I responded to a posting on LinkedIn and was contacted almost immediately. The first gentleman was only able to give me the same information in the listing and couldnt answer additional questions. He said Id be able to get those answered when I interviewed with the companys hiring manager. But thats when things changed. On the next phone call, there was a second Collabera person on the line with us. He was very pushy, and insisted that I needed to write an email accepting the position. I explained that I wouldnt accept a position without answers to additional questions, but he kept trying to run around that. After a few more phone calls, the original gentleman said hed arranged for my meeting with the hiring manager but that I still needed to send the email stating that I was accepting the job. The email I sent reinforced my interest in the position and the opportunity to meet with the hiring manager. I never heard from them again. They stated the company was Nationwide Insurance, and I can only hope that N.I. is aware of how Collabera is representing them.
Expect your 1st paycheck a month from start date and it will be mailed, my roommates are both at Wells Fargo on contract its been almost a month, one had to take a loan from his 401k the other Uber nights to make ends meet.. This is crazy!
