Definitely one of the better car wash and gas stations out there. Located in the shopping center next to tons of shops. Great pricing on the car wash with the option to purchase a monthly unlimited plan.Very huge spot which includes car maintenance stuff to. Lots of deals and options everywhere at this location. It does get busy quick so the earlier the better for both car wash and gas.
Today was my first time at this location. I have gone to the other Jacksons car washes and received excellent service. And just like the other locations, this location did not disappoint. It was good to see Gabe at this location because he had always done excellent job on my vehicle in the past. He made sure it was clean inside and out. Thanks a million and keep up the hard work with Gabe and the team!
I chose Jacksons Car Wash to get my windshield replaced. They also gave me a 30 day trial to their subscription service.This location does an excellent job cleaning my car, both inside and out. But it was the customer service, provided by one particular associate, that far exceeded my expectation.I was having great difficulty getting my Glass Pass to work properly when approaching the Express Lane kiosk. Brittney took the time to understand the problem, and proposed a couple of solutions.All details aside, Brittney followed up with me days after my situation was resolved to see if everything was okay. And even a month after that just to check in to make sure I was still doing fine.This level of service is not found at most retail locations these days. Because of Brittneys dedication to quality care, I have every intention of being a long time customer.The Northsight Jacksons is the best. Thanks Brittney!

Been coming here for over a year now and have nothing but good things to say about these guys! I get regular car washes, got that Diamond ceramic coating (thank you, Rico, you rock!), detailing, etc. Just got the inside detailed yesterday and it’s like driving a new car. Shoutout to J the detail manager for an awesome job and Brittney for outstanding customer service. Actually, shout-out to every Jackson’s employee for that! Oh, and it’s never a hardship to wait for my car, great waiting area.

I had my brothers truck washed here recently and the guys did a very poor job. After driving off I found some noticeable unvaccumed areas in my console. I paid $40 for the wash and dry, and it wasnt a good value for the money. My back windshield didnt look like it was cleaned at all. I wouldnt recommend this place. They charge a fee for each car mat they vacuum. Its not a good deal.
Updated review - after the first wash we returned back to talk to Rico about it. Rico and the team rewashed the car and it’s significantly better than the first time. I appreciate Rico going above and beyond to meet our needs and he personally helped finish the car. I’d definitely go back now knowing that the manager actually cares to make things right!

Before I start let me say there is a guy at this location that has a pony tail that provides me with great customer service and support whenever I am there- I’m sorry but his name escapes me at the moment but this review isn’t for every employee that works here but more for the overall customer experience.Anyway, I went today to get an oil change and when the car was ready I asked about using my TCC (total car care membership) for the oil change. The guy at the register looked at me as if I was lying about having a membership and even skeptically asked how much I pay a month! I was happy that I was able to find and show proof of me being billed every month in my mobile bank statements. I was there another half hour while he was calling corporate for them to find out what was going on. In the end, I was told that corporate would call me back to find out what was going on but I still paid for today’s service just so I could get out of there and I can only hope to be refunded for something I already am paying for every month and just for the horrible experience I had on this occasion.I know businesses are struggling to find employees but if I’m paying for a service I expect to be treated with appreciation for my business when I could be going anywhere else -which I plan to after this experience.I’ve been going here since I moved here 5 years ago but only because it’s the closest to me. I do not go to you guys because of your service. I am so disappointed with the service that I will spend a few more minutes driving somewhere else than deal with this disrespect and ingratitude.Don’t forget a business is made or broken by the customers experience and if you hire people like that guy I had to deal with who has an ego or some other insecurity that customers shouldn’t have to deal with you are headed downwards Jackson’s.
Paid for VIP to have my truck sit for 45 mins just get the windows wiped down!! Absolute rip off
First time in.. great. Although it did take almost an hour to get me out, Brittney at the counter always checked up on me and would give me the status of my Nissan. She was so nice.
Paid $50 for the hand car wash since I was passing through on a roadtrip and my car was pretty dirty. After the wash, the car was still full of bugs, wheels still had brake dust, and the rocker panels were also still dirty. I had to point all of this out to the guys finishing my car in the drying area. They went over it again, but it took a long time and for $50, I shouldn’t have to point those types of things out. If you are looking for a good hand wash, go elsewhere.
Oh my gosh Brittany was great helping me out getting my oil changed and car washed! Highly recommend if you need a quick oil change and wash.

