First time here. The room is small, almost claustrophobic for up to 10 people when all 3 chairs are full with people waiting. Maybe put chairs outside? However, the haircut was great. It was quick as well. Also, the barber asked me if I wanted aftershave. I never do. Allergic. Ive never been asked. I usually tell the barber no aftershave and then they forget and put it on anyway... So Ill definitely be going back!! 5 stars for service. One star removed for tiny space.

Subpar haircuts. I really got chopped there a couple of times. The first chair is erratic in when he is there or not, and doesn’t honor appointments. Disappointing, much better men’s barbering establishments in North Scottsdale. Exclusively Men’s is one near Scottsdale and Frank Lloyd Wright.

Not the cleanest operating area I’ve ever seen but the blonde gal who cut my hair was friendly and efficient. Both barbers had masks. I walked right in and into the chair. Will use again.

Real men’s barbershop is the most welcoming barbershop I have ever been to. Milana is the best barber I have ever gotten a haircut from and I’m picky on haircuts. Sending all family and friends to them and anyone that reads this should definitely give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed

One of the last of a dying breed.. Real Mens Barber Shop is a throw back to the old days of barber shops. Straight razors, hot towels, a massage and good quality chairs make this place a destination. The shop is very clean and the barbers are quite good. Look if you are in North Scottsdale and you are a man you and your hair deserve this.

Just went to Rafael and he did a tremendous job. Overall best price I have been able to find in the Scottsdale area. Great service and great talent . The beard trim and the hot towel were a great addition as well. I will for sure be coming here in the future for all of mine and my brothers haircuts!

Told the woman 13 times not to reshape my back or sides and then once more when she showed me the back before finishing I said that’s perfect... and she grabbed the buzzer and I said “ok don’t reshape though!” and guess what she did. Would’ve given 2 stars if maybe the barbers along side her who clearly understood would’ve helped her out.

Ive been coming here for over a year and hands down best cuts and great atmosphere. Rafael is great but even if hes busy all of the rest of the staff are great to.I went to the same Barber for 16 years until unfortunately my old Barber passed away, I searched for awhile to find someone comparable and did not find anyone until I met Rafael.

My son and I went this Sunday afternoon and we both agree that we got the BEST haircut ever! That is what my son said about his cut and mine. They took their time and we both felt like kings. Thank you!

Avoid the bald guy with toilet breath whose station is furthest from the door. I gave him a 2nd chance and both times he gave me a sloppy haircut with impersonal service.
