It’s taken me almost 7 years to write this review. I was influenced to spend over 3k on an Obagi blue peel where I had to be put under twilight sedation by Dr Brown as well as another $500 on products. I don’t know what happened during the sedation, but I remember tumbling through clouds and wondering if that is what death felt like. I couldn’t have been pushed out of the door any faster after “waking” up. I was vomiting and could barely open my eyes let alone walk. The one thing I do remember is Susan being frantic. I’ll be really honest and say I don’t know what happened during the twilight sedation, but I was under twilight before and since had a couple of more surgeries under general anesthesia and have never had the experience where I was aware and floating in clouds asking myself if I had died. It was very scary. Worst part is the fact that I felt that they were just out to get as much money out of me as possible. I stopped going after a while. Nowadays...I would not allow myself be taken advantage of again. This is an honest review.

I drove from Tucson two hours away and I have to drive 2 hours back. which is 4 hours and they did not have the decency to call me and let me know that the doctor would be unavailable and to reschedule my appointment that was very unprofessional. I was asked to wait till 4:00pm or 5:00pm today after my appointment was at 9:00 am. Im not sure who would want to drive 4 hours for nothing and then the next day drive for another 4 hours I was offered an appointment for tomorrow. Unacceptable poor service. Now Im stuck in traffic trying to get home in construction

I am 67 year old. I went in to inquire about Cool Sculpting. I got the hard sell and found myself spending over $5000. She insisted that the procedure would be a success....I was the perfect candidate. They started immediately. It was quite painful as they clamp your skin in some kind of vice, then leave you in a room. I tried to get someones attention for an hour by making noises. No one came. When she came back, she took the first ones off and put more on. I was there for hours. They told me the best results would be after 3 months. I was very careful, as I always am, about what I ate. My only desire was to reduce my stomach and hip areas so I fit in clothes better. I wasnt asking for a miracle. I went back after more than 4 months and they took more photos. I saw absolutely no difference. Of course, they claimed that they did. Then they proceeded to try to sell me more treatments! I told them how disappointed I was with the treatments I was already in debt for. They told me theyd give me a $100 discount or some such amount on further treatments. I left. Its been eating me up for months. Im so embarrassed about having been taken advantage of. $5000 is a lot of money for absolutely nothing.

I went in for a consultation and got to work with Susan who was informative and pleasant. I felt comfortable enough to ask the questions I wanted to. Thanks for a positive first experience ⭐

I love this place! My dermatologist office has many of the same procedures available but I go here because of the level of service and quality of the treatments. Susan really knows what she is doing and I have seen amazing results in the health of my skin, I have been a customer for more than a year and have had several different procedures such as IPL and peels; I have never had a bad experience or reaction or anything. Gabby is great and her professionalism and flexibility for my unique needs are always met. I highly recommend this office!

Got amazing results with coolsculpting! When I inquired about coolsculpting expectations; how many treatments, how long before I see results, Susan gave me very honest answers. By 8 weeks after my second treatment on my abdomen, the results were remarkable. Im very pleased with the whole experience.

I have been going to them for years as and have sent so many of my friends as well. I really cant say enough positive things about them. They provide a huge variety of services all with minimal downtime non-surgical. The staff is amazing- friendly, professional, smart and even funny. Susan helps determined which service is right for you and best of all, I have never once felt like they were selling me something. If they dont think what you want will work on you, they tell you. I decided to do blue peel instead of laser. My skin was in good condition so I decided to have blue peel. They want you to get great results so the medication they require are part of prepping skin to get a deep peel to make a significant difference. I looked around and could not find anyone that does the blue Peel. The recovery took 5 days but I could go out to dinner the first 2 nights.

