I usually leave good reviews for places that provide good service. This is my first bad review of a business. Dr. Anderson injected a filler used for cheeks. I was left with a glob of the product next to my ear..........not near my cheeks!! I went back, and she dissolved the area next to my ear. I was left with a concave area under my cheek. Next, I asked for that area to be corrected. Her exact words were that, I could SAVE up for another injection.....which would be MORE expensive! After asking her to correctthe area again, she offered to inject a product that was inferior to the product which I had paid for in the beginning, and I needed to pay for a $100 injection fee. She was responsible for the first injection that went bad, but would not fix it with the same product.... or allow me a partial refund....which she would not do. After paying $600.00 for HER original injection, I wound up paying another $1500 to ANOTHER doctor to correct it..

I have thick facial hair that has been a point of embarrassment for me since I was a teenager, and in my attempts to remove it I have been burned (literally and figuratively) many times and always left disappointed... For the first time ever I am happy with my results after only 2 sessions. I cant wait to see how much it improves by the 5th session! And the pricing was really great, the discount they gave me (without me having to ask) brought the price so low that I thought they made a mistake!! So amazing! Also, the girls are really nice that work here and I especially adore my technician I believe her name is Alexandra (im so sorry if i misremembered 😣)!!! So *obviously* I highly recommend this place!

Ive had the pleasure and honor of working with Natasha. She is absolutely amazing in her attention to detail, sincerity, honesty and overall professionalism and I highly recommend her. Its obvious that she cares so much. The front desk staff is also wonderful and they do an excellent job of making you feel welcomed and they are always willing to accommodate a busy schedule. I met Dr. Anderson as well and witnessed her work first hand. Her philosophy, vision, advice and talent are the finest I have ever seen and I highly recommend her as well. Her work has yielded excellent results. Overall, this company is amazing and so refreshing to do business with. They do not put any pressure on the client to purchase more than necessary and I think that says a lot about the integrity of the company. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would.

Due to Covid I was not able to go back to Texas to my home clinic thats always done my botox and filler so you can imagine going to someone new is a bit nerve racking. From the second I bumped elbows with Dr. Bob (no hand shakes due to covid-19) I just new it was gonna be ok. Not only did I get botox done but it was my first time getting a full syringe of filler in my lips and wow. The botox was amazing and brought me my youth back and I couldnt be happier with how my lips came out. I will definitely be returning. I was sitting in the lobby on sat. 11/16 waiting to be taken back and this male employee (come to find out is a doctor)came out from the back, sat down at the front desk, and proceeded to lean back in the chair and place both of his dirty shoes on the front desk directed at the guest waiting area. I was absolutely in shock at his barnyard display of manners in a medical environment such as this. Plus he was chatting and laughing with the secretary so loudly that I thought I was in some bar. I am in shock that Dr. Anderson would employ someone like that in her practice. I would stay far far away from this Male MD at the practice.

I spent a week in Scottsdale and had an opportunity to do an Active FX CO2 – Laser Skin Resurfacing treatment and recover while away from work. I changed skin clinics at the last minute, based on the high pressure sales and lack of transparency from my originally scheduled Dr.s office. North Scottsdale Laser and Skin Care was extremely helpful scheduling to get the Active FX treatment, IPL on my hands and a filler, completed at the last minute. Not only were they flexible with scheduling, but also very professional, friendly, caring and competent. Dr. Anderson was great following up to make sure all was progressing well. I love the results of the treatments and the cost was reasonable compared to others! Thank you to Dr. Anderson, Dr. Olic, Alexandra, Susan, Miranda and Carmen!
