Desert Cove saved me. Entering desert cove I was broken, Defeated and emotionally closed off. Addiction had brought me to my knees & Desert cove and theyre staff helped pick me up from that. They gave me a safe place to be vulnerable, they provided all of my needs from clothes, food and security. They also were nice enough to provide cigerattes. I was able to build a foundation for myself so I didnt have to live the life I was living. I was very lucky to have been ABLE to come and stay with desert cove for 4 months. I left with a plan, full of life and a whole new support network.&all of the house managers are wonderful!

A true gem of center! Beautiful location in central Scottsdale, amazing staff and the BEST customer service I have ever experienced! From the very start, when I called to get more informations on them, Libby was super patient and wicked professional and answered all of my questions. At the center, Austyn was so inviting and comforting upon my arrival- she really made me feel at home at my new home-away-from-home.Highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of substance abuse treatment and care.

I have been in and out of several treatment facilities in the past 30 years I got the gift to go to DESERT COVE 11-27-18 AND HAVE REMAINED SOBER and living my life TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY..they taught me new life skills . I can honestly say that Desert Cove saved my life. I was a completely broken women when I showed up. Scared, alone, terrified of losing my son but not knowing how to stop the cycle I was in. 30 days into my treatment I lost my husband and without the love and support of the staff at Desert Cove there is no way I would have maintained my sobriety. They supported and loved me and helped me to get through the hardest moment in my life and gave me the tools to become the mother, sister, friend I am today. And the relationships I built there continue to help me today. I thought I was a worse case scenario and I never imagined I could have the life I do today. I’m coming up on 18 months and would recommend Desert Cove to any addict looking for help.

I went to Desert Cove in 2017 and it saved my life. The staff is amazing and super supportive. Best experience I’ve ever had in a rehab!!

They lie to you to get you to go. I was told in network and insurance would cover and they would help with $500 copay.LIE #1 out of network so insurance is NOT paying. I was told there was counselors and a psychiatrist for my spouse. LIE#2. I was told he could have his phone. LIE#3. I was told one month would be good. LIE#4, they wanted him to stay 90 days. Who can afford to be out of work 90 days? I was told to bring Dr. Prescribed medication, they threw them away!! The counselor Seoyun degraded patients. They seem to remind patients daily that even though they are trying to recover, they only have a 2% chance. Way to go guys!

Hey all. John here. Just wanted to write a quick review about my experience here. I came into treatment not knowing what to expect or who to trust. The staff was very warm and welcoming and they definitely pulled me along until I was ready to surrender to receiving help. There were a couple of times that I just wanted to quit and stop my treatment, but Blake and the guys kept me motivated and helped reminded me of my little girl and the reason I was here. I appreciate all your help and look forward to coming back for alumni night. love you guys.

Phenomenal program and awesome staff. At first, I was apprehensive about my wife going all the way to Arizona for Rehab. We live in New York and I wanted her to stay here. But I am thankful that we made the decision to give her time to heal and get well at such an amazing place. Thank you all for your hard work and service.

Great place, the staff provides you with all the tools you need to live a happy sober life. This place can truly save your life. The staff knows what theyre doing and how to help alcoholics and addicts. And they care about the patients a lot.

I am a parent of one of the patients who stayed with Desert Cove. We had an intervention for my son and had excellent results. He had attended many types of rehab in the past, but were unsuccessful for him. From the Intervention through Aftercare I was very impressed with the whole process. Desert Cove is a first rate facility with compassionate, yet assertive professionals. I highly recommend this facility and wish all who are looking for recovery to call Desert Cove. They saved my sons life!

I do credit them with providing a safe place for me in early sobriety, but I wouldnt recommend going here to anyone. Nothing like what the website advertised. I was private pay signed for 90 day treatment and they kept me for 120 days. Couldve bought a house for that money. I tried getting a massage like advertised cause I suffer from chronic back pain. They denied me of one cause they couldnt charge my insurance even though my treatment was paid for. All the good stuff I got from being there was the AA meetings they took us to and my sponsor. At one point we had 11 people stacked in one of the vans that had 2 busted seats and half the seat belts didnt work oh and it smelled horrible. Im local too so I requested a dental appt and the director told me you didnt care to go while you were using so I think youll be fine. if I could get my money back I would.Oh yeah and I heard one of the owners was indicted for insurance fraud when i was there. If I understand correctly insurance pays a certain amount per client, but that amount can increase if a client gets certain treatments. These treatments cost near nothing, but the insurance company pays a nice premium. Definitely was not a holistic treatment center when I went. The Dr came once a week, but you had to put in a request to see him. And he had nearly everyone there on anti-depressants even though most people they were suffering from a chemical in-balance from the drugs and needed abstinence to get back to normalcy.

Desert Cove was probably the best thing that ever happened to me. The counselors and staff were great and so supportive. They showed me that I didnt need to use drugs and alcohol to solve my problems anymore. I owe my life to this place and the people who work there.

Not a great experience being my first time in rehab. I wasnt welcomed or made to feel comfortable at all. Very unorganized, lacked professionalism and absolutely the WORSE counselors EVER! Unstable, uneducated and RACIST. If your of any ethnicity other than Caucasian, then this isnt the place for you! I suggest you keep looking or try another facilty that has at least everything in writing and also a schedule. In my opinion they are a bunch of deceitful liars to say the least! Do your research people and look elsewhere...I bet they pay people to write these reviews or write them themselves! Smh
