polish and they are always amazing. They can last it to 5 weeks before they start lifting at all .

Recently moved to Scottsdale and my daughter and I had a girls day out and got our nails done at a salon and I was not at all impressed with their work. Came across Pauline Nails almost 3 weeks later because I wasn’t about to go back to that salon and my daughter and I got there at about 6:35 pm the day after my birthday...November 12th...my daughter had Heidi and I had I believe it was Anthony but the lady sounded like she said Antony. Anyway, they did an amazing job fixing the poor job that was done by the prior salon. I will be coming back from now on with my daughter as well!! I will recommend them for sure!

The nail salon is always clean and the staff friendly. Vicky does my nails and she is lovely. I have taken my 6 and 8 year old daughters in a few times as well and they always do such a great job with them.

Ive had services here for years. It feels like home. Sean is always friendly and accommodating, remembers the clients names. Heidi does a perfect job every time and is so pleasant. I always tell her she gives me happy hands !

Yes, if I could give a zero, I would. Their pedicure cost $26. The lady refused to do my hills. When I asked her why, she told me that I have to pay $7 more. I was disappointed, she left and came back with manager. Manager told her to do my hills. She did but it was such a terrible. I payed $42 for manicure and pedicure but It is looked like a child painted my nails. Total ripp of, will never go back!

I absolutely love this salon. Anthony always does an amazing job, highly recommend him!! But honestly all the nail techs are fantastic. I always get the sns manicure which holds up extremely well (super important since I work in an animal hospital!). Sean, Toullie, and Anna are all really friendly managers and clearly make sure everything is running smoothly. They have even started a point system to get discounts!! Come here for great results! 💅👌

Always professional and friendly. All technicians I have had are good! Lots of options and have taken my 4 year old with me at times and they treat her like a princess.

I have gone to this shop for 8 years. 8 years! And finally, I just had it with their POOR appointment reservation taking and having two of us standing there for the same appointment. This last visit - Im guessing somebody didnt get me down, cuz Hannah made me wait 12 minutes while she got something to eat and then folded the towels and didnt say squat about it when she finally sat down to do my nails. And whatever was going on, was going on to the amusement of the person in the next station and the reservation guy standing off to my left shoulder.

I love this salon! The people are super kind and welcoming. I love how they do SNS. Also the pedicure is awesome as it includes hot stones, callous remover and exfoliating scrub. I’ve recommended this place to 3 of my friends and they all are regulars now.

Dont waste your time. Gel manicure is probably one of the worst I have had. They said they would fix it which is good customer service but that is after booking an appointment with either Polly or Heidi and ended up with someone completely different. Terribly disappointed and I wont be back!

I walked in without an appointment, and got a nail polish change. They have a lot of color choices. My nails look great.$10 for polish change, and an extra $3 for cutting and filing.

I dont usually write bad reviews, so I feel awful doing so, but this must be addressed because I didnt hear back from Paulenes when I contacted them. I got my toes done 2 weeks ago, and they still have scabs on the cuticles from where my toes were cut into! It was such a painful pedicure, I was bleeding, and the woman just kept working. She cut so deep into each toe, that I left with swollen toes that have since scabbed. :(

Just got the sloppiest set of nails Ive ever gotten. And I even told her that I have a wedding to go to. She barely looked at my nails and just flew thru them like she was washing carrots. I definitely wont be back.

I got my pedicure from Mindy and she was really sweet. My toes look amazing (as a marathoner that is hard to do!) and she didnt make me feel embarrassed for my blisters and callouses from running 20 miles or more per week. I would definitely come back to this salon and request Mindy!

This is by far the best nail salon in Scottsdale Ive been to and will continue to go there. My SNS and gel pedicure lasted 3 weeks. Super clean, sterilize. They have tons of gel colors and OPI colors.

Worst nail salon Ive ever been to. Super busy overbooked and I was sliced/cut twice after having polish remover left on 15 minutes. I have never been hurt before at a salon and Im in pain and will be until my fingers heal and I PAID FOR THIS!!!

If i could give a zero i would ! Its a ripp off and i got the worse treatment ever ! Pedicures should be about the whole foot not just your nails/toes. The lady was done in 5 mins. Just clipped my nails which i couldve done that at home and ended up paying $30 for it. And she was very unhappy and gave me the worse customer service. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

NEVER EVER GO IN THERE !!!!!!I had the worst manicure experience I have ever had. My cuticles are still red, swollen, and tender from the abuse I received. Worst yet, when I expressed my feelings about the experience of pain, discomfort, bleeding, and dissatisfaction . . . they insisted I pay for such treatment.I not sure if I would recommend this place to my worst enemy. I dont dislike anyone that much!

Worst nail salon ever!!!! Very unfriendly and nasty expecially the front girl who stands there. Why? she does nothing.... They are dirty and reuse towels and look at you like youre the one who is not right. They over charged me several times. The last straw is when I went in to have my gel nails removed the nail tech tried to use pilers on me. I told her to stop and she wouldnt listen. I ran the hell out of there never ever to return. WARNING... DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
