They give my Sid a lot of TLC, and I k ow he is in good hands. Dr Savard & staff are very kind and caring, I’m so happy that I found them.

This place is FANTASTIC and really treated my Milli bear with the upmost love and respect. This was my first time boarding her and they were just great. Very attentive when I called to check in and I can tell she had a great time because she came back as happy as can be. I did individual play since my little frenchie is an alpha dog. They are all very well trained! This place wasnt even on my list I was just driving by, found THE place to be. I will also be bringing her to the vet here!

We are so glad to have found this office. We have not had consistent quality service for our pets since moving into the area 12 years ago. We are so glad to have a place to take our animals where we can be confident that they are getting the best care. The doctor was very informative and spent a lot of time with us so that we can also know how to best care for our pets at home as well as make informed decisions regarding their medical care and treatments.

Dr. Saavard will work with you . He is fair and reasonable, not like other vets who charge for lots of tests and exams before confirming a diagnosis. I am very happy in his office and comfortable with his professionalism.

I was very disappointed with the service that I got from this place, I have used this place for the last couple years on my dogs yearly check up and shots. Never try out their boarding service, I decided to try out for one night to see how thing working, but I found out some people work there not very professional, not very care about your pet, no one care to ask and explain what their service going to provide to their customer, you have to know what questions to ask the front desk person, and the front desk person has a very uptight face, and not very friendly if you asked too many questions, the front desk person did not care to bother ask you about your dogs feeding schedules, or anything about your dogs life style. When I picked my dog, there wasnt any evaluation notice or card can provide to you to let you know how your dog doing, I am no sure if my dog got to eat his food or got a chance to drink water or not, it is because as soon as we got home, the dog went to looking for his water, and stay drinking his water for longtime, it seem like my dog was lack of water for a while, I was very concerned for a high temperature over 100 degrees, it seem like he did not have enough water in the pet resort at all, he was also look for food to eat, he was very starving and ate a full meal as soon as he got home. No one tell me if my dog eat his food or some thing happened that he did eat his food. we were very concerned the way how my dog got treated in the pet resort.NEW REVIEW to edit the above posted review after the follow up by the business owner Julie, I was very please to hear from the owner who is actually care for the feeling of the customers and the service they provided to the public, Julie has apologized and willing to talk to staff that who wasnt up to the standard of customer service. Called over 20 vets on a Sunday trying to get my puppy in same day or next.. This is the only place that had an appointment next day! Facility is very clean and treat customers well. Bonus $1 exam for new customers which helped alleviate other costs for the day... ALSO NO MASKS and you can sit in the room with your pet unlike other places are still doing.

Right when we walked in, I knew this wasnt just another veterinary office. You can see that they take pride in what they do with the beautiful, clean, and bright appearance, and the people are friendly and eager to help. Dr. Savard is intelligent, calm, and compassionate, which was great for my cautious dogs. Im so glad that we found Raintree Pet Resort and Medical Center for our dogs health needs and now we know of a great place for them to go if we travel and cannot bring them.

BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTISTS!Scheduled a check up for my 8 year old lab. She was also due for her rabies booster. She has been seen by many different doctors, we take her health very seriously, as if she was our child. After her FIRST visit with this place, they quoted us over $500, saying she needed to be put under anesthesia for a deep teeth cleaning just in case there is an infection.So they wanted to charge us over $500, and put our dogs life at risk with anesthesia, when there is absolutely nothing wrong with her. She does not have an infection, no health problems, and we have never heard from any other doctor that there is something wrong with her teeth.ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS that should be ashamed of themselves.

I am a veterinarian, and the practice i work at is about 30 min from Raintree. I had to make a one week trip, and my dog had just had surgery.about ten days before. I was reluctant to even take the trip, but she had recovered completely- and I researched and found Raintree. The receptionists were always very professional and kind. I called once daily to check on my dog. From what they told me - I knew they were seriously taking care of her. They told me some of her personality traits that I had never mentioned. When I picked her up she was brighter and happier than I had seen her before her surgery. I’m grateful to have found Raintree, and will certainly use them again. I will also recommend them to my clients, especially for medical boarding. Thanks to all of you.

We could not have been happier finding Raintree to board our cat, Labrador and senior Pomeranian for over a weeks stay! The entire staff was so welcoming from the first phone call to when we brought them to their exam/vaccine appointment - we immediately felt comfortable leaving our pets there! All the pets needed updated vaccines and Dr. Savard was awesome in checking previous vaccines, noting the advanced age of our Pom and vaccinating accordingly. All of the staff are very kind and we really appreciated the accommodations to the needs of each pet. We will definitely board our pets at Raintree in the future & highly recommend!

