Since working with my OPEX coach I am stronger and healthier and dont stress about my programming anymore. The whole team and philosophy at OPEX is amazing. OPEX is more than just a gym, been following OPEX for more than 3 years and have jumped into their education path about 2 yrs now. The amount of knowledge the coaches have and share is impressive, definitely has helped me become a better coach when it comes to assessing clients movement patterns and prescribing a workout program. As well OPEX teaches about nutrition and lifestyle consulting, learning how to tie all the dots together on how nutrition and sleep affect the results at the gym.

Ive been involved with OPEX for a few years now and am stronger than Ive ever been. My coach, Michael Bann, keeps me injury free & continues to help me get stronger, faster, stay on top of my goals and continually evolve as a person. I trust OPEX and Michael Bann so much that I have entrusted them to help my 67 year old mother get back into an active lifestyle, and shes kicking ass! I am also continuing my journey to become a Total CCP Coach and have completed 4 of the 5 CCP courses to do so. The CCP is incredible and I couldnt recommend the program enough. If you are looking to upgrade your knowledge base, client prescriptions and overall become one of the most knowledgeable coaches out there, OPEX is where its at.
