The superb effort put into the paint protection film, window tint, ceramic coating and vinyl trim inside, has the car looking better than any new car I’ve seen in a showroom.The team was excellent at communicating with me. How to deal with the vinyl wrap coming in late, identifying problems with the hood and the trunk that the manufacturer needed to fix, where to position the scrape guard and the other issues that came up were all handled with ease because we worked through them together.A great experience that I would refer to anyone looking into taking great care of their car!

The overall experience was good. I had been working with whom I believe to be the receptionist of the establishment for a day or two prior to actually scheduling an appointment. She seemed nice at first but then when I started to inquire as to whether or not someone could pay with Affirm she was unsure, after going back and forth it was determined that someone could pay with Affirm. After the back and forth she did not seem so forthcoming, she was curt, short, however you want to call it. Me and my husband felt she was rude to us when we got there, it almost seemed as her attitude was Im too good to help you. My questions went unanswered and she made me feel stupid for asking them. Overall the quality of work was great and I would go back just for that, the work, but the first impression was not great.

Yesterdays visit was for some paint repair, which was done with perfect detail. In the past, we have brought three different vehicles in for the clear bra shield, door handle cups, and headlight protection shields. Bulldog did a FANTASTIC job removing horrible grease stains from the ceiling interior of our brand new Tesla (white interior!). We moved an office chair in our car not realizing the wheels were covered with grease - the wheels brushed over the white ceiling and it was covered with grease stains. My husband asked me to try to get it out and I knew better! We called Tesla and they told us that we should go to Bulldog - they were pretty confident they would be able to help. I drove over and they got me in right away - and removed those horrible grease stains within minutes! Great company - great service - well be back for other services soon!

Took my 2021 Palisade Limited to Bulldog for a Clear bra on the front end and ceramic on the rest of the vehicle. Completely blown away with the finished product. The finish is like clear glass and i realized it when i was stopped at a traffic light at night and saw the reflection of the sky on my hood. I went back for wash and inspection a week later that s included and Luca explained to me how to wash and dry my vehicle and what supplies to use . I took my other car to be looked at, to make sure it was good to go to have clear bra and have ceramic done on it. Kyle came out and checked my car out and told me what needed to be done and took his time to explain it. I emailed four places on what i wanted done and only two responded. One place with text messages and Arianna with a email and a phone call. She sent all the info and then some in a email and answered all my questions. Her customer service is the reason i went with bulldog. The whole staff has answered all my questions and never rushed to get me out of their building. They took the time to show me around and explain everything and give me advice on everything. They treat every car the same, from your daily driver to high end exoctics. Their 5 star customer service and work is far above any standard. I will recommend their business to any thats ask. So far my friend has took his car there and he told one of his coworkers and he took his car to them for a complete clear bra wrap. I will update this once my car goes back for its follow up wash and inspection and post photos to further show their 5 star work.

Absolutely stellar. Kyle and his team went above and beyond. The team transformed my Ferrari 458 and made it look brand new. They removed the old clear bra, did paint correction, applied new clear bra, ceramic coated the car, detailed the car in and out, and wrapped my roof. Every single service was done to COMPLETE perfection. I am super particular about my cars and have used many detail shops in my life and this was by far the best service I have ever received. The shop even went above and beyond and hooked up some extra visual upgrades to my car without charging me. Amazing service. Very nice people. Even let me get the car on Sunday while they were closes. Absolutely WOW.

To call myself OCD is an understatement. But Matt can actually meet and exceed that standard -and his work shows. I’ve had full front paint protection, and roof, and it still amazes me how invisible it is on my black car. Anyone can tint windows, but Matt was able to make frameless windows appear tinted from factory.Recently, I had my door mirror replaced and the dealer informed me that the paint protection film will have to be replaced. Understanding this, I called up Matt, dropped the car off, and got a quick call back. Apparently, the service tech swapped the mirror cap too which saved the originally done paint film. Matt could have easily charged me to “redo” the mirror without me knowing. So not only is his work so invisible I never noticed it there, he has honesty and integrity. Thanks again Matt!