I came here recently for some lip filler and cheek filler and I honestly couldnt be more pleased with my results! When I came in for my appointment I was very impressed with all of the beautiful art they have displayed around their office! Made it feel less like a doctors office which made me more relaxed and comfortable . I was nervous to have any filler done because I am so terrified of needles but Dr. Brown made the process so smooth for me. He assured me that I would feel almost nothing and he went ahead and actually numbed my mouth with a block so that I could feel nothing! Im a very anxious person so this was really important for me it made the rest of the procedure very easy going. I told Dr.Brown exactly how I wanted my lips to look and made multiple photo references, he let me use a mirror to watch/critique exactly the way I wanted them to make sure I was happy! Dr. Brown was so understanding of my anxiety he played calm music to help me get comfortable and we did not start until I was ready! Overall I had a great experience and will be returning here again in the future for any filler needs.

Ive been going to Sensational Skin now for about 4 years for all of my cosmetic beauty needs. I had my lips done here and they look great, Im always getting compliments on them. I also have all of my coolsculpting done at there office as well. I have seen tremendous differences with my before and after pics. I would highly recommend this establishment for any non invasive cosmetic procedure, they are caring and always do a great job!!

I let the receptionist know that I had a groupon certificate and she was very helpful in scheduling all 3 of my appointments ahead of time. I was so impressed by the staff that I would return, if I could afford to. This facility is elegant with the latest and greatest, and the staff are all very kind and friendly. The results are amazing. I saw a difference after the first visit!

I am so pleased with the results of my Vela Shape treatment. I had a living social deal and paid for 3 sessions. Jamie was the technician that conducted the vela shape treatment. She was awesome and works hard to get results. She was very informative and explained everything that she was doing. I did get some bruising but was worth it to get rid of my bumpy fat. 3 more sessions were recommended but I was honest and let them know that I couldnt afford the additional sessions. No problem. They were understanding and did not make me feel guilty. They do offer financing but who wants to get into more debt?! They gave me a gift card to use in the future for another treatment for my belly pouch that freezes your fat off.

My results are FANTASTIC!!! I have been motivated to clean up my diet and exercise program and after loosing 12lbs., I was excited to accelerate the process at coolsculpting experts in Scottsdale.I am delighted to report that my tummy fat is a full size smaller and my bra bulge is slightly over an inch smaller! I am thrilled with results and plan to treat my thighs and knees. The staff loves what they do and take great effort using the best equipment to max out results.

I came here to get some filler done under my eyes and in my cheeks to give me some more definition. Let me say... VERY IMPRESSED! i had the biggest dark circles under my eyes and im only 20 so this bothered me A LOT. Dr brown told me he could fix that easily with some filler so we went ahead. I was nervous about it hurting so i expressed that to Dr Brown and he told me he would inject me with blocks first to numb me so i didnt feel a single injection! My results are amazing and i will definitely be coming here for all of my skin needs. Thanks to Dr brown and his amazing team!

I have visited this place after a long search for a better skin care solution. So far Im glad about the professionalism of the people who work there. I wanted to do a laser treatment for my acne scar and they have suggested some pre treatment for few weeks to get rid of active acne I have and the products they gave me ($350 worth) is really effective and I can feel my skin getting soft day by day. They suggested me to do a 6 round of micro needing as I dont have much scars. Im happy about their experience of skin care. I will update this review again after my 6 round of micro needling treatment. I have attached a picture of current skin I have and I will upload another picture after the complete treatment. Will see what I can get for $1350 Im spendingupdate - after few month of the treatment I can say that just 20% improvement I got from the treatment. still I have visible scars in my face . little disappointed

Saw Dr Brown for a little botox for my frown wrinkle. After telling Dr of my area of concern - he goes to town shooting my entire forehead when I freaked and expressed my desire to still have movement he assured my I would not be frozen. I cannot move my forehead and it is a completely uncomfortable feeling. I hate it. This has also caused my eyelids to become very droopy so I look pretty freaking weird. He also just went straight over to my crows feet (which I did not discuss with him at all) when I pulled away and said I did not want that area done - his response? Too late now and a large bill to boot since he covered so much area. Wow. Dont stop in here. You will regret it. Would choose zero stars if possible.

