I just wanna say thank you to the entire staff at soul surgery. You guys literally changed my whole life around. The constant support from my therapist an how caring an compassionate she was towards my recovery. When I first came into your facility I felt the kindness from every single person I encountered an continued feeling that through out my stay. It is a strong program very well put together. This program is for people who want it. Ive been to other rehabs an this was by FAR the best Ive ever been to. I ran away from all my problems my whole life An they taught me to face em, but I wasnt facing them alone. They have so many way to approach addiction : mind,body, & soul. I can honestly say Im so thankful for choosing this program. Its never gonna be easy but isnt addiction hard too? So why not fight for a better life when in the long run will get easier. #relaspeisnotanoption

Soul Surgery saved my life! The program is phenomenal! Very structured and also very productive. Ive learned so many coping skills, and tools to keep me abstinent from substances, and the hit hard on mental health as well. For the first time ever, I feel that I have the tools I need to stay sober and have a very successful future. Not to mention the staff are fantastic. They all are very genuine and loving. Also, they are very supportive and really do care about their clients here. Even their upper management stay involved and help out greatly. Blayne one of the Case Managers, has been one of the biggest helps to me in not only my recovery, but also in my life. Same with the director of housing Steve. He has also been a huge help to me as well. Lastly, the therapist here are A grade level therapist, and do the most amazing work. Ive never been to such a well rounded facility. Id definitely recommend Soul Surgery. A plus on my list.

I do not recommend this facility. The nurses and doctors are burnt out and have no compassion. The rest of the staff are just there for a paycheck. How is your program preparing addicts for reentering society? Stop creating lesson plans off of insurance companies regulations and do what these people need which is to allow them to heal, reenergize and grow. Don’t beat them down, they know they messed up. This rehab is a place people lose the shred of respect they still had.

I was a patient a Soul Surgery in 2019. I entered into Soul Surgery due to the fact that I no longer wanted to continue using any mind altering chemicals to function through life. Soul Surgery has completely changed my life in a positive way not only for myself but also for those who are in my life today.

I will never be able to fully express the gratitude I have for Soul Surgery. From the Therapist and Counselors at the Treatment Center to the Housing Staff and Accommodations. I was provided what I needed at a time I desperately needed it. The Truth. When I entered treatment, I wanted a cure for my alcoholism. What I was presented with and ultimately came to understand is that there is no cure for my disease and that I would need to follow the program within AA that would allow me to live a productive and sober life. I am now living that truth and as an employee of Soul Surgery I give thanks each day for the life I have been given and cherish the opportunity to carry the message of Hope to others in need.

My review is based on a loved one who detoxed here. I highly recommend Soul Surgery to anyone! The staff is absolutely amazing! The staff was always willing to answer my 9 million questions with a smile. Every time my loved called me he was joking and laughing with staff. My LO told me he never felt pressured to take medication or do something he wasn’t ready for when detoxing. The staff cares and you can tell. The people who come here are treated with respect and given hope. Thank you to everyone here, I wish I could hug and thank you each individually for showing my LO what being sober really looks like.

I didn’t know you could pay to have poor reviews removed. How much does that cost? This facility is in it for your money and will say all the right things to get you to sign your life away and check in. The other reviews must be fake, probably paid for those as well huh. Ask about pricing… by the way by law they must give you a list of how much they will bill your insurance. It’s insane. It’s wrong.

I was admitted into Soul Surgery after intervention with family and friends. I was apprehensive, closed emotionally and just wanted to get through the process. As time progressed and I opened my mind, I have gotten SO much from the program. The entire staff at Soul Surgery know my name and treat me as an individual, not just a number. My treatment has been customized to my needs. My therapist is absolutely wonderful. The entire staff at Soul Surgery always are there to encourage and listen. The benefits of progressive recovery are very influential in keeping me sober. The friends I have met are my strong support network, along with the staff who also treat me as a friend. I am grateful for the treatment I have received and continue to receive. Soul Surgery is a second family to me exuding unconditional love.