Overall I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with my whole experience. From the start I needed to leave town last minute and had no other option but to board my three year carin Terrier mix here. She was a couple of weeks expired on her vaccines so needed to come in and get her vaccines done. Noticed that no cleaning or sanitary precautions were taken when I came in to get her first round of vaccines done on the medical side. And came back the second day to drop her off and more or less had her ripped away from me. Once I received her back she seemed overall happy to be back home. But within 24 hours of being home after two days of boarding she was extremely extremely sick which shocked me and scared me considering she has a full bill if health and had never had any issues her whole life. So I took her back to the medical side and she had a fever of 105 with bloody diarrhea and vomiting and she was extremely lathargic. The vet gave her an IV to bring the fever down and blood panel that was inconclusive. They sent me home with a bag of dog food and no medication or vitamins…… nothing!!! Just a bag of dog food and hope for the fecal sample results!! Paid almost $500 for this vet visit and close to $400 just to have vaccines done and to board her!!They also took a stool sample. Which I’m beyond mad about considering it is 4 days later and have been calling and calling to get my results back and they keep telling me they will call me back; and never do. Her condition got much much worse within 24 hours of visiting the medical side which I then had to rush her to a 24 hour medical care. And couldn’t take her to Raintree considering they are closed on sundays. The new vet was beyond shocked they didn’t give her a simple antibacterial medicine for her condition. She now is coming back to better health. But was disgusted and overall disappointed and the lack of care and concern for my beloved dog that I consider my child. They never gave me my results to my fecal sample; let alone called me and checked in on Peach’s condition. Just surprised me considering she most likely got sick because of this uncleanly medical/boarding facility. She had life threatening symptoms and there was no care at all! If you truly love your dog; do not take them here because floors were never mopped, counters were never wiped down, and masks are not worn by care professionals. Just shocking considering it’s a medical facility in the time of a pandemic. NEVER take your dog here!!

I visited the clinic tonight and was welcomed by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The doctor was very personable and made sure she explained everything about my pet’s condition. Having a scary diagnosis followed by a very detailed explanation, made me feel better about my pet’s recovery. My experience was amazing, and I felt that my dog was very well cared for during the exam. Instead of insisting I pay an absorbent amount of money, the vet, Dr. Duffy, made sure I was aware of all option price points. I will definitely visit their office again.

I had surgery on several different yard cats in the past. The work was excellent for neuter or spay. The cats healed well afterwards.

Dr. Duffy and the vet techs there are amazing and so compassionate! I was there today because my 6 year old dog (Pinky) was having problems with her back legs. Dr. Duffy was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. She was very thorough with what was wrong and what needed to be done to help my dog get better. I cant remember the vet techs name (Im so sorry!) but she was also just as amazing. I have been having a hard time finding a clinic that Im comfortable with but this is the place for me! 11/10 I will be coming back!

This vet experience was wonderful. We were very concerned with the health of our Yorkie and they were capable of getting him in right away. Besides being very friendly, they understood our concerns specific to our dog. They definitely made our pet comfortable when necessary.

I took my 7 month old puppy to Raintree Pet Resort for a temperament test and her first doggy daycare experience about a week ago. The staff was friendly and explained how her day would go. I called mid-day to check in on her and asked if I could purchase a treat for them to give her. Again, they were very kind and arranged for her to receive a treat. When I picked her up, I received a puppy report card telling me how her day went with some comments from the staff. It was wonderful!

Are you having a hard time finding a vet for your fancy rat friend? I looked everywhere in Phoenix, Mesa, Glendale and Peoria looking for an exotic vet that wasnt booked out 1-2 weeks. Our situation wasnt emergency but we couldnt really wait long either. Not only were they on par with the most reasonable value-wide rate, they got us in within a couple of hours of me calling! Staff were loving and excited to see our two rat buddies and had personal experience with rats themselves. The Dr. was so kind and patient and gave us a prescription to help as fast as possible. Well be back! Thank you Raintree Pet!!!

First time ever visiting this business. You can tell that they really love pets and were excited to meet my doberman puppy. They treated him as though he is a regular. The prices were much better than I could paid anywhere else. I am looking forward to bringing him back for doggy day care. The building is clean and everyone including the Doc are very kind and gentle. I observed how they treated the other dogs and their parents. I am moving about 35 min away in January and I will continue to bring him here.

