She even cleaned up my eyebrows. Gabby was so kind at the front desk. She explained all their services! They offer tons! The place is so neat and clean! If you need any skin treatments or laser hair removal this is your place!

I originally went in for a microdermabrasion and also received a free “painless” laser hair removal for being a first time client. I’ve never had hair removal before and it was, in fact, 100% painless! The microdermabrasion was great and my technician, Tori, really tried to understand my skin type in order to use the best products on it during the facial as well as to suggest what products to use after. She also explained all of the benefits you get when you buy a membership as well as a lot of their other services. The front desk staff was also super friendly and I’m excited to start booking more appointments!

The staff is always very friendly and knowledgable. They have a great way of suggesting ways to improve your skin without making you feel like you have horrible skin or are sitting in a sales pitch. The products they use smell amazing!! And I was told they are free of perfume, gluten, SLS, etc. I nice, quick, relaxing get away.

This was my first time getting a Dermaplanning Facial. I LOVED how smooth and clean my face felt. I think I’m hooked and will definitely be returning. The staff was great, the technician was great, she was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. They offer memberships and I appreciated that they weren’t pushy about getting me to sign up. I will say that their memberships are not a bad deal at $59 a month, you can get a facial every month for $59 (3 to choose from) or pay the difference (member pricing) for other facials or services.A must try in N Scottsdale.

I absolutely love coming here for facials. They have the best products, the best technicians, and the atmosphere is really relaxing. I feel saddened because I really love the results my skin shows when I come here every month but every facial comes with a scalp massage and shoulder rub...dont get me wrong I love a good shoulder rub or scalp massage but Ive been to 3 girls here and all of their massaging technique is uncomfortable. It starts to make me feel anxious and Ive almost gone as far as asking them to stop but just quietly dealt with it. Some massage therapy training would be really great for these girls and could turn this Grade A facial into an A++! Thank you PV team!

I’ve had a lot of trouble with acne scarring and breakouts, so their deep acne cleanse facial was awesome for my skin! i also got some advice on how to take better care of my skin, which i really appreciated! if you have any doubts about coming here, i can tell you that this place is awesome!!

I got a facial and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The entire spa from the waiting area to the treatment room to the bathrooms are incredibly clean. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and will be sure to go back!

I had my first experience at pure vanity at Hilton Village today. I was much overdue for a facial and the microdermabrasion was just what I needed. Everyone was welcoming when I arrived. Jasmine did a fabulous facial. The facial also included an eyebrow wax, but I had one about. 2 weeks ago, so she instead did a little extra massage. Who doesn’t want that?! The one thing I missed is the skin “inspection “ under the lights. That feedback on the current condition of my skin is helpful.

I loved the dermaplane facial that I got. It was the first one that I have ever gotten and it made my face SO SMOOTH! Everyone was super friendly and I felt very comfortable there. They do try to sell you products after (as most places do), they were informational without being pushy. I will definitely be returning next month for a follow up facial !

What an awesome facial! The spa is beautiful and relaxing and the treatment was way more than I expected. Not only did I get a facial but I got to lay in a calorie burning massage bed and also get a scalp and neck massage. Very happy with my experience.

I am beyond thankful for the miracle Katie has done on my face! After trying everything now my face is looking fabulous. Been going there since November or October of 2017 and now I am a member. I started going to Danielle monthly after I signed up for my membership (Completely worth it), and all I can say is I am blown away by the results. I have gotten facials and one treatment of the microneedling. I have told Danielle my skin has never looked better, the texture has improved tremendously. She is so kind and always takes care of me and addresses any concerns I have. (Which are many) I cant wait to see what my skin looks like after more treatments, my goal is to not wear any foundation! What a great place! I was unfamiliar with these membership based skincare places (think Massage Envy for facials), so I decided to check one out. My only facial experiences have been at resort spas, so I went into my Pure Vanity appointment with no expectations. Wow, I felt like I got WAY more than I have at any expensive spa. First off, my esthetician, Katie, was so professional and friendly. She seemed to have a real interest in my skincare regiment, and she asked good questions. While she did tell me about the membership, and suggested some additional services I might want to try, it didn’t come across as a hard sales pitch. There was no pressure at all.They have you lying in a heated “pod” throughout the treatment, which adds to the experience, and even included eyebrow waxing complimentary! Katie explained every product she was using along the way, and finished with a nice scalp and shoulder massage. Totally worth the $. I will certainly be back!

I had the best experience with Lauren and my first MicroPlane facial at the Hilton shops location. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Lauren took the time to educate me on my skin, learn about what I’m already doing, challenges, and lifestyle factors. After the facial she made great recommendations. I can’t wait to go back.

Had my very first dermaplaning facial today at Pure Vanity Chandler, and I gotta say, I might be hooked! I left with baby soft skin and little to no irritation. The lotion scents were a little strong for my taste, but I’m learning that I prefer more mildly scented products in general. The spa itself was clean, staff was friendly, overall a great experience.

Ive gone to Pure Vanity for their laser hair removal as well as a few facials. I have been super happy with both services but I highly recommend the laser hair removal, its super quick and painless. The service ive gotten each time Ive gone in has been fantastic as well!

I went to see Jazz for my microdermabrasion facial and she had me at brow wax! I’ve gotten microderms in the past and have never received an eyebrow wax included. It was such a treat! Literally the highlight of the facial. But the facial itself was still outstanding, gentle and after more than a week my skin looks fantastic and fresh! The staff was so helpful and sweet and I really liked their sign in process.

Pure Vanity has the membership thing going on. Room are new. I really liked to POD bed instead of the basic table. The pod help vibrate your fat while lying down. Facial included microdermabrasion, brow trim,shoulder massage, extractions. Over all, good and easy experience. I would go back and try more services.

Absolutely loved my experience! It was very relaxing and my skin came out glowing and so soft. I didnt wear any face makeup the remainder of the day as well as today, aka the next day, and I dont feel like I need to. I had the dermaplaning and dermamicrobrasion facial done with Lauren who did an amazing job. I love the products they used on me, they smelled great and left great results. I also like that they check with you on your daily face routine and recommend things you can do differently to improve it. For me, I could use more exfoliation, which was great to know. Definitely would recommend to someone looking to improve their skin routine and pamper themselves.

The location is easy to get to and pleasant...very close to Starbucks and some really nice restaurants so you can make your spa day a total experience. The decor is lovely, and the staff is courteous and efficient. I never have to wait long for my appointment to get started, and they are not pushy with trying to sell you stuff. All in all, a great experience.

I had such a great experience at this location! I ended up getting the Dermaplaning Facial by Channing and it was so relaxing and cleansing, making my face so smooth afterwards. The room we were in was nice and dim and super cozy with extra relaxing music. The best part of the dermaplaning facial is the way your makeup sets afterwards. I would highly recommend trying the Dermaplaning Facial or the Microdermabrasion Facial.