Had a receipt paid for a detail and was to receive a free hand wash. Unfortunately they forgot about my car and as I sat waiting, finally said I had to run to airport and needed to leave. They (Nicholas A.) said bring the receipt back for the hand wash and call to schedule a detail. Just took the car there to get the hand wash I paid for and was told by the current sales guy that there was no record of this despite the receipt. Not my issue. You pay for a service and Id expect the service to be done. Anthony is the GM here. Because his agent and salesperson no longer works there and did not note the account, he decided not to honor anything.**UPDATE: supervisor called and has offered to rectify the situation. Unfortunately the manager made a mistake which is understandable in this current business and economic climate. Will update more pending outcome.

I initially came to this location and purchased the full detail interior/exterior special for Easter this year and was told I had 12mo to redeem since I already paid 49.99 for a hand wash on my Mercedes that day. I came in on 5/24 to redeem my detail in which I was told if I paid an additional 149.99 +tax for a Diamond package to be added which has a ceramic finish that was supposed to last 12mo which is supposed to help my paint and chrome... long story short I had the “service” done by Oscar at this location and i can truthfully say nothing was done in the sort I feel expected for the price paid. And when I went to the location in Scottsdale to get help with the proper service I paid for they tell me it was rung up as a different service in the computer system and they couldn’t help me... even after the detail guy seen my car and said there is no way the ceramic coat or Diamond package was applied to the cars paint or chrome or any clay bar or wax whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any friends for family considering they can tell you what they want to get the sale and not stand by the work supposed to be done or even ringing up the proper sale on a receipt for a paying customer being clearly juiced for top dollar because I drive a Mercedes. 1 star hands down. Also the managers had no answers to help me at all or the rude lady at the counter staring at me like I’m lying when I clearly had proof of purchase. The training when it comes to sales and communication with the customer is clearly lacking also computer skills on the register as well.
Paid for priciest wash option and was beyond disappointed. I would never expect a detail like quality when you’re just getting a car wash so my expectations are not very high but I would expect when it’s done there’s not still ice cream spot on the center consul and the dashboard covered in dust or the side trim with dirt and grime on it since I have kids and the wheels look like nobody even touch them and they just ran it through the automatic wash dried it and it was done, wheels look like absolute trash with dirt all over them
Brittney is the office manager at Jacksons and how awesome is she? The wash attendant charged me for the type of wash. Brittney took care of the issue and gave me a free wash .Shes one quality individual. Jacksons is lucky to have her as an employee. Shes the reason why I will continue to do business with them.
Sabas and Juan Rock! Been going to Jacksons Car Wash, but these guys truly go the extra mile and make even just my routine wash which I do twice a week, as if I got fully detailed. Bring my personal cars and our fleet of Delivery on-demand Haultail cars there too. The quality and care is key. Awesome staff, awesome management. Highly Recommend
This place lacks transparency. I only use Jackson because I can workout while I wait for my vehicle and I regret it everytime. They never call when my vehicle is ready, they always add another fee for something without my permission. They never have an accurate ball park estimation when a vehicle will be done. The last time I got an oil change it was almost double. They did not inform me about the add on of $7.00 per quart . Said my truck needed 9 quarts when it only holds 7.7. Total scam business