I was and am more than blown away by their quick response time to my pets issue. They were very thorough and told me all options I have moving forward, and gave me peace of mind as I have exotic pets. Was very knowledgeable about guinea pigs! I will return if needed! If you are looking for a new vet, look no further. They are absolutely amazing here. Dr. Duffy sees both my kittens and I could not be thankful enough to have her in their lives. She does everything she possibly can to make sure your fur babies are taken care of. I’ve even made friends with some of the staff here too, and I know when I bring them in they are in good hands. Today I had my first visit here & since I was a new client they only charged me ONE DOLLAR! They were so friendly over the phone, which really helped with my anxiety. I dont think they normally do free nail trimmings but they did for me just to be nice! They were really good with my ferrets! The prices are so ridiculous everywhere else so the fact that they were so cheap AND professional AND nice just really made my day! I will definitely be back!!

Took very good care of my Cockatoo with her stay there. She went for a nail and beak spa day and ended up staying the night for a little get away while the family got to be bird free for the night! Cant wait for the next visit!

I’m fostering six puppies and one had pulled its leg Tendon. Raintree pet resort got me in right away within less than an hour. The staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them to anybody that is considering a Vet.

I was recommended Raintree by my previous vet in Colorado after moving to Arizona, as one of the Veterinarians is a CSU Grad (Go Rams)! All of my experiences with Raintree have been phenomenal. Dr. Duffy is an absolute miracle worker with my cats. The staff recognize my pets by name alone when I call in and always follow up to see how theyre doing after a visit. Dr. Duffy educated me as to all of my different options, and helped me navigate my pets health (without compromising their wellbeing) well recognizing that I had a tight budget as a grad student. I would absolutely recommend Raintree.

We have just moved out of state and miss Raintree Pet Resort already! How can we thank the staff enough for their love and care these past 18 years! First our black lab and then our 2 miniature schnauzers. We always felt they were in great hands when we were away and because our miniature schnauzers enjoyed playing with other little dogs they were frequent guests in all day play group so they could run off some energy and play in the splash pad. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of our precious pups!

Today was our first time to Raintree Pet Resort & Medical Center! We have a new puppy and everyone was wonderful and super friendly! The owners came out and said hello - and Dr. Ben Savard took great care of our puppy George! We are blessed to have found such a caring place for George to be looked after. Great place to board...not all places will accept exotics but they do. Have boarded two chinchillas and two parrots here. Prices are much more reasonable than where we live in Northern Arizona. They even boarded one of my parrots with only about an hour’s notice, after we took him to a “pet friendly” human resort and he was so loud in the room that we worried we might be asked to leave. Thanks for helping us out in a pinch!

We had been going here for years, until recent experiences. 1) we had to put our dog to sleep and the tech did not administer the first shot correctly and she suffered and cried until the correct shot was in her vein 2) Had my male cat neutered and he was returned to me in his carrier soaked in urine. Due to the neutering I could not bathe him therefore smelled horrible for 2 weeks. I did call in to complain about this and the Vet offered to clean him up if I brought him back, which for those of you who know what cats in cars stress looks like- was not about to do to him that day. Also- no masks unless asked- and no sign of any disinfecting of the exam rooms before or after different clients came and went.

This is truly a resort for cats! They have a nice room set up for the cats right across from the front desk. The staff were so nice to my big boy, Winky. They cuddled and played with him as well. (Of course he was quite a flirt with the ladies) I was beyond impressed. I will recommend this clean and bright facility to all my friends!

Reliable and Responsive!My boyfriend and I live in LA but found stray kittens and adapted them here in Scottsdale (Kylo and Loki). We needed a vet that would give them a check up & their vaccines before we headed back home. Im super nervous about certain vets offices and I like to have staff members who take their time with us and a vet who offers his/her time for us to ask questions. Raintree exceeded our expectations. The staff welcomed us when we walked in and for our 2 separate visits; were able to bring us in to a room right away. The vet was very transparent about costs upfront which I really appreciate. Vets often try to upsell you or sell you on additional products and they were straight forward and welcoming to my opinion.They were gentle with our kittens and asked us a lot of questions which showed me their knowledge and expertise. They also took the time to see if we had questions. For an often nerve racking experience, they made it smooth and easy. They also sent us home with a kitten care package with articles on how to take care of them. A sample of kitten food and a few cat toys. It was such a nice touch.Nothing but good things to say. Raintree even called us a few days later to make sure the kittens were doing well.

