Been going to the shop for over five years now. John is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Always excellent, speedy customer service and competitive pricing to boot. Im never going back to UPS Store.

Ive used these guys quite a few times to mail small letters / packages to family, always been a really easy quick in and out 5 minutes, dude behind the counter was super friendly and easy going.

I went in to have something notarized and the guy was not there so they told me when hed be in.... I came back and he was running late but they communicated that to me well. I decided to wait. The gentleman arrived and was quick and helpful. Nice demeanor. Store was a little run down, but nice family and good service

I always enjoy going to this store. The young man is always friendly and helpful. I prefer going to this store rather than the post office where the lines are much too long. I send items overseas through them as well as within the borders of the US.

Been to a lot of shops, including some name brand shippers. Always the best price, very friendly, and courteous! I highly suggest that you give this location a try -- especially now that the ownership has changed! I was even pleased that they randomly gave me a small discount on the box I bought because we come in often! Very good store.

I ship over seas and the pkgs get to my family ahead of schedule...i work crazy hrs so their schedule is fantastic for me...i live a half hr drive but its worth the trip. Young man at counter is awesome...I wish they would expand to various location...their service is just awesome...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! 😊

This shop has changed owners twice in the past couple years. The newest owner is very eager to help and quotes competitive prices. If youve had issues in the past, I encourage you to give this shop another try. There arent many good small mailbox shops left in the area. Many have closed. The lines at the Post Office can be very, very long. Not worth it. Just stop here instead.

Had a mailbox here for 3 years before I moved to deer valley. The staff is helpful. I used it mainly so my packages wouldnt get stolen off my front porch.

The new management there is awesome. Dependable hours and honest service. The old owners were rude and you could never count on them being open, even during posted hours.

All i know is twice Ive been there around 9:10am when hours say open at 9.Closed, dark. Maybe good service once they are there, I dont know.

Convenient, fast, and super friendly. I never go to the post office because I can just come here and never have to wait in line. They have it all, FedEX, UPS, USPS. Help them stay in business!

I use them frequently. Never a line and friendly. They take FedEx, USPS, UPS. Ive never used them for anything other than that.

What a freaking rip off artist.He charged my husband $2.97 to mail 6 CDs to our distributor via media mail.But when I went in there to ship them the next time instead of my husband, he gouged me and charge me $9.65 postage for the same exact thing and then was extremely ugly on the phone when I called to ask if it was a mistake and pretty much told me to go to hell.You can ship 18 pounds media mail for that price. But then I am a little 5 2 blond so I guess he figured I am an idiot.I do not recommend this place at all and will be tweeting it to thousands of my followers and 14K followers also on youtube as well as Facebook and dozens of other sites we promote our music on..I am very disgusted.I cant help but think these 5 star ratings are friends reviews after the way he treated me.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The owner Robyns son opened the store 15 minutes late then said he didnt care that I was waiting. He then said he couldnt notarize my letter because the stamp expired. They tried to take it off the website but couldnt. What a joke!!!!!
