Providence of Scottsdale is NOT just another treatment center. They are not the place that is going to keep you sober 30 days, drain your bank account, and kick you out the door only to relapse a week later. Providence is a place that will teach you how to live life again, or maybe for the first time ever, without needing mind altering substances. It will teach you how to be okay with the person you are right now, and how to make changes to the areas you need help with. The staff are people I can call my friends even to this day. If you are looking for a life changing place to go, then this is the place for you. How badly do you want it?

This place is amazing. The PHP with housing was the most beneficial spot for me to grow and be in. I got into the recovery program, started to build my fellowship, and connected with amazing people. I’ve seen lots of growth from within myself and my family is so grateful that I took this step to better myself! Highly recommend!!

Ive always had underlying trauma and mental health issues that I never dealt with and didnt know or understand how to comprehend it. I was at a very low point in my life and didnt know what else to do. Thats when I was recommended to take a look into recovery programs and centers. I called around a few places and none was as quick as Scottsdale Providence to reach back out in a desperate time of need. Within minutes I was contacted by Taliah and was ask if Im genuinely doing okay and if she can be of any services. Thats when I knew that this was potential the place for me to get my life back on track. She took me step by step of how everything was going to happen and once I get to the center they will help me with anything that may come along with this journey. Once I got to the center I was greeted by multiple people and felt real human connection by each of the staff members here. Scottsdale Providence has taught me alot of valuable skills and lessons while being here. The best thing I got out from Scottsdale Providence was that my pain or my trauma did not have to go unnoticed and what I went through matters. That no matter what Im never alone. So I will always be grateful for this place and the path I have going forward because of them 🤍

I came into SPRC extremely broken and hopeless. I didn’t even want to believe I was an addict, but through the extremely detailed and informational groups and the 12 steps of C.A., I quickly realized I had more than just my mental health to work on. Dan and Shawn may be super blunt and straightforward and that’s not for everyone, but it’s always from a place of love and compassion. All of the staff and therapists actively work with you to figure out the best course of treatment and are very flexible as the program goes on. This was my third time in rehab and absolutely the most beneficial and lifesaving one. If you are at your lowest of lows and are desperately willing to better your life, Scottsdale Providence is the place to go.

I usually don’t write reviews, but they deserve this one. Before I came into SPRC I was completely lost. I’d been looking all over the internet to try and find the best treatment center for my mental state. I was very hesitant on going anywhere but I knew I needed help. I called and talked to Talia and she was wicked nice and helpful. She was so helpful that I thought there was some kind of “catch”. I didn’t know why someone wanted to help me so much, I wasn’t used to that. I almost didn’t come in because I thought it was too good to be true. Well I’m happy I did because this place changed my life for the better. I’ve learned so much from the staff and other clients there as well. This place feels like my 2nd family and that’s weird for me to say because before coming here, all I did was isolate. I honestly believe that SPRC saved my life and I’ve seen them save plenty of others as well. Just make sure you’re willing to accept change because you HAVE to put the effort in to help yourself. They give you the tools to better yourself but you need to want the change.

SPRC is an awesome recovery center. The staff actually cares, The amount of services they provide is extensive. They have therapy I’ve never even heard of. There in patient program is extremely comfortable and places responsibility on keeping the house clean and not over doing it. They provide workout equipment for those of us who are active bodies. The techs know their stuff and even the clients are good people. It’s a judgment free area but they have accountability. They give you the appropriate tools for recovery for substance abuse and mental health. I highly recommend this center for anyone who is honestly looking for help.

Attending treatment at Scottsdale Providence Recovery Center has been an excellent experience for me, from start to finish.I was set up with an intake appointment which was very well-organized, quick, and allowed me to be admitted to the program immediately.The jitters of being the new guy in a group of my peers went away quickly as the other patients and staff made me feel welcomed on my first day.COVID struck and things swapped over to virtual meetings. This, however, did not decrease the level of care and communication from the staff. The groups also thrived with solid direction from counselors, and active participation from the patients. The groups stayed connected after session with active conversation and assistance through WhatsApp.Alex, Kara, and Brittany directed our groups with organized exercises, helpful open discussion, and guest speakers.I still attend an IOP session each week even though I have completed the program. I really enjoy hearing from the patients and continuing to work with staff.I have enjoyed my time at Scottsdale Providence and would recommend their treatment program to anyone looking for assistance with addiction and/or mental health issues.