A couple of months ago I was at my wits end. I was trying to control my desire to drink. It was impossible. I did an online search for treating addiction. Soul Surgery came up. I dove into their very extensive website. I learned about their approach to treatment and was ready to take the plunge. I was provided with an intensive approach through therapy and group therapy to process my learning along the way. Their approach also included acupuncture, IV therapy, sound therapy and massage. There was also Dr.s and nurses on site to ensure any medical issues could be addressed. It was a comfortable and safe place to evolve into a better human being. I cannot express how grateful I am for my experience and what Ive been through with Soul Surgery.

When I went to Soul Surgery I was confused depressed and I was lost, in my life, thinking I had had it under control and was able to handle anything. Where to begin! I cannot recommend Soul Surgery enough. Not only does their entire staff maintain a sound professional atmosphere but they pride themselves on being extremely welcoming and friendly to every individual that walks through their doors. Everyone I encountered was extremely knowledgeable in their field and ready and willing to answer any question from the basics to the more personal. They truly make you feel like you are not alone at every twist and turn you may encounter throughout your journey. When I first went into Soul Surgery I was at one of the lowest points of my life. When I walked through their doors I was immediately welcomed with open arms. The doctors, psychiatrist and therapists are phenomenal! The case managers and the BHTs were great! They were always checking up on me and helping me line up the next phase in my recovery plan. The whole process from detox all the way down to IOP was more the comfortable and the houses were beautiful! The groups were very helpful and the therapists really care about the quality of the program. At the center they also offer a variety of ancillary services such as acupuncture, Meyer’s IV therapy, biosound feedback and even massage therapy ! Overall I would highly recommend Soul Surgery to anyone suffering from addiction or mental health conditions!

Love this place!!! I was extremely nervous going in do to it being my first time in treatment as soon as I met Blayne he made me feel at home. Every staff member is great Blayne is special. I don’t know how I could’ve done it without him he really cares about the clients there was a couple books I wanted that I didn’t have access to the guy spent the next 2 days printing it page by page always checked on me and made it a swell experience. Give that Man a raise...:)

Going in to treatment for the first time, I was nervous, hesitant, and a bit scared not knowing what was in store for me. Once I arrived at Detox, they treated me with dignity, respect, in a very unexpected way. It was like I already knew them. It was comforting. All of the staff there showed that they were there for me....to help me in this transition to sobriety. Once I met Blayne I knew this place was legit. Real down to earth, straightforward dude. I had the ultimate pleasure of having Marni be my primary therapist, and she helped change my life. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and their concerted efforts to provide the utmost primary care to the clients in need. The group sessions help you dig down to core issues you didnt realize you had, and find a way to help alleviate those past traumas. All the BHTs, Terra, Erin, Gina, Dennis, Taylor, AND Tayler....made life at the home warm and welcome. The food from Ben and Trey was consistently amazing! We ate like Kings daily. The amenities you get are a huge bonus. Massage, acupuncture, Bio, IV.....all these extras help boost the feeling of calmness, and ease the anxiety and tension. I told myself I would only do 30 days, but after 1 session with Big John and his Blue Book, I knew I needed to stay for 60, at least, to get all I can out of this experience. I cant say enough for what this program has done for me. It has literally changed the way I think and feel about my future. They literally helped me save my life. 5 stars. If I could rate it higher I would. Thanks and love to all the employees, and positive vibes to all the clients in now, and clients to come in the future.

