Poor communication these guys will lie to you. Had to pick up a load truck broke down I picked the load up a day late on Tuesday they said it was fine the would reschedule delivery for Wednesday morning 8am. I get to receiver they never rescheduled the delivery. So here I have sat for 5 1/2 hours still trying to get worked in. They won’t answer the phone the one guy did answer the phone had music blasting stated he couldn’t hear me I told him if he turned the music down he could here be his response was ok and then hung up. How extremely unprofessional. I will not be delivering any loads for these guy ever again. Hell TQL hires college students and is still way more professional than this company. Worse broker to pull for.

Been working with them for over 3 years for shipments to all of the US, and looking to keep working with them! Daniel and Steven have been extremely attentive and prompt to solve any customer service concerns and overall provide very competitive rates for their services. Id suggest always go with insurance since the carriers can be rough with the stock, but this has never been due to Globaltranzs fault, but the carriers handling of the shipment. Given that stock is accurately weighted and reported upon quoting, the bills will always be accurate and no surcharges will occur. Overall great option for freight quoting services!

If you are a carrier, be ware. This company does not pay for the loads delivered. I got a check after 4 months and it bounced.I carried a load for GlobalTranz back in September 2020. I requested payment and sent the appropriate paperwork in September, November and December of 2020. They finally sent me a check in January and it had no funds. I have called and emailed the company to resolve this issue and no one has gotten back to me.

These guys hired a homeless person with a rental truck to deliver my product worth over $5000. The driver ended up destroying much of the product after getting frustrated at the consignee. He then drove off with the product on his truck, and he has not been heard from to this day (this was 6 months ago at the time of writing). After patiently waiting through their claims process, the claim was ultimately denied. Im now out $5000 worth of product. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We use Andrew Freeze as our agent and couldnt be happier. After using several of the competitors who really couldnt care whether you exist or not, Andrew was recommended to us. The customer service is fantastic, never a problem getting an immediate answer and the rates are great. Highly recommend!

My item was originally picked up by Global Trans and was delivered by Forward Air. The shipping package had obvious damage and was unknown if the contents were damaged. I was told if I open the package to inspect the contents it was mine BUT the driver also refused to take the package back if I refused delivery!!! Beware!!!! This was a $1500 item that was shipped insured!! So whats the purpose of purchasing insurance when you get this type of customer service?!?

I was quoted $2200 to have six pallets of restaurant equipment delivered from Sarasota Florida to PHOENIX, AZ. My delivery arrived and they received payment. 30 days later they took an additional $308, I did not receive a phone call or an email explaining the charges so I called them immediately and spoke to the sales rep Heather Rhine she says I would receive a full refund but they will need to dispute the charges with FedEx I told her I did not contract with FedEx and thatI should be refunded immediately and they can continue on disputing the charges FedEx She explained that it doesn’t work that wayIt’s been 60 days and my next step is to file a small claims court and with the Better Business BureauIf you give these people money and there’s a problem no one can help you

Used this company for a few months. Worst experience of my life.1. Freight quotes rarely ever matched the final Billing.2. Every time we called for assistance with Tracking, Freight damage, Billing questions no one answered the phone and some times up to a week for them to call or email back.3. In our short time we got cycled through 3 different reps. We were told they do that sometimes. Later found out two of our reps. had quit the Company.4. We asked for our Bill to come weekly all on one statement. They said they would comply but never did. With our 25 + shipments a week we got one email for each shipment...billing and financial work nightmare here. Terrible...5. Freight claim was filled out, received and accepted, confirmed. We never received the credit for it.Do your Homework, this Company does not have a good record.Also do your Company a Favor and Use Unishippers folks. Ill never use another Broker again. Their Customer Service, Billing and Freight Team are Top notch.

Good luck getting paid from these people. Theyve acquired a handful of different companies and no one seems to know whats going on. Ive called multiple times and I keep getting transferred to different offices who are all telling me that they are not responsible for our payment and to go call another office. Ive spoke to 4 offices in the past hour and no one can seem to find out who is responsible for paying us our $4600 invoice.

And also a nice cafeteria in the office. I really loved this place, this is the only office I have seen which has neutral light in office area. Really A Great Place!!!

Horrible management, HR, lack of communication skills, and understanding of employees and conditions. Managers always have to have the last word, whilst knowing nothing at all, HR is very rude especially Marissa along with a few others (too many to name).Pros; decent enough pay for the job, anyone with a little sense of competence can perform the job. Although its boring, its the ideal job for someone new in the work field and who wants a start.Cons; management, and zero skills in organization.

