The process went smoothly and was totally stress free. Everyone in the team, from the design headed by Simone, through the demolishing and rebuild headed by Dan, were wonderful to work with. They came on time and did what they promised to accomplish that day. Dean, the owner checked on the progress several times and came at the end to make sure all was done to my satisfaction. I am thinking of redoing my kitchen next year, and will definitely use Kitchens by Good Guys again.

We needed our master bathroom remodeled and contacted a few companies that said they were too busy or just never called back. Had a few other quotes too but Good Guys came through with what we really wanted and very easy to work with. One stop shop. Amber - Design Team came out and took the time to listen to our thoughts and gave her ideas too. We went to the showroom and she had the design displayed on a screen in 3-D. She also had samples of tile, cabinets, granite etc. already laid out when we arrived. We went with her suggestions. Good Guys worked within our budget as well. We received a breakdown of the costs and they use a website called BuilderTrend that keeps you up-to-date on what they were going to do each day. Project Manager came every day to make sure everything was going as planned. Communication was great - if we had a question or concerned, we received an answer within 24 hours. Good Guys finished the project in less time than the original end date as well. Would definitely recommend.

Amber the owner is very professional. She came to our house and had her assistant take notes. The next appointment was in their showroom. We saw what she had envisioned for us based on our requests. The presentation was very much on point and we viewed our future kitchen on the TV screen. At first I didnt realize it was our kitchen as it looked like a commercial and so different than our present kitchen. We decided to sign up with them.

This company was amazing from start to finish! They were quick to reply with all communication, ahead of schedule for the work, easy to have in my home, kept their work areas clean, and their design translated into a gorgeous kitchen we love!!! Best experience!

We’ve had a great experience with the Good Guys team. Weve used them for two remodels, which included our kitchen, family room, dining room, and entry. What we liked is they took the time to understand the challenges with our out of date home. Amber quickly picked up on the style that we desired and presented us with ideas to make our house much more functional. Both projects were completed within budget and on schedule. Also, they were quick to respond to any questions or changes that we requested. We’ll definitely be using them again for future projects.

GKitchens by Good Guys did a fantastic job on our kitchen, master bath, and powder room remodel plus an entire house repaint!! They were helpful with the design selections and materials, and were always there to guide us along the way. It was a huge project to us but we are so happy with the end result! They are a great group of people to work with!

I loved the family atmosphere... I like how everyone is so friendly and more than happy to help. The projects are stunning and very well thought out and managed. They can design almost any style kitchen you desire. I really recommend!

After having nightmare experiences with other contractors Good Guys was a breath of fresh air. They listened to what I wanted and after the very first visit gave me a design that was almost exactly what I had envisioned. They also had great suggestions for things I had not considered. They communicated with me every step of the way, even providing pictures and updates via their app while I was traveling. They were very respectful of me and my space and it was the cleanest construction project I have ever lived through. Of course there were a few challenges and changes along the way but they handled them professionally and I never felt like they were trying to increase the scope to increase the budget. I will not hesitate to use them on my next project!

Good Guys are exactly the name - good guys (and girls)! They truly are the nicest people to work with, and are so knowledgeable in the field. They manage the project start to finish and even after if something breaks or whatever the case may be - they fix it and make it right. Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Good Guys. Good Guys completed a full kitchen, living room, dining room and entertainment room renovation for us last August and September and we are now working with them on plans for master and guest bathroom renovations to be completed this summer. So we are obviously happy with them by trusting them again with our home.On our initial renovation, we had been through 3 months of a process with different group and it was a nightmare. After moving on from that designer, my wife and I were in need of a group that could regain our confidence in proceeding and within a week of a first meeting with Amber, Shannon and Dean we realized we were in good hands and our vision was back on track. We needed a group that could not only design to our vision but also that could project manage the execution as we were going to be out of the country during the renos. The project management piece and having Dean on site was of huge value to us. Dean kept us posted of progress with pictures and videos through an App. When any issue came up, Dean kept us posted on our options and we always felt he was working on our behalf to make sure we were staying within budget and making the best decision for us, not the company or any sub involved. The job was done on time as promised and on budget. We returned to PHX to a new, clean house ready to live in. Any follow up or warranty work was attended to in short order. We even had a small issue with a new barn door last month that Dean came back and adjusted for us on his way home.My wife and I are pleased to act as a reference for Good Guys anytime.

Ultimately chose a different company to work with who provided a better design and lower costs for same materials. Company name was a turn off but this was a referral. Pricing was simply too high with an amateur approach compared to others in the area. Wasted effort.

Great people to do business with. They carry really fine quality products and their installers are the best!! They show up when they say they will, do an excellent job and are very clean and neat!! Number one in my book!!

We had a negative experience with the design team at the Good Guys. We were very disappointed and felt we got a better design with another company. We also saved 20% by going with another contractor and there was more work within scope of our project.