This is the best place for treatment. I came here for mental health treatment. Every single staff member truly cares about your treatment and helps create an individual plan for each’s path toward recovery. I had Brittany as my primary and she is by far the best therapist I have ever had. Every therapist was amazing. This place really cares. They really hold everyone accountable on their stuff and make sure everyone does their work towards recovery. There is a large sense of family here at SPRC. Even after you are done with treatment, they are not going to leave you hanging. They will help you figure everything you need for continuing care. They have such amazing treatments for mental health like EMDR and neurofeedback. The groups are relevant for everyone. I was at my wits end with anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia. I wanted more out of life. Scottsdale Providence Recovery Center helped me to get my life back. I didnt have any substance abuse problems, but I learned along the way that for those suffering substance abuse, under the substance the other people were hurting just like me: depression, anxiety, past trauma, etc. Alex was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with me before I even entered the program - I was scared to be left there alone (because of my agoraphobia) and he helped me take the giant leap of actually going into the program. He was very supportive and I am very thankful he didnt give up on me. Keren, one of the therapist there was the best therapist I have ever had! Her knowledge of trauma and her caring personality are above and beyond. This wasnt your superficial therapy - this was deep and meaningful from someone who takes the time to get to know YOU! Through the daily classes, you get to know all of the therapist there, and all of them are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and caring. This place definitely gives you the tools to do life again with the right balance. I am so thankful that they are right here in town and I was able to find them. By finding them, they helped me find myself. Prior to going in I couldnt stay at work all work, I was having about 3 meltdowns a day, taking way too much anxiety medication and was terrified of being left alone. When I left Providence, I was able to return to work and actually focus, I was able to venture out into life by myself again, I had reduced my anxiety medication to a fourth of what I took going in (and it is still decreasing), and I have some peace in my life now. I was a prisoner in my own head and they helped me escape. Thank you SPRC. I am very grateful for your support!

I completed 110 days at SPRC last year following a pretty severe mental health breakdown. The staff were compassionate and willing to work with my special circumstances to create a customized care plan. I couldnt have asked for more than what was given to me during my stay here at Scottsdale Providence. A genuine staff that put my needs first. Im so thankful for the time I was given at SPRC. I would recommend this treatment program over any other place over and over again.

They have a very great facility, top notch clinical team, and their NP was great as she spent a lot of time getting to know me, correctly assessing, and providing the treatment best suited for my needs.

I had a great experience, everyone is very professional and clear about treatment plans.

Wonderful program! Beautiful atmosphere. Many great staff. Thankful I got the chance to clear my head here. I learned a lot for the time I was there. Alex Porter is one of the head people at SPRC and without him, I dont think I would have received the opportunity to get into treatment. No other place would take me in. Very grateful for him and SPRC. Staff are very caring and understanding.The only thing I will say, if you have many medical issues you may want to go to a more structured facility that can meet your medical needs. Other than that, its the best place I have been to in regards to treatment.

SPRC is well-run and operated. Its a safe place with a wealth of knowledge from all its staff and lots of resources to help bolster the success of their clients. The dedicatedness of each person in their role is taken seriously, while also managing to be helpful in other areas too and remain personable. SPRC comes highly recommended.

SPRC is unlike any other facility I have been to. If you are looking for a twelve step based treatment center that will teach you the foundations of living a happy and sober life, this place is it. I received treatment here for substance abuse as well as mental health and they have a great program for both. I love that they have a wide variety of groups that focus on specific skills as well as education about how we got here and what we can do about it. Scottsdale Providence helped me turn my life around after being in a dark place for a very long time. All of the staff members are amazing, and they aren’t there for a paycheck. I can tell that they all deeply care about the clients and have a heart for what they do. I don’t know where I would be today had I not come to SPRC. I have immense gratitude for Providence and all of the people there!

Amazing program. Very knowledgeable and insightful staff. Everyone is extremely helpful in the recovery process. Can be a challenge at times but is absolutely worthwhile for real recovery.

SPRC is the best rehabilitation center I’ve experienced, no doubt. Dan keeps it real with you all the time, whether you want to hear it or not. Shawn can be intimidating at times but is a big softie who deeply cares for his clients sobriety, and Nicole is very fun to irritate (she’s also a great case manager). Todd is a beacon of light and an awesome man, and Stephanie is fun to joke around with but also chat seriously with. I truly believe what I’ve learned here will apply to my life for the better, and the staff has left me with an experience I won’t ever forget. The atmosphere is comfortable and feels like a safe place to be vulnerable in. The staff is brutally honest and truly have your well being at the forefront of your treatment experience, and I certainly recommend it to anybody struggling with addiction or their mental health! 🖤

Scottsdale Providence is a thoroughly well put together treatment center, with staff who either are in recovery themselves with long time sober, or very knowledgeable of the disease of addiction and how to treat it. They cultivate a family environment at the house through inpatient, having clients prepare dinners for each other on a nightly basis, going on scheduled outings on the weekend, and much more. They also do a wonderful job of helping the recovering addict receive a conducive introduction into sobriety, taking you to meetings on a nightly basis while also incorporating H&I and a Big Book Study. They also make sure to keep ties with clients who graduate the program, always keeping an open door and offering counseling free of charge. I owe a great deal to SPRC, and each and every one of the staff. Shouts to Kacey, Dan, Shawn, AP$, and all the other family.