Post approx two weeks ago-While taking leadership courses (some employees could benefit from), they teach you to start off with the positive. So with this facility some employees and other patients taught me that I’m not alone in this world of addiction. There are far more than we know struggling. Lastly, I gave two stars due to wanting to thank Erin and Martha the BHT’s for their awesome support and kindness and the massage a acupuncture ladies. I wish you all nothing but success.So as far as everything else, I believe karma comes to those that truly are in it for the money rather than the patients (Tonya). The turn over for BHT’s is terrible which is never a good sign. I myself have been in the medical field for over 20 years and placing someone else’s meds in my bag, not really knowing my correct dosage on benzodiazepines (the very thing I’m tapering off) is alarming. Also, for a patient coming off ANY drug requires rest and the body to HEAL. Monday-Friday going from 5:45am till most days 8pm in and out of different groups is too hard on the body. When I brought this up it was brushed off. I simply stated that can there be a happy medium? I understand to keep the body and the mind busy is good for one, but not to this extent. In the end (of course after taking my money)I was brought in front of the “team” with them saying my peers state I’m too much of a distraction (b/s). Just say it like it is and one of your councilors broke HIPAA violation, and told me things she had no business telling me the “who,” and what happened. This will be reported and it’s not the end and this is the reason of me taking the time to post this review. As for me I won’t let you win and I will get off these benzo’s. The drive that I have now is much more than I ever had before. I will live a positive life continuing to help others and sleep well at night being an advocate for those that can’t. Now can you do the same?

My name is Noah, and Soul Surgery is an amazing place to learn sobriety and a new way of life that helps you tackle the struggles in life without resorting to self medication. I went to would surgery 1 year ago and am now 1 year sober thanks to them. I’ll admit I did not want to go at all but once you get through the first 3 days the rest goes by very fast. They have great food and healthy food. Make sure you ask the right questions before going just so you have a good idea of what they can offer you. Highly recommended.

I love this place! I am now happy with my life and working on my substance abuse problems. They have really helped me and supported me through my issues. thank you Soul Surgery! 10/10 recommend. In detox I was also given the proper help I needed and by far the best one Ive been too. I am now confident in my sobriety and if you are looking for help I would definitely suggest going to this place. Blayne and Hailey the case managers really helped me develop an after care plan and Josh the therapist really helped me solve my issues. They also have acupuncture and massages which was crucial for me to have a good healthy recovery.

You never think going to rehab would be a positive experience. getting off drugs, intense therapy. this is honestly the best experience of my life. i cant put into words how grateful i am for this place. I have been a staff here for almost a year and I love it! I have a background in behavioral health, medical, and substance abuse in both inpatient and outpatient. This by far has been the best treatment center I have worked for. We have an amazing clinical team of doctors, therapists, nurses, and behavioral health technicians. The RTC I work at has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff will go above and beyond for their patients because they are here to treat not just the addiction but the person as a whole! Stop work hard to make sure that patients see that there is help outside the walls of treatment and the journey to recovery might be rocky at times but they are there to help and support in anyway they can!

I attended the OP program at Soul Surgery in 2019 and had a great experience with the staff while I was there. The staff who worked with me really seemed to care about my personal success and some still reach out now. My therapist has gone above and beyond to work with me and help me learn and grow. I truly would not be where I am today without her guidance.

I have been to this Treatment Center several times since they have opened. They have always been willing to take me back with open arms. I have a great relationship with the owner John and some of the staff who have been here for years. Steve, Blayne, Roger, Hailey, and Ilene are some of the most loving and caring people I have ever been around. Ilene always goes above and beyond for her clients and you can tell she really cares. They do not force AA on you, they really let you chose between the many forms of recovery. I love that you also get to work on your mental health as well your addiction. They have a great medical team who truly cares for. Maura the Nurse really goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care. This place feels like home, they have never given up hope on me. They are my family.

Extremely nice and understanding staff. They dont just limit you to one thing. You can play basketball, swim, tennis, frisbee golf, and more. They also have acupuncturists and masseuses that come twice a week. The therapists are incredible and open minded. They also have a yoga instructor that comes twice a week and hes very knowledgeable and fun to be around. Rehab doesnt have to suck and it definitely wont if you come here. My case manager has also been very cool and nice throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend coming here. You will not regret it.