BEWARE!! Jacksons car wash offers the WORST customer service of any business I have ever experienced. I have utilized Jackson’s for years, hoping that the service would improve, offering them multiple chances to make right of their mistakes. To date the following damage has occurred on my vehicles: 3 curbed wheels, broken windshield, broken windshield wipers, broken wiper arms, tire shine applied to interior, interior dressing applied to electronics on the interior of vehicle, dressing applied in areas that you would never apply dressing, changing for a wash you did not ask for, etc. The managers confirmed that indeed the damages were caused by the wash but reinforced each time that they were not responsible.When asking the manager to fill out an incident report, they claim that ANY damage that occurs while your vehicles are on property are your own responsibility. These managers and employees are allergic to taking responsibility. When attempting to resolve the issue with corporate it is the exact same story. There is no winning with any of these locations especially Tatum, Northsight, and Indian School. The only thing they are willing to offer is a detail or deep clean of your vehicle. How could you trust them to fix something they just caused or wash your car in return for damaging a set of $5000/wheels/staining your leather/etc? Attached are just a few pictures of recent damage.Likewise, every single time you pull into the wash, you are faced with salesmen pushing extra services on you. They will hold you up for minutes, even if you pay for a fast pass, trying to sell you additional upcharged items. Kudos to Jacksons for training their employees to lack comprehension of the phrase “no thank you.” I have been upmost respectful to the managers and employees when a car is damaged or when they filibuster you into their sales pitch. They are disinterested in customer service at all costs.The only luck I have had with them is with Justin and Sabas at Northsight. These two guys go over and beyond to try and make up for the faults and shortcomings of the customer service offered by any other employee on site. Sabas deserves a raise as he keeps everything in order at that location.This business is clearly broken. Corporate culture is the worst I have ever experienced. I will make sure that no one I know utilizes Jacksons when there are various other options available that do not force sales on you, take responsibility, and go over an beyond to make sure the customer is treated with respect. THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR CAR IF THEY BREAK IT.

Luis, the detail manager, is worth his weight in gold. He details all of my lifted custom show trucks, thoroughly, efficiently and on the 1st time. A true professional with an eye for detail that is hard to find.He is a 2 hour round trip drive per vehicle, passing multiple Jackson stores on the way and he is worth every minute.Ask for him specifically to handle your vehicles
Glass guy tried to commit insurance fraud...bewareI went to this location to get my interior detailed. I also wanted to do the monthly unlimited carwash service. I negotiated for what I wanted and while I was doing the paperwork the glass guy approached me and asked about getting a chip (notice I say chip) fixed. Since my car was going to be there a while I agreed.While waiting for my car the glass guy calls my insurance and three ways me in. While talking to the insurance company glass guy interrupts us and says, We are doing a complete replacement as the crack is in the line of site. The CHIP was high above the passenger side and I barely even saw it.I have worked in the auto insurance industry and I have noticed that over the years insurance companies have been surcharging for full glass replacements. Usually the windshield cost is $500.00 or more and when someone only pay $700.00 per year $500.00 on a windshield is wipes out all of the premium collected for the year...so of course insurance companies are going to start charging (and sometimes declining coverage). AND NO WONDER. What glass did (and doesnt understand) is that he almost committed insurance fraud and THAT is why insurance companies are now surcharging...because of all the FRAUD.Secondly, what I also do is online consulting. I help businesses optimize their ROI.So lets break down what ROI this place just lost:-Service $141.99 I made them cancel and refund the service and I left with out my car fixed-Unlimited monthly car wash $180.00 for the year.-Glass service (maybe) $100.00 (and more if I liked the service and needed it again).-I use to get gas there $40.00 per week $2,080.00 per year-Maybe I like the service and I get a couple of wax jobs $200.00 per year-Oil change 3 per year $270.00-Food from the gas station maybe $500.00 per year (About $10.00 per week seems fair)-Total $3471.99 per YEAR is what they just lost.Good luck if you desire to go there. I have had issues with these types of places before. I never should have gone back and I never will.A reply to your reply:I appreciate you sticking up for your employee, however I wasnt born last night. I have been in sales 25 years and I know shady when I see it. By you covering for him I believe the whole company is shady then. Your employee is probably your best sales agent. I bet he never claims a chip.I never discussed anything about a replacement with him. He is the window expert and he should know better. Also, he said to Geico, The crack is in his line of sight. That is a complete lie. It was a chip in the top passenger corner. Out of any bodies site.I know you think, Oh well, it is just the insurance company...who are we hurting?Lets break it down. Chips cost about $75.00. My windshield cost $500.00+. Lets just say each location you have does 1k windshields per year. That is $500,000.00 compared to $75,000.00 per location.That goes against the insurance companies bottom line. Who do the insurance companies take it on? All of us by raising insurance rates.Ever talked to your insurance company and wondered why your rates went up and they tell you claims in the area. Yeah, no kidding, just look at Jackson Car Wash. Replacing windows when they just need chips filled.Didnt Dannys get shut down for something shady? I think I might write a letter to the Attorney General to look into things. Maybe the insurance commission too. What address would Jackson Car Wash want a copy sent to?
Detail manager is horrible do not recommend getting a detailed here. They damaged a vehicle and would not take responsibility.