I would highly recommend this place. I brought my guinea pig here for the first time and they have a vet the specializes with exotic pets. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly and willing to answer any questions. We will be going back in the future.

My pets are my babies, as Im sure that is the same for everyone. Its very stressful for me to find the right vet that I know will be good for my dogs. I found Raintree and Im very happy. Every time I go in, Im greeted with a smile and professionalism. My dogs are greeted by someone who is very happy to see them, someone who likes what they do, someone who loves animals. I was a nervous wreck today dropping off my best friend for her dental appt. The staff made me feel justified. They called to give me a update. Dr Savard called after the procedure to give me a update. He sat there and answered every question on had. I appreciate the love they have for my babies.

This is a wonderful clean and caring facility. They have taken great care of my cats and are very knowledgeable about their conditions. They care about the pain the animal is in and actually do something about it. Will return with all of my pets.

Dr. Savard is an excellent veterinarian. I took my ferret in to have her steroid dose adjusted for her insulinoma. He was able to accommodate a same day appointment request. He was kind and gentle with my ferret. As a physician for human medical care, I appreciate his logical thought process towards evaluation, assessment and plan of a serious medical situation for my pet. He is very straight forward and reasonable. He also was comfortable referring us out to a specialist when appropriate. I highly recommend Dr Savard to anyone. He is an outstanding vet!!!

We are new in the area this year and needed to find a Veterinary service and pet hotel for our older dog Max and our cat Bella. Luckily we found Raintree and Dr. Duffy who have provided excellent care and boarding for both pets. Very nice facility, caring, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was really impressed how everyone we encountered during our visit took time to greet and pet our animals. They seemed genuinely interested in making them and us feel comfortable and cared for.

I was happy with the vet services and care of my animals while they were in their care. However, I felt the people at the front desk could appear happier. Also, the $1.00 new client wasn’t applied to any of the animals. I was also upset they wouldn’t take my personal check. I do recommend the vet care services and the boarding.

Dr. Savard and his team took great care of my bunny when she came in today for a tooth trimming. This is my second visit to the clinic and both times the entire staff has been extremely friendly and professional. Each staff member that I interacted with took their time to explain the procedure and/or answer any questions I had. Courtney is so on top of things - she’s fantastic, and all the ladies at reception are so welcoming and pleasant.My bill was even lower than I originally thought because the procedure ended up being faster/easier than planned. My sister has used Raintree since she adopted Jack. Once Chad and I got Calvin we knew Raintree would be our first stop. The office is so friendly. I called to say my dog was having some issues with his eyes and the woman’s first response was one of empathy and compassion for Calvin, not many offices do that!When I arrived the woman asked if I wanted a coffee or water which is also a very nice and unexpected touch. The vet and assistant walked me through everything, gave me multiple options, and were super caring,complimentary and loving towards Calvin the entire visit. What dog owner doesn’t want to hear their dog is adorable and awesome?!The next day my husband got a call to check in to see how Calvin was doing. Very obvious this office cares about the work they do, the pets they care for, and the experience their owners have. Love this place!

We are here for 4 months and needed doggie daycare and a place to board our Mini Aussie during short trips. They brought Gracie in for a vet exam and evaluated for temperament. They placed her in the small group and she absolutely loved it. All of the staff took time to get to know her and play with her. The facility was top notch and clean with plenty of play areas for the dogs to play. They also board exotic pets.

We have been taking our dogs to Raintree for many years. Tonight we left our therapy dog for our school for autistic children at Raintree only to be received by an rude employee, who couldn’t or didn’t have our dog’s medical reports, and wasn’t willing to reach out to our vet to have them sent over for documentation. She told my husband that Apollo would have to stay in the medical clinic tonight, which is outrageous, for a sensitive therapy dog. We are so upset that a supposedly caring animal service, who has boarded Apollo many times before, would without hesitation put him in a sterile, clinical environment. To say that we are upset is an understatement! Will we ever use their services again? NEVER!

Ive never seen a better veterinarians office than this place. The staff is very caring compassionate and knowledgeable. It kind of feels like a relaxing Resort when you go in there. Dont forget to ask about their first time patient discount where the first visit is a dollar, this includes a full vet check up. My original veterinarian office is less than a mile away from where I live but I dont mind the six mile drive to come here.

Great staff. We were travelling through and they got the immunization updates from our vet in WA, gave her the shots she needed, gave her a temperament evaluation and she stayed and played. The best thing is the pool so she could play ball in the water.They have special rates for first time guests. Wish we lived here but if we are here again this will be a destination pet resort.

