This fitness studio was amazing ! Trainer mike had so many great exercises for me to do and made sure I did them with perfect body alignment and was very attentive. And with all the amazing top of the line equipment he made sure he gave me a challenging workout ! Thanks gain mike I had so much fun and can’t wait to come back in :)

This studio is great. Clean, well set up, and easy to find. Having showers and separate locker rooms makes it convenient to work out and then get ready for the rest of your day. This studio is so much better than busy chain gyms.
