My experience with Sitepro as a recruiter was my most regretful professional experience to say the least. I quit Sitepro a little more than a year ago and since day 3 on the job I still wonder why I even accepted the position to begin with. Ranking within the top 3 of their recruiters out of 10-15, you can say I was performing at top level. As an experienced recruiter I was able to get hired above their entry level recruiter 1 position. During my 9 month tenure with Sitepro I experienced, on multiple occasions, pretty outlandish and Unbelievable situations for a professional environment. Sitepro is a toxic and high level stress workplace. If you decide to take a position here be prepared to have full responsibility for each of your candidates throughout the longevity of their work assignments. Also, not to mention the early mornings and uncompensated time. For your candidates who are on different time zones are still expected to be contacted at the commencement of their shifts so for a 5AM wake up call on the east coast means starting your morning at 130A MST and still expected to show up on time for your 8 hour shift. If candidates are not contacted or do not show up to their shift, be prepared for public reprimanding and humiliation in front of your coworkers. Sitepro will falsely promise the potential of a 100k salary, as this is a construction based company, what they don’t tell you as that their work influx is seasonal and though summers bring in good money the rest of the year is average. Their hierarchy only allows for their longest tenured recruiters to bring in what would be equivalent to a salary of 100k yet that money is only achieved partially during the year. This same hierarchy gives unequal access to their client base leaving most recruiters scraps. Not to mention during my time there, there was no ATS, you had to memorize your candidates and yell their name out if you heard someone about to put them In for a job. The toxicity within the leadership allowed for the business development team to down talk the recruiters on a regular basis. Their is no privacy or confidentiality among the higher ups as they will air our recruiters personal matters and performance to the team. This company did not value the worth of their recruiters. I wish the recruiters there during my time knew their potential and capacity to be better than Sitepro. This company bullies and victimizes their employees by targeting employees with little to no experience. I wrote this review solely to be transparent and honest about my experience with Sitepro in hopes that I can help a fellow recruiter make a better professional decision. If you make it to the end of this review, choose another company. It’s only a matter of time before Sitepro encounters legal issues for their practices.

SitePros staff and process placed me in several specific high technology positions which allowed me to grow in my career goals and secure a permanent role. My recruiter Kyle Grossman was very proactive in ensuring I stayed working during Covid hardships and seasonal shutdowns. Competitive compensation and benefits are noteworthy. While I have moved into different work, if needed I would call SitePros first and foremost. I am grateful for my time with them.

My recruiter is Steven Mendez and he has been on top of everything getting me the information that I need in a timely fashion. Communication has been consistent and he is always available. So far because of Steven my Site Pro experience has been excellent.

Ive had a phenomenal experience with Site Pro, since i signed up about a month ago. My recruiter David Bonner, has made it his obligation to keep me employed and comfortable, wherever Im stationed for work. The jobs dont stop, which is a blessing and a huge difference from other staffing agencies. Alongside the recruiters, payroll also is very helpful if you have any questions or issues regarding your check. Site Pro is a positive, helpful, and concerned company, that puts there clients first.

I have been an electrician for more than 10 years and I have been working with Devon and Site Pro for about two years now and I can honestly say they are amongst the best if not the best at giving you top wages for your experience. As an added bonus with this company they give same day Payday advances if youre in need of cash. So if you are experienced Tradesmen and want better pay with better benefits than where youre currently at I would highly recommend you give Devon a call at site Pro start and earning what your worth.

I have worked for these guys off and on for over a year, just recently I got back into the field and got in touch with Matt Turner, they’ve helped me out tons and have always been good to me. Matt has taken care of everything I’ve needed while traveling site to site and I would definitely recommend him and the company to anyone. 10/10 will continue to work with these guys for as long as I can, I have no complaints they are a wonder company to work for!

I’ve been waiting on my check for a month now I’ve spoken to the owner in such a graceful and settling way and they still haven’t paid anyone from the site which we worked at . They actually laughed and said we weren’t getting paid. We will have to just take this into court please never work for this company they do not care about you they’ll to your face and waste your time and play with your emotions . Seriously stay away from them if you don’t want to work for free and chase for a check.

Sitepros is a great agency to work for. Kept me busy all year long; Davon is a great recruiter. Constantly in communication. Benefits aren’t good however I encourage everyone to apply.

This place is a sinking ship. They do not care about the contractors that pay their bills, they only want to over charge their clients and then under pay good workers. They will knowingly put you on a 2 week project and tell you its long term, lie about raises, miss hours on your check, and harass you with threatening calls and texts everyday.They claim to be nothing like other agencies but they are exactly the same. I am not sure how long it will take but the contractors and skilled workers throughout the valley know how bad of a outfit they are, and they wont last (maybe another name change is due). If you are reading this and you are a future client or worker here, go with one of the other agencies because Site pro are pros at lying.

Patrick literally laughed in my face about asking about my check it’s almost 2 months now that I haven’t gotten paid, I’ve talked to hr the owner they keep sending all over the place and when I do talk to someone they hand up in my face for no apparent reason. Tried to get on with Da’von and he’s consistently unprofessional and irresponsible. The other guys that used him all complain too about how he is not on top of things and plays with deposit info and losses things. Do not use him! I called and went through another recruiter and things went fine and was hired fast

Horrible! Been waiting for my husbands check for over a week. The job hes at pays weekly so we only had one week check for over two weeks!!! They passed the buck of fault and had given us the run around for 4 days now! Were now over drafted on our bank account for $50 because they kept promising the check would arrive the next day. I had to cancel some auto pay for our bills. And when the checks do arrive(now its two weeks for checks) the bank will take at least another day to post. Id stay away from these guys if you like to get paid!!!!

The guy I was/was working with me MATTHEW TURNER (Recruiter) is really unprofessional, he hang up on my face. people who work/ represent such a big business should be really Professional and handle any situations Professionally. I did an interview with MATTHEW on February 26th 2019, during our interview I told him I am still looking for work but I been interviewing and doing interviews with other companies. today March 4, 2019 Matthew reached out to me saying he has a job for me starting tomorrow March 5, 2019 so he sent me to do a drug screening, meanwhile one of the company reached out to me saying I’m cleared to start working March 5, 2019. so I reached out to Matthew and I told him that one of the companies I interviewed with reached out to me saying I’m cleared to start working tomorrow March 5, 2019. In the middle of explaining everything to MATTHEW he cut me off and he told me I am wasting his time and hang up on my face. THAT WAS REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR HIM TO DO THAT. I just wonder how many people he has done that to so far. I would not recommand this company to anybody. The company and the staff members are really unprofessional especially MATTHEW TURNER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, IF YOU DO WORK WITH THE COMPANY STAY AWAY FROMMATTHEW TURNER

My recruiter is david... he was awesome and helped me with everything I needed in an timely manner so that was wonderful.. I do have one major problem with a guy named phill, site pros messed up and sent me someone elses check then when my check was supposed to come in they never sent it to me and said it was because I got someone elses check in the mail. I had to go 3 weeks without a check before I got a new job and got another check from them but they still owe me $400+ its not a lot but its for sure money I want back into my pocket I feel like he was completely rude on the phone in every way to me and I feel like Ive been robbed out of my check and I would love to talk to someone who can help me... thank you

They made me quit my job and then tell me that the hiring company didnt approve for me to work with them. The process goes this way, they give you a starting date and then the company that they are hoping to hire you has to approve it. so that means that you first quit because they give u a start date then youre told that a project manager has to approve it. i spent a month looking for work ....