Beware. Employees are not respectful to customer vehicles. We watched an employee tug/jerk/pull/hit an electric sliding back window on a truck trying to close it. Then they proceed to cut in front/ jump the line in front of customers waiting to go through the wash. The wash itself doesnt seem nearly as good/ effective as other locations

Complete fraud sales tactics. The manager Anthony allows their sales people to sell you on anything, but if you come back later to redeem it they have no record that they are to provide you with the service. Then he points to the no refund policy. Not sure how this place is legal. A business has liability for their sales people. This manager Anthony laughs it off, like the law and business rules dont apply. Stay away . Far away from any of these places as it seems like a culture issue and business practices they have in place

Very quick and fast oil changes, they are very informative also prices are outrageous
I had my car detailed at the Nothsight Blvd location and they caused $620 in damages to our vehicle.During the work they flooded the engine with a hose, burning out the traction coil and causing damage to the surrounding area. An employee admitted that they saw the warning lights come on after detailing the engine, reported it to the Jacksons Car Wash team, and then continued work without notifying us. The vehicle was barely able to leave the carwash and it had to be driven directly to a Pepboys because the mechanic at the car wash was unavailable to look at it.We have been working with Patrick, the assistant manager, for a few weeks now and have not received any support.Patrick’s manager, Curtis, stated that he was not informed of the incident until we contacted him directly 4 days after the incident.On 5/22/2021, Patrick informed us that he did not report it until 5 days ago.We have tried to work with this location and they have done nothing but deflect responsibility.I would not recommend servicing your vehicle at this location.

They finally have the right management in place as they have brought over the manger from the other Scottsdale Road Location. Night and day difference I drop it off and come back and it looks like a new car every time. 100% recommendation as of January 2018The Jacksons on Northsight is right next to my office and I used to avoid it because of the management and how they handled their day to operations and customer service. Nice friendly people. Service was a little more expensive than I was expecting. I have a van with an extended roof and they charged me $219 to hand wash it, polish it with a buffing wheel, and ceramic wax it. Minimal was done to the inside the front windows, the dash, but nothing else on the interior. When they were done I walked around the van to inspect it and there was several spots that they had missed in cleaning and several places where the ceramic wax had lapped over onto my black door handles and trim which gave it a white glaze. I had to call this to their attention and get them to wipe it down again. They didnt do inside the door jambs or foot Wells either

I’ve consistently had a good experience at this Car wash. I’m signed up for the monthly unlimited service. They have different plans all include vacuum.This service is wonderful for anyone physically unable to clean or vacuum their own vehicle.I own two dogs so it’s nice to get my Jeep vacuumed every week.The associates have always been nice and easy to work with.The facility and bathroom is clean and tidy.Convenient location to 101 freeway.

Normally I go to another car wash because I have had some poor experiences at Jacksons. Today i brought my Black Dodge Ram in and Steven did a great job with my truck. He had gone over a lot of areas that the first person missed before he released my vehicle. Thanks Steven - if all of the Jacksons employees had your attention to detail they would be more profitable as a company.

This is my favorite Jacksons in the valley. They work as a team to make sure I leave completely satisfied with my wash or detail. I like to go on Wednesdays 50% off. I also use the self-service express exterior option often.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! 3 hours for a detail and oil change, then the guy we originally worked with called us talking so fast we couldnt understand a word telling us things that HAD to be done but it was only $75 extra. So we said fine. We left paying a grand total of $390!!!! WHO PAYS THAT???? Absolutely INSANE!!!! We will NEVER go back! Was our first and LAST time in! And the first thing I saw when I opened the door was dirt, in the picture I posted.
I was a bit skeptical about coming to yet another Jackson’s Car wash, because I’ve had not so great experiences at other ones across the valley, however, this one was a completely different vibe. Everyone was so friendly and the level of professionalism was unlike no other. I went in about 9:45, and was out around 10:10, so great time. And my car looked fantastic and I have no complaints. I will definitely be going back again.