Picked up my 2 doggies from the resort and they were so well taken care of, they werent even bothered that I called in to check on them while I was away. Highly recommend!!

The place is clean. I have visited several locations since moving to Chandler, AZ 2 years ago and even though it takes me 30 minutes to get to Raintree Pet Resort, it is the only place that I have found comfort in leaving them. The staff is amazing and remembers the pups, the facility is clean and does not smell (which of the more than 20 places I have visited, is only one 1 of 2 that did not smell), the pups (or dogs as my family insists I call them since they are now 5 yrs. old) love it!

My experience at Raintree Pet Resort is great. I would rate this center a 5 Star plus if possible. Jack, my Jack Russell Terrier/Dalmatian mix pulls HARD on his leash from the parking lot car to the entry front door. Upon entry, he stands on his hind legs, stretching as much as possible see who is behind the desk. After the gal rubs his nose, which just barely peers over the counter, he begins to jump vertically to get a better look at who the employee is who will usher him into the play area. I would not even attempt to find another facility to host Jack as an overnight guest or as a 1/2 day play center.

I have a parrot (orange-winged amazon) and Dr. Savard did a great job handling and taking care of him. I have found my go-to vet for my bird!

When booking the appointment Ashley told me that it was $1 for a wellness check the first visit. She understood I had 2 cats. I was under the impression that it would be $1 per cat however when my husband went to check out we were charged $53 extra because the $1 first time charge was only for the first pet. This was not explained during the time of booking and we were misled.

My dogs are always happy while boarding here! Staff is great too! Very clean too!

I boarded my rabbits here while I was on vacation and I was very pleased with the care that was given to them! The whole facility was very clean and so was the cage when I picked the rabbits up. Very nice staff as well. I would definitely use them again. Thanks!

Benjamin has been so great I live one hour away and I’ve came two times with my girlfriends parrotlet and my Brazilian rainbow boa. This definitely is the place to go for any pet needs.

The staff at this Pet Report are very careful to make sure all of your pets needs are met. Just allow extra time when dropping off and picking up because they have lots of paperwork for you and the office is busy. They are very attentive and I feel comfortable having them take care of my furry baby.

Dr. Savard is the best! He and his staff showed a great deal of patience and care, thoroughly explaining our options and answering all of our questions. The facility was extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. Very pleased and will be sure to return with all our furry family.

I brought my Golden (Sadie) in for euthanization. We are very new to this area of town and needed a caring Vet. We called and right from the start the staff showed true empathy for our great loss. They made room right away in their schedule and asked if I was doing OK. Upon arriving at the medical center we first noticed how clean everything looked and helped us right away. They showed us to the exam room and took out a comfortable blanket for Sadie. They could tell my son and I were pretty much a mess and offered us some water while we waited. Two of the caring staff came in and prepared Sadie with an IV AND had a warm hot dog for her to eat. She loved it! That little touch of thoughtfulness really meant a great deal to me. They then took an impression of her paw and gave it to me in a beautiful little box. I was moved by their care for my dog and for my son and me. Shortly after the doctor came in. He was very caring and sensitive to our grief. He explained what was going to happen and waited until we were ready. Sadie very quickly went to sleep for the very last time. What a blessing Raintree Pets staff was to two grown men crying and saying goodbye to a beloved member of our family. We had never been to Raintree before but they treated us like long-time customers and friends. I highly recommend Raintree for all your pets needs.

I recently transferred my 4 cats and 4 dogs to Raintree and couldnt be happier! The cats were in boarding for 2 weeks while I moved and they took fabulous care of them. Also, my pit needed to have a growth removed and I found Dr.Savard to be most professional, caring and informative. I will be returning to Raintree for all my pets needs in the future :-)

Staff at Raintree Pet Resort excel at customer service. They genuinely care for the animals they see and the prices for boarding and daycare are competitive. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

