We have been here a handful of times, but third month we took our oldest pup here for a dental procedure. We were very nervous with her age - the staff all the way from the front desk to the vet was so kind and compassionate - our pup came through with flying colors! They called every step of the way and that meant a lot to us. Well be bringing our younger dog in in a couple of months for his dental, based on the experience we had. Thank you!

Once we arrived, we were told 1-2 hours to get in. After waiting for 5 hours, they informed us it would be an additional 2 more hours. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. While there, we witnessed an older gentleman fall and split his head open in the parking lot. When we ran in to tell them that their customer who just left, fell and was bleeding all over, and asked them to call 911, and they refused. Another customer let us use their phone to call. And when 911 needed the address, the woman at the front desk had to be asked 3 times for it, before she was able to give it. We will never return to this location again. I would also advise anyone else thinking of going here, to research other hospitals.

I drive up from South Phoenix... they are well worth the drive! They are excellent and have always shown my dogs the love and attention our fur family members deserve. My oldest a 10y/o Boxer was recently in for dental work. His teeth were clearly bothering him. A couple days after his visit hes happy and back to chomping on his favorite toys. My youngest a 1 y/o Boxer is absolutely crazy with energy and enthusiasm. I was surprised by the patience they showed her when checking her in to get spayed. They did excellent work and you can barely see the scar. Open 24/7 365 I know whatever and whenever I find one of my kids in need of medical attention they will be seen and treated by the best.

My cats name is Wolfgang Nilbog Navarro, he is approximately 7 or 8 months old so just a baby. He is my son. My first pet, my first love, my first born of the family. Recently he had a neutering procedure and I was very nervous how he would react even though he is a perfect angel sent from heaven. The staff at the clinic were extraordinarily helpful and patient and took the time to explain the prep, surgery, and aftercare for my pet. He was done and ready for pickup that same morning and I was so relieved to see he was just fine :) He loves the techs that work here and I love the upfront pricing and breakdown of expenses. amazing service ❤

I called around to find somewhere to get my rabbit fixed. These guys were the cheapest and got him in the soonest and had the best reviews. No brainer. Dropped him off with ease, they communicated very well for being understaffed. No complications during or after or during recovery. Definitely recommend this place for your needs.

I only give 3 stars because one of the vets I dealt with was amazing... However... We had found a dog that had been hit by a car and couldnt locate an owner. We, as a neighborhood, decided to help the dog. We coaxed him into a kennel and called the vet and told them we were on our way and the situation. We got there and someone came out with a gurney and helped put the kennel on it and took him in. I paid a $500 deposit and was quoted $3000 (including full body X-rays and a leg amputation if it was necessary). He spent the night there and I was called the next day saying that his leg had a clean femoral break. We decided to try to save the leg and they dont do that there so we decided to transport him to another facility. The new facility had something come up and couldnt reach me directly at the time so they reached out to this clinic to let me know that they could no longer take the dog that evening as previously discussed,, but needed to wait until Monday. When I got there to pick him up, they told me that the other clinic had called to find out where we were, but didnt inform me of the change. They also charged me the full cost of the estimate, including the cost of the amputation we chose not to have. Once we straightened out everything at the new facility, they did x-rays because this clinic only sent over the leg x-ray and they discover 5ml of fluid on his lung along with other significant injuries that prevented them from being able to perform surgery safely. We had to pay to euthanize him. If this clinic had thoroughly done its job we would have known a lot sooner and saved us a grand total of $6000. On top of that the vet tech took her time getting things together even after I told her I had to go to work that I was already late and my boss was already calling me and I could lose my job... To which she responded well, they should understand and took even longer. This place is inefficient and uncaring. I loved the vet that saw him initially, otherwise ID give this place 0 stars!!!

We took our six month old purebred puppy in to be neutered and also have his nails dremeled. The surgery went well for the neuter. However, upon examining his nails one of the back ones had the entire quik exposed! Pure red quik exposure. I was not happy as this could of been avoided if the individual using the tool was more cautious. I miss Dr Greenwood she was excellent!