I consulted several Medical professionals about c02 laser. I met with Dr. Brown he spent a lot of time with me educated me from start to finish about how the laser treatment works and if I was a good candidate. I met with Susan to go over more details. She really helped me to understand why its necessary to go through skin recovery to get the results. She explained that In order for Dr. Brown to get the amazing results I saw in the before and afters that I would need to follow all directions and come to all follow up appointments. I liked that they are so up front about what’s involved. Dr. Brown is an Anestesiologist so that really helped me feel safe about having procedure.I was a little nervous but Dr Brown and his staff assured me the co2 laser was the way to go. I almost cancelled but I am so glad I went and did it..... no pain at all and the results are remarkable. My eyelids and under my eyes looks so smooth like baby skin. The wrinkles on my face and upper lip are gone! I am 4 weeks post procedure and the makeup hides the redness well. When I look in the mirror I am shocked at the improvement .... Dr Brown is amazing caring Physcian. I feel so thankful that my friend told me about him.

Came in for some botox for my Crows feet and a couple lines on my forehead. Doctor Brown was very gentle with administring the shots and hit the areas needed. The staff was also very friendly and helpfulDefinitely will return for any other Injections if needed.

She is very knowledgeable and took time to see what was actually wrong with my skin. I had many questions, which she patiently answered. I have never felt so at ease with a doctor before! :)

I wish I could give a negative star. What a joke my consultation was demeaning insulting and condescending. She hits me up for 6000 then wanted another 1275 for each session told me I would need several what a scam and rip off. I emailed wktar Im hoping they pull their ads off. I dont recommend this ripoff and scam to anyone stay away!!!

This place does not care about their patients just the money they can extract from them. I clearly asked when I came in for my consult were the procedures a fit for me. Then after spending 10k I was told I would have to pay more and had 0 results. I was told by 2 other doctors the procedures would never have worked on me. I wished I would have read the Yelp reviews first! Buyer beware!

Dr. Brown and his staff are AWESOME! Started coming here for microneedling and in search of a new product line. I was introduced to the ZO Medical by Susan and havent looked back! They have both worked wonders for my skin. I have received coolsculpting and velashape as well and my results have been so satisfying. The medical esthetician are so friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable - I have never walked in not feeling welcomed or walked out unhappy. NOW I HAVE TO BRAG! Came in for fillers (I have always wanted them) and Im obsessed! Dr. Brown is so diligent and detailed with his work. AN ABSOLUTE ARTIST! He filled my cheeks so I had more of contour, defied my chin, and gave some volume to my lips. Such a game changer yet a totally natural look! I would highly recommend Sensational Skin and rate their staff and quality of work 10/10!

I visited multiple places that do this same procedure for consultations and none of those other places compares to this office. They did a great job explaining everything and honestly the cost was much lower than all the other places I had visited . The results I received were more than I expected . If you are unsure wether coolsculpting works or not . It does ! I highly recommend sensational skin. They are the experts at many things, and especially coolsculpting. I was amazed when I looked at the before after pics on skin stuff. I was looking for a established medical office that has been In business for a long time. Best decision I ever made . I have been coming here for years along with my mom and brother and today was the last straw. Jennifer is extremely unprofessional and the Dr couldn’t see me for my scheduled appointment because “he had a lot going on” I too have a lot going on and my time is also valuable. Besides being taken into a room after a previous patients surgery with dirty tools and what appeared to be blood all over the sink area. I’m so sad that this office has deteriorated to what I saw today.

Stay away... although the office staff was very pleasent. The coolsculping is a joke I spent 3 +thousand dollars, when I returned I was told I was lucky that I didnt grow more fat some people do and can t use coolsculping. But they would give me 4 more treatments for 1,200 dollars. I explained it was obvious the first treatment didnt work why would I pay more. I ASKED to see before and after pictures. I was told she would email me the pbotos... to date I still havent received the photos. Never once did I see this Dr Brown. If I could rate them below 1 star I would rake them a minus 3 star for every thousand dollars I spent..... bad.bad experience.

I have been to numerous Estheticians over the years, including Pittsburgh Pa, and Arizona. I am compelled to rave about Lynn Rhodes. She is outstanding. Her microdermabrasions are so outstanding; my skin remains flawless for weeks. She also has recommended products and introduced me to products that have given my skin a major turn-around. I no longer live in Scottsdale Az. But she is the only skin care specialist I trust or care to see. I am so relaxed and trust in her knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend Lynn Rhodes ...she really can make a major difference for you. Awesome treatments. BEST AROUND!

