I have been coming here for 3 years straight never switched up and Ralph is the best barber I ever had. Very personable guy and doesnt make haircuts awkward like other barbers the first time. Very clean shop always, and has very nice t.vs set up for clients along with memorable sports pictures all over the walls. This place has a very old school cinematic barber shop feel and very traditional look. 10 out of 10 for this place. If you live in Scottsdale and are not coming to this shop you arent getting your hair cut right!

I have a voicemail that I will be uploading from the owner I was late to my scheduled hair appointment and called to apologize but was met with hostility, profanity and a temper trantum style rant that included of all this speculative lost business (which makes no sense) - he said he didnt trust me and while I was on my way in he decided he couldnt see me. As a business owner in the service business you need to be flexible, professional and appreciate customers and their situations. I will see to it the voicemail is made public as a service to the public and everyone knows to stay away from this establishment. Plenty of other places that treat people nicer & can accommodate. This owner clearly has time management issues & no operational contingencies in place but thats the customers fault.

This is by far the best barbershop in town. My barber Rafael does an outstanding job with every haircut, he is very detail oriented and pays very close attention to all of his clients needs. If you have never been, you need to try European Barber Shop!

I hate leaving negative reviews. But my experience was less then to be desired. Walked in asked if I wanted a hair cut, I said yes. .Then I sat down told him the hair cut I wanted. Right from the beginning the barber cut my hair too short, I stop him and told him to keep longer at least on the top. The barber assured me that it will be good and kept cut my hair too short on the top . He never listen my request and I feel that he was rushing to finish haircut. My haircut looked like mushroom, all haircut was uneven. Next morning after I took shower my hair look like disaster. I went to different barbershop to fix bad haircut and pay $25 more to fix the mess. I will never go back to this Horrible place.

Always get the best taper fade. I refuse to go anywhere else. The cigar selection is quite extensive as well. Super clean &a very proffesional guys.

Good haircuts but terrible personal service. I was late for an appointment and called to let them know when I would arrive. They told me no problem. After driving 40 mins to get there I was 2 mins later than planned & they would ‘t cut my hair! When I protested the owner called me the f-word! I have been going to this barber for 5 years but will never go again. That is no way to treat or speak to a customer (or anyone).

Im amazed the shop is still in business by how the owner treats his customers. Some BASIC customer service/communication skills need to be aquired by this poor guy.

This is the best barber shop in Scottsdale Ive been to. For the price, I get a great haircut and shoeshine. Ive been going to them for years and will continue to do so.