We were really nervous about Burleys first teeth cleaning and him having to go under anesthesia. They took such great care of him and loved on him like it was their own animal. We are so grateful to the staff and the wonderful vet that said she laid in the kennel with him when he was whining. It made our hearts melt. Thanks for everything this team does.

Two stars because the people who worked there were pleasant and nice. Nothing personal, but I feel duped. The information needs to be clear and consistent. That’s not what I experienced.I called this clinic twice before coming in. The first time I called they said they accepted walk-ins, but nothing about how long the wait would be.I called a second time because I had a better idea of what the problem was and asked if what my dog was experiencing would be dangerous if I waited a few more days or if it was better to bring her in. They said they could do a triage for free to check her vitals. I said that would be a good compromise. We arrive and I explain the phone calls to the front desk person. Someone comes out and talks to my partner and says it would be a four to six hour wait, and that it’s better if we stay close by but we can leave the premises and stay in the car etc. Another person told me that they didn’t want us to leave. We were not given a good explanation.I was extremely confused at this point because all I wanted were her vitals checked. I thought they had to prep something or were planning on doing testing that just took a while, but the whole time they were scheduling us as an exam. Not what I wanted. The vet talked to us about possibly needing to do more tests and treatment depending on the situation. Maybe it was just to cover the clinic if anything did happen, but I felt it was extreme and fear inducing. I kept insisting it was these awful treats because the timing was exact. One tech told me to quit the treats completely, the second tech said we didn’t have to quit the treats, maybe just smaller portions. (We’re quitting the treats).I ended up buying medicine for my dog, and she was back to normal a few hours later without a single drop of that medicine. We were never told the wait time on the call beforehand. We were never told the pricing of an exam before they gave me the bill, because I didn’t even want one. We were told the triage would be free, and that’s all I wanted. We were there for about FIVE HOURS unexpectedly and we got to see someone for maybe 10-15 minutes out of those five hours and pay nearly $100 for that.I’m glad my dog is ok, but I feel scammed over this.

Scottsdale Vet Clinic is for sure the best thing I found since moving to Scottsdale. They take great care of my little guys. From regular check-ups and puppy shots, to neutering our older, to being the best help when we had to deal with our puppys broken leg. All the staff is knowledgeable, caring, and they love our pets like their own.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Scottsdale veterinary clinic! The staff, the doctors, the whole operation is top-notch. My elderly dog received the best of care for her first time teeth cleaning. They not only took excellent care of her, they helped me by answering all of my questions which calmed my nervousness about the procedure. They went above and beyond in all areas for me and my dog, Karmi. Her teeth look beautiful now. This is my place for sure! Thank you, Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic!!!

This is the third or fourth time I’ve brought my dog to Scottsdale Vet Clinic for a teeth cleaning and yearly checkup. They’re always kind, transparent, communicative, and it’s the most affordable, QUALITY dental cleaning I’ve been able to find for my little old lady dog. Will definitely continue to use SVC for any and all vet needs. Highly recommend!!!

They did not follow up after my dog had surgery. They blew me off when I explained that he wasnt healing. I can not waste my dogs short life waiting for this practice to get its act together. Its so impersonal. Weve never seen the same vet or even vet tech twice. I want someone to know my dog. He is suffering now and I cant get a response. Dont go there! They just pressure you to get dental and other procedures done but not interested in your animals health.

I drive my animals all the way from the west side of Glendale to bring them to Scottsdale Vet Clinic because I trust them. I have tried other vets in the Phoenix area and a few closer to my house with not the same confidence and customer service. I have found the staff to be patient, kind and attentive to my concerns and my pets needs. SVC always follows up after any procedure or cleaning to make sure my pets are doing okay afterwards. They’re open 24 hrs and there is a pharmacy on site. Walk-ins are welcome every Sunday. They’re prices are listed in the patient rooms and on their website and they will give you an estimate before each assessment/procedure is done. Which is more straightforward than a lot of other clinics out there so no surprises and I sincerely appreciate that. The before and after photos of the dental cleaning make the cost easier to swallow and while they’re not the cheapest in the metroplex area, you get what you pay for. We are loyal patients, 5 years and counting. Thank you SVC for all you do!