Dr. Brown is a phony! Everything they told me to expect was a lie. I spent a huge sum of money for ultherapy on my entire face and cool-sculpting on my neck and chin. I now have a divot in my chin from the nerve block needle. I also had a small amount of botox and restylane injected. First, my right eyebrow was pointing directly up. He injected more to drop it and the effects were completely gone in less than 3 months.They have been so rude and unacommodating, have delayed my request for my medical records and refuse to attempt to make things right. The photo attached is blood underneath my skin as a result of a small amount of restylane in each corner of my mouth. I think Dr. Brown was under the influence of something when he put needles into my face. Im shocked! Please notice there are only two CURRENT reviews and mine is one of them. The rest are old, which means the rating is falsified.

I decided to have coolscupting done because I have stubborn fat areas that unless I was able to spend two hours a day at the gym, which my work schedule does not allow, this was a much better alternative for me. Coolscupting being non-invasive I was finally able to get rid of my stubborn fat, and now I look much better. My cloths fit better and I am wearing more form fitting cloths. The technicians at sensational skin new exactly how to treat to get me maximum results. I hope to get my inner thighs done next month. True experts in coolsculpting.

I am a mother of 4 in my 40s and been working on taking better care of myself. I had some coolsculpting done, great results on my abs, bra fat, and arms. I decided to have the liposonix fat removal procedure on my outer-thighs, inner thighs, under my butt, and saddle bags. Sensational skin in Scottsdale, has always made me fill comfortable and was aggressive with my coolsculpting, so I wanted to continue my body fat removal with them. Dr. Brown prescribed me some medication for the procedure and also offered IV sedation, if I needed. Anyway, I was surprised how easy it was! The medication was perfect, and relaxed watching a movie, while they melted my fat away. I forgot details of my treatment, but I remember being awake, watching a movie, and feeling some heat and minor discomfort. I remember feeling a little sick during, but the Dr. gave me a shot that took the nausea away. Its been two weeks, and cant believe how the fat is just gone on my legs! In my workout pants and skirts, I can see how my thighs have shrunk. I know this sound crazy, but I cant stop looking at my backside, starting to look more like my teen girls. The care I have received from Dr. Brown and sensational skin is second to none, the best. They new I was going to have some bruising and sent me home with two packs of arnica. I am truly amazed that you can shape your body and get rid of fat without ever having gone under the knife.

Just thought I would give you an update on my progress post Ultherapy with Sensational Skin. I wasn’t aware that Ultherapy could cause so much bruising, but I thought you should know that I have a large bruise the size of a half dollar on my right chin area and another about the size of a quarter on my right cheek, with two small nickel-sized bruises on my right chin and right forehead. I do bruise easily though, so I have been putting vitamin K and Arnica Gel on them. They are now changing from deep purple to black in the center with yellow around the edges, so they are dissipating over time. I am using the Jane Firedale corrective colors make-up that is effective at hiding the bruised areas pretty well.I have had Ultherapy only one other time in Omaha. The technician was a wonderful gal, as sweet and kind as they come, but I am so much more pleased with your treatment, Susan because you looked at my face, quickly evaluated exactly what I required, and then did what needed to be done. I know I needed the heavy duty passes you prescribed and administered, and I really appreciate that. Though painful, you helped me through it with your kind and gentle compassion. By now I can tell that your treatment is working much better than the Omaha treatment. I can see the results already! Thank you Susan, for staying late for me and for helping me look better. You are a very gifted lady with awesome talent to know and understand what is necessary to correct the ravages of an aging face and body. No matter what we do for our skin over the years, protecting it and caring for it, age and gravity seem to win the ongoing battle, unless of course, skin treatments are done. Thank you for doing mine! I will likely need more as the years pass, so I will be seeing you fairly often, but I sure do appreciate you and your abilities. I just love you and your work! I look forward to seeing you sometime in June, I think. Maybe I will do the Dermpen at that time. (I think is what you called it).