This is now the third vehicle Matt has done for me! He did PPF for my 2017 Civic Type R, and heat rejection tint on my 2020 Ram 1500. He just did my wife’s 2021 Model Y with PPF and heat rejection tint. It looks amazing and I truly believe you get what you pay for. If you want the best in the valley where they are extremely professional and care for your vehicle (they put plastic covering on the drivers seat while it was there, not even Tesla does that when it’s in service). Then go to RPM.

RPM is a great place to get your car detailed. The work which was done on my car was of great quality. Kyle takes time to answer al your questions and propose the best. hey take a little more time probably because they are short staffed and have loads of work but in the end they ensure that they deliver quality. I took my new Tesla 3 to Bulldog for window tinting and clear bra protective package. Time will tell how well these treatments work, but the car looks fantastic! Very friendly and courteous team. Im confident I found the right company for my needs.

Absolutely fabulous work. Had my new vehicle wrapped completely, windows tinted, ceramic coating, and vinyl to select areas of the interior. It was beautiful, meticulous work. I cannot say enough good things about the craftsmanship of Kyle and his crew. On a puzzling note, my Tesla app showed the car added 3 miles on the odometer while it was there (normally wouldnt have noticed but the car only had a few miles on it to begin with)...

We had our Model X fully XPEL wrapped by Kyle and he did a fantastic job. Now, 18 months later, the car looks like new. There are no scratches on the car. Kyle is super detail oriented and did a paint correction before putting the protective film on. He then coated the film with an additional protective coating. Really worth the money if you dont want to worry about every little rock hitting your car. They also did the window tinting for us (side windows and roof windows) as well as use the XPEL to cover the seatbacks in the car. I really cant say enough about his work and ethics.

We would suggest to anyone having used Kyle at Bulldog Detail to inquire into who actually did the work and confirm the products used. Kyle is a car detailer and outsources his work, which he doesnt supervise.We took our brand new Tesla M3 to Kyle for an Xpel clear bra, chrome delete, and window tint. He said that all work would be completed by him at his shop location. We agreed upon specific products and without consulting us, he used different products. He tried to hide all of this from us. He and others he contracted his work to put 25+ miles on a brand new car that he had no permission to drive off his premises.He initially said it would take 3 to 4 days. After a week, we decided to check up on the progress. We drove to his Scottsdale location, but didn’t see our car. Turns out it was at another shop. He specifically stated the car would not leave his premises. We never authorized him to drive it anywhere else, nor gave permission for anyone else to work on the car. Driving to find our car, we see Kyle driving the other way in our half-done Tesla. It was obvious he was trying to get it back to his shop without us finding out. He realizes he has been caught. The wrap on the dash is hanging off & unfinished. The chrome isn’t done either. He apologizes repeatedly and promises he will finish it that night. It is a rush job to finish and the end result is disappointing. The wrap peeled up within a day. The dash wrap shows the underlying wood trim and looks amateurish. Kyle admitted he was disappointed in his work and wanted to redo it.We soon learned Kyle breached our trust in several other ways. Kyle didn’t do the window tint either and it wasnt done correctly. It had to be redone due to bubbles in the film. Kyle wanted to redo it as well. When we asked what kind of window film had been used, he said he would have to “look into it”. It was either 3M or Suntek, but he “wasn’t sure”.Now to the clear bra. Before we began, we asked Kyle if he had Xpel clear bra. He said, yes. We agreed to go with that product. Kyle then hired another person to do the clear bra. This individual drove our car off the premises to another clear bra installer. Because Kyle doesn’t supervise the individuals he contracts the work out to, he said he didn’t know this until we brought it to his attention. This third company doesn’t even install the Xpel clear bra we wanted. We know this because we spoke directly with the company that actually did the work. We brought this to Kyle’s attention. He had no response other than to make more apologies.Had we not caught Kyle in the act of driving our Tesla back to his shop, we would have been none-the-wiser. Kyle told us that Bulldog Detail does all the work and that our car would remain on his premises at all times. In fact, it was driven on multiple occasions away from his place of business to other companies we never agreed to use, putting over 25 miles on a brand new car.We feel like we were lied to throughout the process. Had Kyle been honest from the start, or at any time called to explain that he was unable to complete the job as promised, this entire disappointing experience could have been avoided. As it stands now, we had another film and wrap company in the Scottsdale area correct all the problems.The Tesla’s detailing job, as completed by Andres, is the only positive thing to this whole experience. While Kyle repeatedly offered to correct everything, as well as offering to work on our other vehicles to make up for our bad experience, we felt it was better to part ways. We aren’t willing allow someone to “get it right” the second time, who had such a lack honesty, integrity, and respect for us from the start. Given everything that occurred, Kyle will not be getting any recommendations from us.