I can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with Raintree Pet Resort!! We are from Alaska and got a puppy while we were visiting. We needed a vet to check her and make sure she was healthy.I called Raintree and from the first phone call through checkout I was totally impressed. Their friendly service is something that is rarely experienced and EVERY MEMBER OF THEIR TEAM was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Karen (I think that was her name) the Assistant was full of puppy love for Luna and very full of info. for us.Dr Savard took all the time we needed to answer our overwhelming number of questions and never seemed impatient or in a hurry to move on to another patient.If we lived here in Scottsdale Raintree would be the place we’d go!! We had just gotten our 12 week old puppy a few days before visiting and the the staff and Dr. Savard made sure our little guy was a healthy one! My Dog DIED Because of Raintree Pet Resort!This is hard to write, but it’s worth sharing. About a month ago, we took our 5-month-old Labradoodle, Ginger, for a routine Spaying surgery to Raintree Pet Resort. Within a day, Ginger died of complications from the surgery.As you can imagine, this was devastating to our family, including my 9 year old daughter who had never experienced such a loss. From the day we brought Ginger home, she had won our hearts with her highly energetic and charming personality. Every day, as each family member walked into the house, being greeted by Gingers energetic runs, was one of the most comforting and wonderful things to come home to.The autopsy report explaining Ginger’s cause of death makes it abundantly clear: she would not have died if not for the surgery.Mistakes can happen - and in the profession of doctors and vets, those mistakes can even lead to death. I understand. But for the past month, we had not received a single phone call from Dr. Savard. This is despite numerous calls from us to Raintree Pet Resort asking to speak or meet with him. Then last week I received a call from his insurance company offering to settle for the cost of “replacing the dog.” Apparently, to Dr. Savard, this was a transaction - “hey, I damaged your property, I’ll buy you a new one.No. This was not about money. This is about sympathy, about remorse, about compassion - for my family, who was in mourning for weeks, this was about meeting with Dr. Savard to have him explain what went wrong and why. When we refused to “settle,” he finally agreed to meet. Today was the day.He walked in, with a smirk on his face. When asked to explain what happened, he went through the technical details of the surgery as if we are doctors. No mistakes. No apology. No admission of any wrong-doing. No sympathy. There was nothing in his words that showed an ounce of remorse. Do you understand? he asked.It was clear to me, that left unchecked, this would happen again. I can’t in good conscious allow Ginger’s death to have been in vein. All potential Raintree Pet Resort customers should know this story.Prior to this surgery, we had begrudgingly been a customer of Raintree Pet Resort for more than 3 years, largely because of its convenient location to our house. Wow, what a huge mistake! Not only does Raintree Pet Resort nickel and dime its customers with obnoxiously high fees, surprise costs, and prescriptions of tons of medications (if you are a customer, you know what I am talking about), but the owner, Dr. Savard, is in my opinion, an incompetent veterinarian who is focused 100% on profits.If you want to give this review more attention, give it a like 👍or share it. We have gone to Raintree for doggie daycare for about 9 months. Our puppy has a TON of energy, and she gets so excited when she walks in the door because she knows it’s playtime! They offer “pupcakes” for a small fee, which is a great little snack for her to have while she’s burning off all of her energy!! The entire front desk staff is so nice and always warm and welcoming when they see Maya. I recommend them to anyone looking for daycare. Our pup comes home tired and happy every time!

Our dog loves it here, and we are very particular. They put up with him and some of his quirks and love him too. Its great to know hes safe and loved when we are away.

Great experience with Dr. Savard this morning. He always takes such good care of our dogs. They whole staff is welcoming, kind and honest. I do not trust my pets with anyone else.

A very clean lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly. Dr. Savard took such great care of my new puppy. I will definitely stay with them.

The entire vet team is incredible. Dr. Savard took his time with my cat. I love that they put a rug on the table...nowhere else Ive ever taken an animal to has bothered to do this one small thing. They were also able to get me in on very short notice.

My experience with Raintree Pet Resort continues to be great. I take my 23 year old green wing Macaw in for regular beak trim, nails, and feather trim. They handle my Macaw better than anyone that I have ever taken my bird to in the past. Highly recommend raintree Pet Resort.

I have been bringing my dogs to the Resort for years and have only positive things to say. The entire staff is top notch. They are beyond accommodating and truly love the animals that are entrusted to them. I do want to say, though - that as amazing as everyone at Raintree has always been, I came to fully understand the true character of each of them during a very difficult time recently when, very unexpectedly, I had to put my beloved cat down. From the initial phone call letting them know I was coming in to the last minutes with Sambo - I felt as though they were part of my family and I was the only person in the building. The care and attention that they gave was remarkable and Dr. Savard is truly one of a kind. He was patient and understanding and thorough and compassionate. I was not just another customer in those moments. I left feeling the comfort of true caring individuals and was blown away when a week or so later I received a sympathy card that was personally signed by each employee. You will not get the type of service provided anywhere else. The bar has been set by Raintree.

My dog has fairly complicated health issues. Dr. Savard has a very calming demeanor and did a great job of explaining everything to me. I highly recommend Raintree Pet.