The case managers, staff and therapists really show how much they care for patients and work as a solid team together to get you the best and most appropriate treatment for your situation. Im thankful and blessed to have found this treatment facility because my life was literally on the line along with my job and they accepted my insurance and myself within 48 hours of contacting them. This is my 2nd time being in soul surgery. Although I am sad I wasn’t ready to get clean the first time, I was very happy that I was welcomed back with open arms. This time around my therapist josh has been working with me to set attainable life goals and unlocking my full potential. The case management team has been there every step of the way and has even helped me obtain a job and sober living opportunities. Soul Surgery has grown so much since my last time here by obtaining a new clinical director and new clinicians who have made my experience here comfortable and enjoyable and they each bring something different to the table to set me up for success. I had a very close friend’s son struggling in his addiction. Our friends live out of town. Steve I. The admissions department reached out and was so incredibly accommodating to them in helping get their son into detox and then to treatment. He not only kept my friends in the loop of how their son was doing, but he also visited him as well. Once the boy got to treatment, Steve also went out of his way to go to the treatment center to check on him. The counseling and therapy he received was outstanding. I can not say enough about what an overall great experience they had. Soul Surgery really puts the clients best interest first.

After coming to soul surgery the first time accomplishing 6 months clean, I unfortunately had relapsed. During my relapse, I had tried to get off of drugs a few times and even went to a few different places and it just never worked for me. I wanted to admit myself into Soul Surgery again but was nervous showing my face again and was embarrassed that I was going to be judged. And now, I am so beyond blessed I made the decision to come back. All of the staff welcomed me back with open arms and were so thrilled to have me in their care. The clinical team, housing staff, the owner, John, the doctors and nurse, helped save my life and helped me become a strong, independent woman who I now appreciate and love! Best choice i made for myself!This treatment center is top class for patients that are looking for a new way of living without mental or substance abuse in their life. The program works if your willing to change your life around 100% and give in to the program. All walks of life with same goal to live sober and clean. Although all situations are different for everyone in life this place offers all avenues to meet your needs. I noticed the staff were real caring and understanding and willing to help you in way they possibly can they really went above and beyond. I really loved that about Soul Surgery’s staff members every single one of them understood your situation and I didn’t feel alone in my fight. I’m blessed to have been their and happy to say I’m clean and sober, living a great life since my departure from Soul Surgery. I truly learned a lot about my allergy and learned the proper tools to move forward in my life clean and sober. As someone whos been to several rehabilitation centers, I can say with confidence that this is the best treatment, from the best staff, that I could have hoped for. Not only have they helped with my substance abuse, but also with my eating disorder and codependency. The houses are beyond beautiful, and that comfort allows you to really focus on recovery. My only complaint is that one of the chefs (Linda) sometimes served food that wasnt up to par with everything else. NO!!! This rehab is a money making scam. You will not recover here. You will be treated like a criminal and made to participate in the dumbest activities. Im sorry, but I am too old for duck duck goose. The staff are people who like to be in control and boss others around. Literally no actual rehab knowledge gained. I saw one doctor for 45 seconds. Avoid this place and Illuminate Recovery. Valley Hope was where I found success. If you can afford it Cottonwood, Sierra Tucson, or places in Prescott are the way to go. People should not have to bend over and cough to get medical treatment.

I have been working for Soul Surgery for almost 2 years! I absolutely love this team. They work tirelessly to make the clients feel welcomed and cared for. Tanja our clinical director brings a lot to the table, she specializes in trauma therapy and is a great leader. I believe that Soul Surgery is one of the up most rehabilitation centers. Not only focusing on substance abuse, they treat mental disorders and many other addictions/disorders. Very compassionate as well as direct with a unbelievable understanding to the toll and beating addictions take on mind, body, and spirit.This is the best support, tolerance and straight forward program Ive encountered.