Id heard nothing but good about Kyle and his full service detail business via one of the FB groups Im on.. I called Kyle and discussed what I was interested in and he was extremely helpful and cooperative. Very flexible making arrangements to valet my car from Chandler up to N. Scottsdale and back. I had them Ceramic Pro the car and my new custom wheels, paint my brake calipers and detail the vehicle. I had a few trouble spots in the paint where sap had been on the car too long and had set-up and I had to use Goof-Off to remove it. This wrecked the finish in several spots. Kyle and his paint correction followed by Ceramic Pro product has virtually made these spots disappear. I couldnt be happier with the brilliant shine and the renewed look thats been restored to my car! Again, super flexible, excellent service and a very ambitious man. Its clear when you deal with Kyle that his plans are to build a successful business through excellent customer satisfaction. I could have gone to a shop closer to home for me, Im glad I didnt.

This place is great! They have a new shop in Scottsdale which is very clean and they even have an enclosed garage for tints. Kyle and John really pay attention to their work. I recently moved from PA and my car needed some loving and they scheduled me in. The guys went above and beyond to get her cleaned, detailed, and coated. The tint job also turned out amazing! The prices are very reasonable!! When I went to pick up the car they walked through everything that was done and did a final wipe down. The quality of work is excellent and I will definitely be back!!

Im a retired detailer and I was very impressed with Kyle at Bulldog Detail. He isnt running a factory; he approaches each car as a unique project. That means tailoring his work to focus on not only a particular cars problem areas (I.E. paint vs. interior) but also how its used (I.E. daily driver vs. garage queen). That involves different techniques, varying amounts of work, and different combinations of products – and hell tell you exactly what those products are because he uses the best in the industry. Hes transparent, professional, and the car looks great. Highly recommended.

I had gotten my car in to get detailed, and wow, what can I say. When they were finished it looked better than it did in the show room. They had such an acute attention to detail that was better than any other detailing service Ive worked with in Scottsdale before. They pointed out little tiny blips in the window tint that I didnt notice and was able to have he dealer fix, as well as heat marks underneath the cars paint.They sent over some glam photos of the car throughout the process of the detailing, and were finished according to their time frameBulldog does absolutely incredible work, and I would recommend them over any other detailing service in the area. Their prices are competitive, and the people are nice and easy to work with.

Great follow up and communication. Very meticulous detail. Wrap has very few seams and they are basically invisable. The ceramic coating has given the paint a ridiculous gloss and sheen. Kyle also sent me some incredible professional photos of my vehicle. Would certainly recommend.

Dropped off my car to get detailed and removed the plate for them to get a good wax. Watched a live Instagram video, saw my car with the plate on there and dirtier than when I dropped it off. The owner and his employees used it to run errands in M-Sport mode. Picked up my car ASAP.

It is refreshing to actually come across a business owner today that is as transparent as this one. I am blown away with the customer service and how these individuals work so very hard to meet anyones expectations for service and pricing within this industry and moreover within any industry that deals with automobiles and their care. You, too, will be amazed at the transparency and fairness in pricing. On several occasions I sought 2nd and 3rd estimates on work and the estimates that I received for the same exact work were astronomical and way outside of the curve of normalcy compared to Bull Dogs pricing. I subsequently used their services on several occasions and have never received substandard service on my vehicle. I plan on using them again for all of my detailing needs. All of my expectations were exceeded!