Based on the lack of personal touch and the heavy demand of my information before ever offering ANY about GT, Id never do business with this company ... Ever. Thought that wasnt quite fair. Called back- nope same rude, nasty, impersonal behavior. Websites are more human than whomever is manning their sales calls and phone lines. Carriers, watch out for this company. We booked a load with these guys today in Los Angeles and told us to send our driver to pick up the load. Then we get a call back that they got a cheaper price from another carrier. They then had us bidding against each other, until we told them to F off. Cant wait until freight gets busy and L.A. and we can urn the tables on them.

Made a load in time no problem on confirmation no request of permit copy but after delivery they change mind instead 3000$ they want to pay 2000$ .not advising use them .Trash. now already sent a permits that wasnt in our agreement, they said ok we will pay you, next morning again game they not believed what date permit was purchased but date on permit. GUYS DO NOT TAKE A LOAD FROM THEM THEY ARE NOT HONNORE.next story I am put claim against them on the bond and people told me some existing already.keep in your mind they have other company under that name checked who is responsible party for payments.

Horrible company - booked a load with them and they required macropoint tracking. I told the broker the driver is currently driving and will stop shortly to download the app. Was told we had 30 mins to get it done or they would repost the load. After we downloaded the app we called to verify and were told that the driver is lying to you. I asked to have the link sent again and was told weve had enough calls on this already - and we can only send the link once. Would highly advise to stay away from them - the reviews on here speak for themselves ...

All Customers, stay away from this people!!!. i hope Circle 8 and Apex wont get to the same kind of business . i booked the load, team load from IL to TX, 1600 miles, PU was at 8 pm on Wednesday and delivery Friday 8 am. The shipper overloaded us on front axle and we came back on the next day morning. So, the truck got reworked on Thursday noon . Even with 3 tires blowed up on the way my team got to the receiver at 9 pm next day. I had all the receipts and prove on elog that the truck didnt stop. My dispatcher was communicating with manager Thomas Larsen, who is not unswerving his phone anymore and called a dispatcher trash, idiot etc . Guess what/ they cut $750 from my rate foe the late delivery. I will go and claim there bond anyway, but want to let you know who you are dealing with

I received a quote for a specific sized trailer 26 - 28 on a Friday from Globaltranz, on Monday the person I was in contact with called in sick, the team they have there does not communicate what I asked for and sends in a 53 trailer after I called Monday to get the truck in to our facility. When the 53 arrives, I reject it of course. They are trying to charge me $150 for a truck not used now and will not take responsibility. Any company that is willing to screw over their customer like this I cannot recommend. I will never pay this or use them again.

Global Tranz has a terrible onboarding process. They do not utilize technology in the form that Uber Freight, Convoy, or even that of CH Robinson and TQL. I still havent got setup with them and they lose out by not having my MC run their freight.They have a very bad reputation from all the major Facebook trucking groups.Cant recommend this brokerage for any carriers. Hopefully in the future they improve their onboarding process.

We hauled a load with ADAM Dubberke, there was waiting at the delivery and hand bombing total charges was $100, we sent about 10-15 eMails to this broker and detention charges but he didnt even reply to any of our email, i suggest to all the carriers never haul any load with this guy or this office

The crooks @ GlobalTranz ripped me off, too. Our agreed rate was $4300 yet the check GlobalTranz sent was for only $4044 - $256 short. The lumper fee was $256 paid by Global Tranz @ time of delivery via EFS. Im not sure why GlobalTranz accounting charged me for the lumper. This is definitely the last time I do business with the crooks @ GlobalTranz.

Richard Ventura promised me detention, I had to drive all night 560 miles to deliver on time to make good of his name . After load was delivered he stopped responding and after 2 weeks of emails he said there will be no detention. Will never haul for them again becauae of teir work ethics.

I did a load 09/22/15 for agent Bryan Nowell out of Texas. He needed the load picked up at 5:30 A.M so he would send me packet to fill out afterwards. I asked for a release # but he gave me a contact name at loading company. Bryan sent me confirmation rate sheet by text message. After talking to factoring company, they told me Global Tranz should have sent a formal rate sheet and I cant factor load with a text message. After calling, texting, emailing Bryan asking him for rate sheet, he tells me hes gonna ask corporate and hell resend email but Ive yet to receive it.

The service was sub-par. We have been trying to resolve an issue with the billing department since 2012. Many attempts to contact and resolve has ended up back at point A, just trying to get a hold of them. Calling the customer service extension will get you an endlessly ringing phone with no hope of hearing a voice, then IF someone answers (on rare occasion), they tell you what you want to hear and then never follow through, putting you again back at point A, just trying to get a hold of someone who will take care of business.
