Poor service and they don’t open on time. I went for coffee and breakfast came back at 9:30 and they were still closed. The website on the Google business listing also has them opening at 9am. They should be considerate enough to update their hours and the company cell phone voicemail. Prices are also extremely high. I do not recommend Mail & Copy Center.

I visited the Mail & Copy Center when I was running out of time to get a package to the D.C. Area. The guys came to my rescue with profound professionalism. The packaged my items quickly and gave me several options including estimated arrival times and great prices. I selected my desired option, and my package was ready to go.I got a call from the destination of my package within minutes of the estimated arrival time! I recommend these guys to any one looking for professional packaging and expedient shipping at great prices.I would have rated this center with more than 5 stars if I could.

Mail & Copy center has a flat -out amazing staff. I had a superb experience at this store . staff demonstrated very good customer service from the very first moment I walked in and was ready and able to help. They knew so well the print job i needed and did timely. I strongly recommend them and would most definitely used them over and over again.

The professionalism of the staff and the convenience that this place offers keeps me coming back time after time. I hate going to a regular post office now. They offer an array of services, including postal box rentals and passport photos! If you need to send a package and dont have time to parcel it yourself, you can leave it with them and trust that it will be handled. They consistently provide excellent customer service and are knowledgeable about all aspects of the business. I always receive prompt, courteous and professional service. Check them out!!!

This is a great store, they do professional packaging. You want your package well packed, then go to the Mail & Copy Center. Ive been there you will not regret it.

This place seems to be new in town but the staff is amazing. It turns out they have been into this type of business for years, and their combined experience makes me place them at the top when choosing documentation and shipping centers in Scottsdale.

A top notch Kinkos. Great and superb customer service. Nicest people Ive ever seen at a copy center. There was no line and the staff were smart and quick. I came into town from TX with tons of paper work to print. Thought it may take me about four hours, but the turn around was surprising. Took me barely 90 minutes to print the same amount of paper work that usually takes me about 4 hours to print in other Kinkos locations. And the packaging? Great job by a gentleman who I suspect is the owner of the shop. Just wish all Kinkos were like this one!

I see a very bright future for this venture, considering the intellectual potential of the individuals concerned .. Kudos