I’ve worked at multiple treatment centers and this is one of the few that are not solely money driven. Every person on their staff treats their clients with dignity and compassion.

Scottsdale Providence is the most well-rounded, thorough, and caring treatment center available. They have such a wide variety of tools and experienced staff to handle a multitude of problems. Their staff places the utmost importance on clients recovery, and use their experience and different backgrounds to tackle whatever problem you may be facing and relate with you on a personal level. I came into this program struggling in every aspect of my life, battling substance abuse for many years. They helped me find a solution to a problem that I was previously incapable of combating, have helped me mitigate the problems I created for myself, and helped me rebuild my life from the ground up. I would highly recommend this treatment center to anyone struggling with substance abuse or mental health. They are exceptional at what they do!

Scottsdale Providence has truly separated themselves from other treatment centers by their quality of care, ethics and the genuine unconditional love and support from each staff member. I came in tired,defeated,broken in so many ways, facing life challenges and completely afraid to face recovery and life alone. The staff held my hand every step of the way and guided me into a direction to help rebuild my life sober. The staff goes to great lengths to support you in anyway they can and their expertise shines through the individual and group sessions. This facility has been life changing and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs help and wants to find their path to sobriety. Also, Nicole (case manager)helped me with all my personal issues that had been overwhelming me.Forever grateful!

Since opening in June of 2016, Scottsdale Providence has done an incredible job helping both clients and the families of those who suffer from substance abuse issues as well as presenting mental health issues.This team has over 100+ Years of experience working in behavioral health as well as 100+ Years of combined sobriety. This is where treatment should be!

Scottsdale Providence has by far been the best rehab ive been to. The staff has been the most caring. They really give you their all to amoe sure you leave a better person than you came in. From the lady on the phone that helped me get in- to the therapists that helped me uncover my underlying issues that caused me to use drugs, this place made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Would highly recommend to any loved one!

10k a month is way to much! I understand it’s in Scottsdale, but still that’s way to much.

This place absolutely saved my life! The staff here is absolutely amazing and personable and fun! I learned how to use tools I never thought were possible. Brittany, Nicole, Kacey, Dan, Shawn were such positive impacts on my time here at Sprc and I am so thankful for the lengths they went for me when I was struggling. THANK YOU SPRC FOR SAVING MY LIFE. I highly highly recommend this place for any type of mental illness, substance abuse of ANY kind. They ACTUALLY care about you getting better.

SPRC is in the business of saving lives. This center KNOWS how to help people heal to live a virtuous life. They are at the top of their game in providing a vast array of approaches that people may benefit from, including but not limited to, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Informed therapy, EMDR, Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, 1:1 Therapy, Group Therapy, codependency support…anything you may need help with! They even offered educational classes for my family members.Framed in the magic of AA’s 12 steps of recovery, SPRC guided me in getting support from a sponsor. I learned more about myself by doing the work of the AA program than I have in all my years of living. I am living a life of freedom, happiness & joy. I have healthy relationships and no longer harbor fear or anger.Every staff member contributed something tremendous and profound to my recovery. The quality of people providing services at this center is impeccable. SPRC honestly saved my life by knowing how to tie my program plan together with their team of doctors, therapists, spiritual therapy, exercise and simply by their genuine love and desire for me to heal.I cannot give this recovery center enough accolades. It is the best you will find in the area because they truly care about you as a person.

Scottsdale Providence has been nothing short of amazing. Ive been to previous treatment centers and the significance in difference to this one is substantial. The clinical staff is truly caring and compassionate about the clients, group therapy, and the material that is provided to those in such an ultra sensitive situation. The clinic and client houses far exceed my expectations as they are contemporary and tidy. My personal experience as a 26 year old male struggling from opiate addiction has been hopeless in the past before entering this treatment facility. But I have found such a huge turning point for myself by learning new coping skills and techniques to better understand, my substance abuse, PTSD, and mental health needs. My family has been given the opportunity to be apart of this journey as well and have seen such a change in myself because the work Ive done here. Hope has been restored and I am safe knowing that I have the ability to move forward with confidence that I can stay sober another day because of the love and care SPRC has given me. Theyve given me the chance to look deep within myself and show myself that I am worth staying sober and loving myself. Thanks SPRC!

Before I came to providence I was broken with nothing and knowwhere to go. I called them and they took me in right away with nothing to my name. No recovery center dose what these people do no recovery center cares like this one does. I will forever be greatful for this place for giving a second chance at a new life!