I absolutely love staff here @ Soul Surgery but there are two staff members I favor: Hailey & Blayne. Both staff members I consider family. They have helped me tremendously on and off the clock to guide me in the right direction by being honest and pushing me to do the right thing, allowing me to lean on them for support.

I went through Soul Surgery detox for 7 days before arriving into the PHP level of care. I have been in PHP for 20 days now. The care here is the best I have ever received. I love the amenities that are provided such as massages, acupuncture, Bio-feedback, gym, IV-therapy. The staff is amazing I love my therapist and case manager.

Great place to get treatment for addiction. Im currently doing the 90 day program and the support the staff shows me here is second to none. I get help here from psychiatrists, therapists and nurses and they are very solid in their line of work.

I admitted myself into Detox for 5 days and it was a very professional staff and very professional run facility. After being released from detox I entered the Soul Surgery recovery/treatment program. The care the staff has shown me is second to none and the treatment houses and the treatment facilities have exceeded my expectations and thus making my treatment/recovery a very positive experience.

I have worked at many different treatment centers over the last seven years, and I have yet to find anywhere like Soul Surgery. Therapists, case management, medical department, housing staff, it’s all top notch and yet they are always looking for ways to continue to improve. Would recommend to anyone looking for help.

I had to pick a one star which they would of gotten a no star if I had my choice. This place is a joke! The pictures you see on their website of the big house, tennis court and pool..That is housing for the younger kids. The place I stayed at, the neighbors didnt know that we were all addicts. They said to keep it hush hush so they could keep the 2 houses they have in the neighborhood for us addicts. The sober living I was in was a bunch of young ladies that were nasty,nasty at keeping the house clean. I complained but all they got me was some cleaning products. The staff are rude and not helpful with your addictions at all! The instructors seem to be people that have no experience with this kind of life. Please stay away from this place! If you want a great rehab go to Recovery ways in Utah. They take our additions seriously

I did my internship at Soul Surgery to finish my masters program. I learned so much during my time there and also learned a lot about myself. I greatly appreciate the therapists that I had the opportunity to learn from; they are amazing and each have something different to teach. Overall, I had a great experience working with them.

This place has been amazing! I came in for mental health reasons after being in and out of the hospital for 3 months. All the doctors told me its all mental. the nurses and doctors here at soul surgery watched me and took notes on how and when my symptoms where acting up and we have determined its something physically wrong. they actually care about the clients and care about your health and wellbeing.

Hailey at the front desk is extremely welcoming and has a way of connecting with all of the patients on a personal level. It’s obvious that she has their best interests at heart and works hard to keep everyone on track, organized, and goal oriented. She is certainly a core asset to the patient experience.

Out of all the treatment programs I have attempted, this one is by far the best. The education and support I received here are unparalleled and have been far more effective than I ever imagined. Reviewing a Treatment Facility is difficult for various reasons. With a background in hospitality, Im taught the customer is always right. However, in addiction and mental health, having the client or patient always be right can be fatal. For me in reviewing a center my health,I must consider both my health before my comfort. At Soul Surgery I find that Im neither enabled to continue my unhealthy behavior, but encouraged to create healthy coping skills for life, which is inheritantly difficult. Yes, they will not cater to your every desire like a 5 Star Hotel would and no they are not perfect like your favorite bartender working for your tip. They fight for your life and will work with you and set you up for success. They will work as hard as you do and that is key. I have to say this is by far my recommendation in the mental health industry. Come here ready, with and open mind and you will be greeted with an open heart.Oh, and the facilities are lovely and the amenities are immense!You can always take a tour.

Soul Surgery saved my life. I couldn’t figure out how to stop drinking and had lost almost everything. The staff at Soul Surgery is unbelievable! They welcomed me and guided me to a life well beyond my expectations. My primary therapist and I were able to get to the root of my addiction in our intense individual sessions and the med spa is an experience in itself. Company is slightly disorganized and money hungry but the staff are awesome and recovery seems to be working for me so far
